Solano Events, aka Alexis...is amazing! She will truly put all your dreams into reality! She helps organize all those little details you would never be able to think of on your own! Shes great! YOu would regret hiring her!! She's the best!

I could not have made my wedding happen without Alexis. It was super difficult planning a destination wedding from the East Coast and hiring Alexis was the single best decision I made for this wedding. She was professional and sweet and she bent over backwards to make everything fall into place flawlessly. I cannot express my gratitude enough for everything she did for us from contacting vendors to organizing lunch to setting up for our ceremony to getting the cake cutting off on time. She ensured that we were all where we needed to be and doing what we needed to do on time.

Alexis was a total lifesaver on our wedding day! We booked her as a day-of coordinator and I can't say enough good things about her - so friendly, professional, and most importantly a HUGE help in so many ways. A couple of our other vendors (unrelated to her) let us down and she salvaged the possible mishaps. She is also very creative with decor and last minute details. As soon as I chatted with Alexis on the phone for the first time, I knew we would be a great match and I hired her as my “Month Of” coordinator for my wedding at The Highlands Estate in Cloverdale in September 2017. I could not imagine planning my wedding without her! She is highly knowledgeable in the wedding industry and was able to share so many expert insights into helping plan my wedding during our consultations leading up to my wedding. From the first time we spoke, she clearly understood my vision and provided so many creative options on how I could achieve the look I was going for while still maintaining my budget. Even though I hired her for the month of coordinator, she was an amazing consultant and advisor as I would talk her through my budget to make sure I was setting realistic targets. Aside from her industry knowledge, Alexis is personable, sweet and incredibly professional! She would go out of her way to make sure that I was feeling calm and confident about where we were at in the planning process and always made sure to follow up on outstanding details. Everything detail went perfectly as planned the day of our wedding and I’m certain it is because of the attention and care provided by Alexis and her coordinating team. Alexis you are amazing!
