    I recently had the pleasure of working with Lisa Bravo from Bravo Weddings as my day of wedding coordinator, and I cannot express enough how grateful I am for her exceptional services. From the moment we hired her until the day of our wedding, Lisa went above and beyond to ensure that our special day was everything we had dreamed of and more.

    Lisa's professionalism and expertise were evident from our very first meeting. She took the time to understand our vision and style, and she worked closely with us to create a personalized and unique wedding that truly reflected our personalities. Her attention to detail and organizational skills were outstanding, and she effortlessly managed every aspect of the planning process.

    Throughout the months leading up to the wedding, Lisa was always available and responsive. She promptly answered all of our questions, provided valuable guidance, and kept us informed every step of the way. Her calm and reassuring demeanor helped alleviate any stress we had, and we felt confident that our wedding was in capable hands.

    On the day of the wedding, Lisa and her team were an absolute dream to work with. They were professional, efficient, and incredibly organized. They flawlessly executed every aspect of the event, from coordinating with vendors to managing the timeline and ensuring that everything ran smoothly. Their attention to detail was impeccable, and they went above and beyond to make sure that every little detail was taken care of.

    Overall, I cannot recommend Lisa Bravo from Bravo Weddings enough. Lisa's passion for her work, attention to detail, and exceptional service made our wedding day truly magical.     Incredible experience

    We used Bravo, and specifically Katrina, for our day-of coordination. We cannot recommend Bravo and Katrina enough for all the support and sage wisdom they provided during one of the most hectic days of our life! Their organization and support was a huge relief and reassurance that helped us enjoy our beautiful day. Not only did everything go wonderfully (as planned and rehereased the day before) but the next day was wonderful too (we found all our belongings, leftover drinks, food, party-favors, gifts, etc. packaged and organized for us). We cannot recommend Bravo enough, they are worth getting hands-down – and definitely consider what package they recommend!!

    Don't look any further - Bravo Weddings is the best!

    This review is for Katy Lohse of Bravo, she deserves a standing ovation and more!

    My now-husband and I hired Katy wayyy back in March 2020 when we were bright-eyed and optimistic about having our wedding safely in June 2021. We hired Katy to help us with most of the planning and day-of coordination, which included unlimited communication with her until our special day.

    When we decided to postpone our wedding to June 2022, Katy was super accommodating. And nothing changed in terms of fees with Bravo - we got an entire extra year of bothering Katy for the exact same cost we paid in 2020.

    We had our wedding at Jacuzzi Family Vineyards and Katy was EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the venue and everything & everybody that came with it. Whenever my husband and I had any questions we thought were random (questions about shuttles, where to host an after-party, where to have our rehearsal dinner, where to host day-after-wedding festivities, and so many more), Katy always had a well-thought-out answer via email for us within a day or two.

    Katy attended our tasting with Park Ave Catering and was also there with us for our site visit and rehearsal at our venue. Whenever she was around, my husband and I both felt at ease.

    When it came to the day of, everything ran smoothly and on-time as far as my husband and I could tell (which is all that matters, am I right?!). Our guests were amazed that our 5:00pm ceremony *actually* started at 5pm. The rest of the night flowed perfectly and I am so pleased that I have happy, WELL-PLANNED memories to look back fondly at on my wedding day. Thank you sooo much Katy!

    You're in great hands with Katy!

    We were fortunate to work with Katy at Bravo Weddings and Events for our June 2022 wedding, and could not recommend her more highly. We booked “The Essential” wedding coordination package, and true to its name Katy was essential to organizing the wedding of our dreams.

    Throughout the planning process, Katy was responsive, reliable, patient, calm, and detail-oriented. She provided helpful advice as I peppered her with questions to make sure that all our guests would be taken care of and we’d get the most out of our budget. She helped us understand how much of our budget to allocate to each component, kept us on track throughout 15 months of planning, recommended incredible vendors, developed our wedding day timeline, created our floorplan and walked us through it during a site visit, and ran our rehearsal. She communicated clearly with us and with our vendors so that everyone was on the same page. On our wedding day–for which she served as coordinator for 10 hours with assistance from Katrina--she ensured that everything ran smoothly and on time. She even set up all our personal items and packed them up for us to take home at the end of the night. Because we were in her great hands, we were able to relax, be present, and fully enjoy our wedding day.

    I don’t think we could have pulled off this event without Katy’s expertise. It was such a magical weekend full of happy memories, and I’m so grateful to her for helping create that for us and our loved ones.

    Perfect Choice!

    We had the pleasure of working with Lisa this past November. We hired her to do the month of/day of coordinating for our wedding in Sonoma. From our first phone conversation I knew she was the right fit for us! She understood exactly what I was looking for and I felt like we clicked over the phone.
    She came to our tasting in August and it was lovely to have her there. It gave us a chance to go over all the details and I felt so confident turning everything over to her from there. She took care of all our rentals as well as contracts with other vendors. She created the perfect timeline for the wedding and we were thrilled with how well everything flowed. She also ran our rehearsal the evening before the wedding like a champ and was able to wrangle all of our family with ease.
    Lisa was incredibly responsive and very organized. More than that, she just has a quality that makes you feel calm and well taken care of. Our wedding went off without a hitch and I would recommend Lisa to anyone – start to finish she was a true professional and we’re so glad she was a part of our special day.

    Best money we spent on the wedding!

    We booked Katy on a recommendation from our photographer for the Wedding Coordination package, and it was the best money we spent on our wedding!

    Katy gave us countless vendor recommendations, which saved us so much time on researching vendors, and they all turned out to be amazing! Our biggest mistake was not using a shuttle company that she had recommended — the one we originally booked ended up completely falling through (3 days before our wedding!), and Katy swiftly came to the rescue, helping us book another shuttle transportation company on that same day she discovered the issue. She seriously saved the day! We also had a challenging venue coordinator to work with, and she took over all of the communication with them to ensure every single detail would be taken care of (which also took a lot of the stress off of us).

    During the entire year leading up to our wedding, Katy was was super quick to respond to countless emails, giving us advice on every little detail, and even reminding us to think about things that hadn’t occurred to us. She also created the entire timeline for the day, which was the most intimidating part of the planning process for us, and everything went so smoothly on our wedding day!

    We are so grateful for Katy’s constant support throughout the entire process — she is a true professional and just an overall wonderful person, and we cannot recommend her enough!

    Unparalleled experience in the industry!

    We were referred to Lisa by our venue, Olympia's Valley Esate, for day-of coordination. She was affordable, personable, and easy to work with, from the very beginning when we first met her about a year before our big day. Throughout the year, she kept us updated with tasks to do, gave us countless budget tips and vendor recommendations, and allowed us to bounce any question off of her. She responds immediately and is very detail oriented. Her google sheets and docs (budget and actuals, timeline, vendor info, floorplans/layouts, etc.) are very concise and easy to use and follow. We opened them nearly every day to keep us in check with updating/adding in vendor comparisons, payments, etc. We had budget breakdowns and timelines from other married couples but those were nowhere as nicely organized as hers. 

    Lisa has a wealth of experience, especially in the Sonoma/Napa county and the majority of our vendors were referred by her or she's worked with them in the past. Coincidentally, the one other time that our band (Downbeat LA) travelled to OVE, just happened to also be a past wedding that Lisa coordinated for, so she dug up the old layout to see how we could fit in all our guests. She followed up with each of the vendors for an in-person POC and arrival time, and worked her magic behind the scenes so we wouldn't need to stress out weeks prior. For the day of, while we were getting ready with the rest of the wedding party, her and her assistant set up all the decor that we dropped off the day before and arranged it according to photos and ideas that we sent her. They also stayed back to help pack and load up all our decor into 3 cars so we could spend time saying goodbye to our guests.

    The thing that stood out most was her unparalleled experience with working at OVE, so much that it was obvious that OVE trusted her. She coordinated with all the vendors to let them know where and when to set up, and offered suggestions of where things should be and how it should be laid out. Lisa was a pleasure to work with and we're glad that we chose someone who knows and understands the business inside out.

    Couldn't have had my dream wedding without them!

    Katrina Reed and the Bravo team are professionals!!! Katrina was a joy to work with and went above and beyond leading up to the big day and then REALLY blew it out of the water on my actual wedding day. Mother nature was not on our side on the big day (to say the least) and Katrina and her team went out of their way to roll with the punches and switch things up to still ensure everything went smoothly. I honestly couldn't have done it without them and I'm so grateful. I cannot recommend them enough!! Thank you so much!!!

    Couldn't have done it without Lisa!

    Lisa was absolutely amazing!!! We hired her as our day-of coordinator and she was the reason our wedding day went so smoothly. Leading up to the big day, she was so responsive through email and over the phone, answering any questions that came up (I had a lot!) She and her assistant were so on top of everything during the wedding. She got all the gifts packed in our car, made sure we actually got something to eat, and was amazing at communicating with our other vendors, both before and during the wedding. Having Lisa as our coordinator made our wedding day perfect. Thanks Lisa!

    Best Money We Spent!

    My husband and I cannot say enough good things about Lisa!! She helped us curate the most incredible day of our lives this past Saturday at Olympia's Valley Estate. Everything - absolutely EVERYTHING - was perfection, including the calm I felt going into our big day thanks to Lisa. She seamlessly coordinated all of our vendors, helped us create a timeline fit to the day and mood we wanted to create, and instilled so much confidence. I truly never worried once about anything going wrong. And nothing did go wrong, not a beat was skipped. All our guests raved about how relaxed and well run everything was, which was all due to Lisa. I should also mention throughout the whole process she was so incredibly responsive, always willing to hop on the phone or email me an answer to any question. She's a lovely individual and all our vendors had the same sentiments about working with her. Couldn't recommend Lisa and Bravo Wedding & Events more highly!!!

    Can’t recommend Lisa enough!

    We hired Lisa to coordinate our wedding and it’s one of the best decisions we made! She was so on top of everything and gave us so much great advice and recommendations on vendors, set up etc as we were having a destination wedding and didn’t know where to start. She was always so calm and collected and an overall great person to work with. I can’t recommend her enough!

    I started working with Lisa a little over a year before our big day and was amazed at how responsive and flexible she was! Given the package I selected I thought I would only be able to work with her maybe 6 months out but she started working with us right away! We live in Boston and were having a destination wedding in Napa so we really looked to her for vendor recommendations and couldn't have been happier with all of her suggestions! She stayed within our budget (which is always important) and helped make our special day something we will never forget! We've been married a little over a month and we still have family members and friends talk about how great she was and how helpful! She even took our Polaroid camera that we had on the welcome table and walked around the reception taking pictures of everyone and reminding people to sign our guestbook so now we have something to look back on for years to come! THANK YOU LISA FOR EVERYTHING! Our wedding was perfect and it wouldn't have been a success without you! If you're getting married in the Napa area - HIRE LISA NOW!!

    My husband and I got married about a month ago and our wedding day was like an absolute dream, thanks to Lisa!! We were referred to her though our venue for day-of coordination but we also wanted her help in vendor selection/recommendations as well. In the months leading up to the wedding, Lisa and I communicated pretty consistently via email and she was always available by phone when I needed her. She offered honest opinions and feedback about vendor choices (of course she only recommended the best!) and we could not have been happier with all of the vendors she sourced for us. During the last few weeks of preparation, Lisa helped me organize my vision and make sure everything came together. I am a very hands-on detail-oriented person (read: control freak) but I was actually able to hand the reins over to Lisa and enjoy my wedding day absolutely stress free! She was able to coordinate all of the vendors, catering staff, and even my opinionated parents, all while leaving me blissfully out of it. If you're looking for someone with a calming presence, and the organization to have your wedding go off without a hitch, look no further than Lisa Bravo!

    Lisa was fabulous to work with! We planned our wedding in Napa from Wisconsin and she was there alongside us throughout the entire process. Our entire guest list (75) was from the Illinois/Wisconsin area and Lisa provided helpful recommendations for us to pass along to our guests throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Lisa to anyone. She is so nice, easy to work with, and always remains calm - which is exactly what you need! Lisa truly made our day very special and there was not a single thing we had to worry about when she arrived on-site the day of the wedding. I would highly recommend working with Lisa to anyone, especially if you are planning a wedding in Napa from afar.

    Lisa is an incredible value. She was more reasonably priced than the competitors we looked at, but don't for a moment think that means less service. She's just the deal you've been looking for. Throughout the wedding planning, she was a great resource for both ideas and customs on how to handle specific situations. When in doubt, I sent off an email to Lisa and she always had welcome suggestions. On the day of, she handled everything while I enjoyed myself as a guest at the reception we were hosting for our daughter and new son-in-law. One thing in particular worth telling; at the last minute, the Best Man and a Groomsmen wanted to add a special song and dance into the plans. We agreed and everybody had fun. However, the buffet also took longer than expected so activities were falling behind. Lisa came and asked me whether the couple would still want to leave at the time planned or would they want activities to go on as planned and have the Send-Off be later? I said the couple wants to leave as planned, so Lisa seamlessly and invisibly worked with the DJ and adjusted the timeline so that all the highlights happened, the couple left as planned., and yet everybody still had so much fun! There was a little less dancing (at least, I think that's what they did) but every dance was special. Multiple guests told us that this was the best reception they had ever been to, so I have to say that Lisa worked planner magic!

    Lisa was the coordinator for our July wedding at Paradise Ridge, and she was great! In the weeks leading up to the wedding she took everything over from us - all of the followups and confirmations with our vendors, identifying any inconsistencies and issues, and generally being totally on top of everything. Lisa has done lots of events at Paradise Ridge so she knows the space well and has relationships with the other vendors. In the weeks leading up to our wedding, my husband and I developed this expression "we love Lisa Bravo!" which we would spontaneously call out to each other whenever she thought of something we had missed.

    Lisa's personality is down-to-earth, competent, understated, calm, and friendly. She feels like someone you have known a long time and really trust. She is very behind-the-scenes, and works her magic to make everything run seamlessly.

    When I really appreciated Lisa was the day of the wedding. The whole night felt like about 60 min (even though it was 7 hours!). I was on this crazy high and happier than I've ever been, and I had no concept of the passage of time. I am usually super control freak, type A kind of person. But at our wedding I didn't feel like I had to do *anything* because Lisa was completely in control. I was blissfully talking with a friend at the cocktail hour feeling like it had just started, and Lisa came over to let us know it had been just over an hour and she had moved everyone inside for the reception, and they were ready for our entrance. The whole night was like that - just these things happening and falling into our laps without us having to think about anything. Even for the cake cutting, when we got over there, Lisa was by our side for a quick whisper about where she had put the cutting knife and champagne flutes, and brief instructions on how to cut the cake - we hadn't even thought through that those things would be needed until we were standing there. Thank you, Lisa!

    Of all the multitudes of purchases I made for my wedding, hiring Lisa as my day of wedding coordinator was by far the best investment. Leading up to my wedding day, I was all sorts of nervous, but as soon as I handed everything over to Lisa, the stress melted away and I was able to enjoy things fully. Lisa's confident ability to take care of the production part of it allowed me to take it all in. I have tons of wonderful memories of a perfect, magical day, and I am forever grateful!

    I couldn't have asked for a better coordinator. Lisa made sure that everything ran perfectly at my wedding! I didn't have to worry about a thing and she even helped deal with the hassle of the venue misplacing our 160 rental napkins!! Lisa went above and beyond and I'd recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat. She's detailed, organized, always on time, and so much fun to be around! There's no one better in the wedding planning game!! You won't be sorry if you hire her!

    It was wonderful to be able to work with Lisa Bravo for our wedding! She took all the pieces we had gathered and organized them into a beautiful, seamless progression, spanning three days, and with such radiating warmth and enthusiasm. She helped us score a last minute ceremony location and work out a complicated transportation puzzle: there for us every step of the way. Our only regret is that we didn't meet her sooner! Her knowledge and connections of/to Northern California and Sonoma County is clutch! She's a true gem, and completely awesome! We give her our highest recommendation!

    Lisa Bravo was absolutely perfect as our "day-of coordinator" for a long and complex ceremony, reception and dinner dance with over 200 guests. Lisa presence was so pleasant that it felt like a capable yet invisible spirit guiding us through the steps. Lisa Bravo is professional, competent, cool under pressure, well spoken and intelligent. Not bossy, not interfering, not competing with the family to act as host. Gentle (and genteel) service, while throughly effective. When I think of Lisa's face that day it makes me feel good. We were taken care of in the best way. Some highlights: when she gracefully arranged our elbows around our son's for walking him down the aisle; when she genially responded to a suggestion about opening windows at the dinner; her method for signing the marriage certificate; & how she deftly handled an emergency.

    Pleased to have this opportunity to highly recommend Lisa Bravo! I'd hire her again in a flash.
