Vine Hill House was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. Dan and Brigitte were extremely organized, seasoned professionals who helped us have a fantastic wedding with no drama. Not only did they help guide us in the planning process, but we got a ton of helpful tips and tricks too. They have lists of preferred vendors to work with, and they are honestly top quality companies. VHH has a high standard and we were not disappointed with the vendors we chose from the lists.

On the day of, they worked as our day of coordinators, and everything went smoothly. Their team set up all of the decor that I had purchased and worked with the florist to make sure everything looked great. You can also rent some decor/items from them which saves you a trip from hauling it to the venue yourself (ie. giant jenga, cornhole, ceremony arch). It was a bit chilly at night, but they had heat lamps and were diligently lighting them if they blew out (we also bought IKEA blankets which helped too). We had as close to a flawless wedding as one can, and we didn’t have to worry about anything because they handled it so well. Our guests were in love with the venue and thought everything looked gorgeous (they even wanted to host their own weddings there!). We are so grateful to the VHH team for helping create the best wedding we could’ve imagined!

Dan and his team were wonderful to work with. When touring venues we instantly fell in love with the stunning views at Vine Hill house. Aside from Vine Hill House being a beautiful venue; we were sold on Dan's team and trusted them to ensure we had a stress free and beautiful wedding. We appreciated everything he and his team did to help us in the planning process. This allowed our wedding day to run smoothly, and without stress for the bride and groom. On our wedding day they took care of everything and always made sure my husband and I were able to enjoy our wedding. This venue is beautiful and. we would highly recommend it.

We got married at VHH last month and it was a wonderful experience from our first meeting through the day of. Vine Hill is not only stunning in terms of the views but Dan and his team do such a great job. I did not want to spend a lot of time and stress planning my wedding and having their list of preferred vendors to go off really made my life so much easier. The VHHH team is so organized and they know what they are doing. The day of the wedding was completely stress free for me because the Vine Hill team did such a great job handling all of the details. I would highly recommend Vine Hill to anyone.

Choosing Vine Hill House as our wedding venue was the absolute best decision we made in the wedding planning process! We got married in June of this year. It was an absolute pleasure working with Dan and his team. I knew we would not forget a single detail or have to worry about a single thing on the day of the wedding due to how organized, generous, detailed and involved the team is. And all of our guests are still talking about how stunning the venue was! Cannot recommend this venue enough.

My husband and I were so happy with our decision to get married at Vine Hill House this past May. We immediately fell in love with the beauty of the venue and especially resonated with the “vineyard meets backyard” homey feeling of the space. From the very beginning, Dan and his team were patient, helpful, and responsive to all our questions. After booking our date, they provided a huge packet of information with preferred vendors, checklists, etc. that made our jobs so much easier, especially because neither of us had any clue how to plan a wedding. VHH is so hands-on that you don’t even need a wedding planner! Something that is noteworthy about the venue is just how many things the team covers and provides - you don’t need to worry about a day-of coordinator, lighting, heat lamps, dance floor, clean up, etc. You even provide your own drinks for the bar which saves a lot of money on alcohol. We’ve seen friends get burned with hidden costs and were grateful we didn’t have that experience at all with VHH. Vendors also love working at the venue so much that most of ours even offered a discount for being able to work there. On the day of the wedding, Dan, Jordan, and the team took care of everything so my husband and I were able to enjoy ourselves stress-free. It was the most perfect day and we had so many friends and family tell us it was the best wedding they have ever attended, largely due to the beauty of the venue. Guests also said the vineyard behind us at the altar was so stunning that it felt like a backdrop, and we’ll never forget the pure magic of dancing in the moonlight under the beautiful redwood trees. Another important thing to us was that our venue be LGBTQ-friendly, and both the VHH team and all their recommended vendors were so inclusive and wonderful to all our party members and loved ones. My wife and I got married at Vine Hill House about 2 weeks ago. First off, visit and book this venue at least a year in advance, as it will fill up fast! As well it should!

We cannot recommend Vine Hill enough. Dan, Jordan, and the team are true professionals who deeply care about making your special day the best it can be.

Planning a wedding can be an extremely daunting task, but they are with you every step of the way. They walk you through every detail. They are great with communication. They give you recommendations for catering, photography, DJ, etc. They also coordinate the day of your wedding, so that you don't have to worry about a thing.

Now the space. You can't beat it. It's nestled in the Graton/Sebastopol area. And it is gorgeous! It's a beautifully intimate space with everything you need.
And the view of the vineyards and Sonoma County is stunning.

Our wedding was perfect. It was the best day of our lives. And I am so thankful to have had it at Vine Hill House. 5 stars isn't enough. 10 stars :)

We were so happy we picked Vine Hill House as our wedding venue! It is an absolutely gorgeous property and it was perfect for what we were looking for. The ceremony and dancing area is shaded and out of this world gorgeous, filled with trees and greenery and a secret tasting bar. The dinner area is really spacious and the team sets it all up perfectly! We really appreciated that the VHH team was responsive and communicative and made the process seamless. Plus, the O’Connell wine is delicious, so enjoy! Thank you to the Vine Hill House team for everything!

There’s a moment on your wedding day when it hits you: “wow this is it”. This is months of planning and a labor of love coming together in the most beautiful celebration in front of your family and friends. And as the summer breeze wafts through the air, the warm sun rays beams down on you, the music of your procession echoes out from the beautiful tree grove where your guests wait…you feel it, and it’s Brigitte’s calm, soothing presence and Dan’s joking but always ready for anything demeanor that steadies you. So as you take your first steps out on your dad’s arm, you’re ready and excited and all the good feelings only because Vine Hill House is the steady drumbeat behind the procession that makes it move so smoothly, and what could you possibly worry about when you have Dan, Brigitte, Lily, and team at the ready.

Vine Hill House is for the couples that want a gorgeous venue with a sunset “golden hour” that cannot be beat to take vineyard couple photos in, an amazing support group to execute on your schedule/decoration vision but also provide time-tested advice on what works at their venue (seriously, listen to Dan and Brigitte, you won’t regret it), a fantastic list of preferred vendors (we used Trends Catering, Anne-Claire Brun, AMS Entertainment, and the Powder Room from their list with zero regrets), and just a day of absolute joy and celebration.

There were the small things too: Brigitte reminding me that Panera is the easiest and most filling for the day-of breakfast and lunch, the house they allow the bridal party to get in, the ice cold beers awaiting the guys in the “speakeasy” vibes of the tasting grove, the generous pickup of your wedding items the next day at noon, the way they guide you through signing the marriage license, reminders for things here and there, etc. etc. etc. etc.

Honestly, this review could go on way too long if I said everything we loved from the moment of initial contact to the day after our wedding of working with Vine Hill House. So I’ll just leave it to this, if they’re on your list of potential venues and you can book the date you want with them, go with Vine Hill House, you won’t regret it.

I'm not sure where to even start because this venue is so unbelievably special. The views are truly spectacular, we had guests going to all the well known vineyards/wineries in the area and still when they walked through the hydrangeas into the space their jaws dropped. It's something you really have to see to believe. Being able to spend the whole day getting ready, marrying my best friend, dancing under the biggest full moon I've ever seen is something out of a movie. We have heard from every single guest that it was the best wedding they've ever been to and that is no doubt thanks to the team here.

This brings me to Brigitte and Dan. Wow. They truly blew me away, from our first tour at Vine Hill I knew Brigitte was an expert at her craft. Coming from the event planning space I came prepared with a whole bunch of questions, she had answered all of them before I even got a chance! Then the wedding day, she is the most incredible day of coordinator, she wasn't pushy or stressed seeming at all yet would check in on us to make sure we were ok, see if we needed water, or give us a quick update on what was coming up next. We had some delays to shuttles, a bustle that didn't really want to bustle lol, and some pretty extreme heat on our day and she handled everything for us to the point where I was able to just completely enjoy myself. Brigitte from the bottom of my heart thank you for everything! Dan knows this venue inside and out and made sure each detail was PERFECT, he takes so much pride in his weddings and that comes through so clear. I heard later that he even showed some of our younger guests who had never seen how wine was made before the grapes and brought him into the vineyards, and I've heard from their parents that they're still talking about it!

This venue truly is magic and if you get the opportunity to be married here you will absolutely love it!
