Sited on Highway 101 in the heart of downtown Hopland, this estate was formerly the Hopland High School between 1922 and 1963. Beautifully restored in 1998 by Leonard Brutocao with a mind to historical preservation and remodeling, this building was dedicated to his memory by the Brutocao family.
