Professional and Organized
She is local to Sonoma, and her recommendations were helpful for the few vendors we had not selected yet. She also was a big help for the little details (like picking up our cake in the morning).
We did much of the planning and vendor selection ourselves, so what was key for us in a wedding planner was timeline development and execution on the day of. One of the most challenging things can be preparing a realistic timeline for the day, and then getting everyone to stick to it. Katrina was very organized and all the vendors (and guests) were where they needed to be on time.
Overall we are happy that we chose to work with Bravo Weddings and Events for our wedding and we'd recommend them to others!

Lisa's professionalism and expertise were evident from our very first meeting. She took the time to understand our vision and style, and she worked closely with us to create a personalized and unique wedding that truly reflected our personalities. Throughout the months leading up to the wedding, Lisa was always available and responsive. You're in great hands with Katy!
Throughout the planning process, Katy was responsive, reliable, patient, calm, and detail-oriented. She provided helpful advice as I peppered her with questions to make sure that all our guests would be taken care of and we’d get the most out of our budget. She helped us understand how much of our budget to allocate to each component, kept us on track throughout 15 months of planning, recommended incredible vendors, developed our wedding day timeline, created our floorplan and walked us through it during a site visit, and ran our rehearsal. She communicated clearly with us and with our vendors so that everyone was on the same page. On our wedding day–for which she served as coordinator for 10 hours with assistance from Katrina--she ensured that everything ran smoothly and on time. She even set up all our personal items and packed them up for us to take home at the end of the night. Because we were in her great hands, we were able to relax, be present, and fully enjoy our wedding day.
I don’t think we could have pulled off this event without Katy’s expertise. It was such a magical weekend full of happy memories, and I’m so grateful to her for helping create that for us and our loved ones.

My now-husband and I hired Katy wayyy back in March 2020 when we were bright-eyed and optimistic about having our wedding safely in June 2021. We hired Katy to help us with most of the planning and day-of coordination, which included unlimited communication with her until our special day.
When we decided to postpone our wedding to June 2022, Katy was super accommodating. And nothing changed in terms of fees with Bravo - we got an entire extra year of bothering Katy for the exact same cost we paid in 2020.
We had our wedding at Jacuzzi Family Vineyards and Katy was EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the venue and everything & everybody that came with it. Whenever my husband and I had any questions we thought were random (questions about shuttles, where to host an after-party, where to have our rehearsal dinner, where to host day-after-wedding festivities, and so many more), Katy always had a well-thought-out answer via email for us within a day or two.
Katy attended our tasting with Park Ave Catering and was also there with us for our site visit and rehearsal at our venue. Whenever she was around, my husband and I both felt at ease.
When it came to the day of, everything ran smoothly and on-time as far as my husband and I could tell (which is all that matters, am I right?!). Our guests were amazed that our 5:00pm ceremony *actually* started at 5pm. The rest of the night flowed perfectly and I am so pleased that I have happy, WELL-PLANNED memories to look back fondly at on my wedding day. Thank you sooo much Katy!

Perfect Choice!
She came to our tasting in August and it was lovely to have her there. It gave us a chance to go over all the details and I felt so confident turning everything over to her from there. She took care of all our rentals as well as contracts with other vendors. She created the perfect timeline for the wedding and we were thrilled with how well everything flowed. She also ran our rehearsal the evening before the wedding like a champ and was able to wrangle all of our family with ease.
Lisa was incredibly responsive and very organized. More than that, she just has a quality that makes you feel calm and well taken care of. Our wedding went off without a hitch and I would recommend Lisa to anyone – start to finish she was a true professional and we’re so glad she was a part of our special day.
Best money we spent on the wedding!
Katy gave us countless vendor recommendations, which saved us so much time on researching vendors, and they all turned out to be amazing! Our biggest mistake was not using a shuttle company that she had recommended — the one we originally booked ended up completely falling through (3 days before our wedding!), and Katy swiftly came to the rescue, helping us book another shuttle transportation company on that same day she discovered the issue. She seriously saved the day! We also had a challenging venue coordinator to work with, and she took over all of the communication with them to ensure every single detail would be taken care of (which also took a lot of the stress off of us).
During the entire year leading up to our wedding, Katy was was super quick to respond to countless emails, giving us advice on every little detail, and even reminding us to think about things that hadn’t occurred to us. She also created the entire timeline for the day, which was the most intimidating part of the planning process for us, and everything went so smoothly on our wedding day!
We are so grateful for Katy’s constant support throughout the entire process — she is a true professional and just an overall wonderful person, and we cannot recommend her enough!
Unparalleled experience in the industry!
Lisa has a wealth of experience, especially in the Sonoma/Napa county and the majority of our vendors were referred by her or she's worked with them in the past. Coincidentally, the one other time that our band (Downbeat LA) travelled to OVE, just happened to also be a past wedding that Lisa coordinated for, so she dug up the old layout to see how we could fit in all our guests. She followed up with each of the vendors for an in-person POC and arrival time, and worked her magic behind the scenes so we wouldn't need to stress out weeks prior. For the day of, while we were getting ready with the rest of the wedding party, her and her assistant set up all the decor that we dropped off the day before and arranged it according to photos and ideas that we sent her. They also stayed back to help pack and load up all our decor into 3 cars so we could spend time saying goodbye to our guests.
The thing that stood out most was her unparalleled experience with working at OVE, so much that it was obvious that OVE trusted her. She coordinated with all the vendors to let them know where and when to set up, and offered suggestions of where things should be and how it should be laid out. Lisa was a pleasure to work with and we're glad that we chose someone who knows and understands the business inside out.
Couldn't have had my dream wedding without them!
