We loved working with Stephanie and her team at Off the Grid Beaten Path (OTBP) to celebrate 30 years together with 100 of our dearest friends and family members. The technologies OTBP for planning and timeline management are set and easy to use, providing easy access to most questions and automated reminders of tasks different members of the wedding party need to complete. Stephanie is clear, kind, and direct in her communications.

Our event was somewhat out of the ordinary in terms of logistical management with 2 caterers, a friend who served as officiant and his husband as florist (amazing!), the DJ, event rentals, etc. And our event had four “movements” around the property, so there was a lot to manage. We are so delighted how smoothly everything went and most of all how many of our guests complimented us on the quality of the entire production, especially all the love! Thanks to OTBP for making one of the most memorable days of our lives happen so perfectly.

We had the best experience with Stephanie and the OTBP team for our wedding! We're still walking on air from the dreamy, gorgeous, delicious, love-filled day! So many guests raved about the food, and I couldn't have been happier with the way it all looked--the abundant farm-to-table spread with floral accents I'd been dreaming of. I wanted a day that was aesthetically pleasing with fabulous food, but never lost sight of the love and partnership we were celebrating, and guests all commented that's how it felt. What I learned from this experience is that every bride/couple/wedding is probably so unique, and Stephanie is incredible at picking up on the vibe of each client's vision and helping execute the event in a uniquely tailored way. I was at risk of being TOO laid back a bride, and she and her team helped keep things on track and rolling seamlessly. We will be forever grateful, and will be recommending OTBP to everyone we know!

Stephanie is an amazing wedding planner!! She helped guide us from start to finish on all wedding things big and small, most of which we had no idea we needed to do in the first place. Her extensive planning experience is SO apparent when speaking to her (why we chose her), and she has this calm, cool and collected energy that is lifesaving when you’re in the thick of making a million small planning decisions. We always felt sure that nothing was going to go wrong (and nothing did!). She told us what we needed to do when, and helped us narrow down decisions with simple options and often reminded us of what we originally said we wanted, which is easy to lose sight of during the process. She connected us to the venue of our DREAMS, and the whole wedding weekend went off without a single hitch.

Honestly, we partly didn’t even realize how PERFECTLY Stephanie planned and executed our wedding until we attended a wedding as guests a few weeks later. All the little details that Stephanie did without even telling us suddenly became apparent - like having already opened bottles of wine on the dinner tables, so none of our guests had to wait, having ample lighting for evening time, having thought through the flow of the event, just everything.

Absolutely recommend them for catering and event planning. From the beginning, I knew I wanted my wedding to be wine country and wanted to find something that worked within my budget. Stephanie helped to find us our perfect venue! Food and drink were def #1 priorities for me, and the catering team is phenomenal. I've gotten a ton of compliments about the food and cocktail options! Stephanie was the best! I am entirely unorganized and she kept us on top of all details through the process. She was kind, patient, and very calm which I needed. On the day of she had it alllll taken care of. She was a lifesaver!

We can't say enough good things about Stephanie and her team. While I was determined to be a "chill bride," a seemingly never-ending series of unforeseen circumstances made planning our wedding an almost laughable mess. Firstly the year-long postponement due to the pandemic, then a mounting list of odd requirements from our overly difficult original venue (which I picked out before hiring OTBP), followed by me stalking the California government for whatever event limitations may be in place for our June 2021 wedding, all cumulating to our original venue downright cancelling TWO months before our wedding...oh and we live on the other side of the country. And you know what? Stephanie handled each obstacle with an unmatched level of calmness and kindness. Her guidance led us to a group of vendors that were absolutely perfect, and when we were heartbroken over having to postpone, her relationships with those vendors allowed us to keep each one of them on a Saturday night the following June, at barely any additional cost. We managed to find a new (and far better) venue right as hope was starting to fade. OTBP adapted our original wedding plans and also took over our Welcome pool party/BBQ as well as the rehearsal dinner. The events themselves were better than we could have ever imagined. For the most part, we relayed the look and vibe we were going for and OTBP made it come to life better than we could have ever done on our own. Stephanie was great when it came to working with and maximizing our budget. Our flowers were gorgeous and our guests are still raving about the food. We knew so many others with weddings planned for 2020 that ended up with the short-end of the stick so to end up with everything we could have wanted and more felt like some sort of miracle. And we owe that to Stephanie. Hire her and then trust her. She knows what she is doing and her passion for her job shows in the final result.

Looking for a wedding planner? Look no further. We hired Off The Beaten Path May 2020 for our wedding on September 16, 2021 which was our first best decision we made. After talking to Stephanie the first time we knew she was a perfect fit. Price is very reasonable especially in the Napa county area, she is very sweet, extremely helpful (especially since we are from Hawaii), organized--of course super important for a wedding planner, and doesn't mind I emailed and texted her frequently.

Stephanie was everything we needed her to be. She let me have my creative ideas yet was there to rely on for input and amazing execution. She helped setup introductions to any vendors, reviewed every contract, and looked into any questions we had. She let us feel at ease but did not take control of every aspect that let us design our dream wedding.

Stephanie sent a website that became my most visited website over that span of one and a half years, Aisle Planner. I absolutely love organization and that website was just that, a website to organize tasks, retain info and ideas, progress percentage, and connect to OTBP.

On to the wedding day, Stephanie made sure everything went so smoothly and went off without a hitch! Everything was done exactly how I wanted and even better. She directed our guests to where they needed to go and pay attention to. She truly is the best and was so essential to why our wedding came out like a dream.

Glad we asked to take a photo with her in our Photo Booth before she left for the night. She will forever be apart of our fridge.
