Ali is absolutely incredible and truly an expert in this industry. We had a multi-cultural, multi-day wedding that required a lot of planning and patience, and I can confidently say the wedding would not have been the same without her (and we probably would have lost our minds in the process). From the very beginning, Ali guided us with amazing vendor recommendations and was there every step of the way, leading vendor appointments, tastings, venue walkthroughs, and countless Zoom calls.

She also did a phenomenal job communicating with my parents, who were very involved, making sure everyone was always on the same page. We shared our priorities and budget with her, and she nailed every decision while keeping our preferences front and center.

Since we live in Denver, Ali made scheduling easy by quickly setting up Zoom calls and FaceTimes whenever decisions had to be made. She somehow made the entire process of wedding planning fun and exciting, which is no small feat.
On the days of our events, everything ran flawlessly thanks to Ali and her team. We were able to be fully present and enjoy every single moment, knowing she was behind the scenes keeping everything on schedule, coordinating vendors, and managing every last detail.

My sister used Ali for her Napa wedding in 2022 and said Ali was "the best decision" she made for her wedding. So of course, when I got married in Sonoma two years later, there was no question that I would use Ali and her team. I can now also say that Ali was the best decision we made for our wedding. She is an absolute professional and has an incredible depth of knowledge about the Napa/Sonoma wedding industry. She learns your vision for your wedding and will make it happen, while also considering your budget -- she knows what is worth spending extra for, and where it is worth saving. Ali was recommended to us by our wedding venue, and we are incredibly grateful for her services from when we first met her until our wedding day. She is a consummate professional and is very detailed and thorough with her planning, but she never makes the couple feel overwhelmed and appropriately introduced new segments of planning at periodic intervals. Whenever we had gaps in our knowledge such as with floral, dining or scheduling, she offered advice without completely overwriting the vision of what we had in mind. She is very kind and helped keep us calm during the wedding day while also communicating with our vendors when we needed to adjust our wedding toast orders or add wine cases to our reception. My mom had heard about Ali DiLuvio years ago and kept her card on hand just waiting for her daughter (aka me) to get engaged. I was a little bit lost after getting engaged with the wedding planning process and gave Ali a call. I felt immediately at ease when talking to her, and this set the stage for one of the best decisions I would make during the wedding planning process. For the next 15 months, Ali was there to keep us on track with our goals. She helped us when we were in a bind a few times, and otherwise gets all the credit for making sure we did everything on time. She is warm, approachable, knowledgeable, and very professional. Ali made sure we considered all the details for our big day, and then truly allowed us to enjoy the big day when it came. You cannot go wrong with Ali DiLuvio Events! Several of our other vendors (venue, caterer, photographer, DJ) mentioned her by name (figured that was a good sign!), so we went with Ali for our destination wedding in Sonoma, CA and are thrilled we did. It was a flawless event thanks to Ali and her team, but the work didn't just happen that day. We worked with Ali a few months out from our big day and she brought everything together with graceful effort and great attention to detail. Leading up to our wedding she offered great suggestions and tips from table napkins to lighting to the flow of the day. Ali was absolutely amazing to work with! She made wedding planning so smooth and manageable. She was exactly what we were looking for! In the four months leading up to our wedding, my husband and I had a lot of non-wedding related curveballs thrown at us. Hiring Ali for your wedding is hands down the best decision you will make for your wedding! She helped us navigate two wedding postponements due to covid and made what would have otherwise been an extremely stressful situation, manageable and seamless. She is super responsive, helpful, organized and knowledgable. She has amazing relationships with the best vendors in the area and will advocate for her clients throughout the whole process. She is direct and honest but not overbearing, and will help you make the best decisions for your day. Even though she has many clients, we felt like she really got to know our style/personality and helped us create a day that was so unique to us. Ali was the MVP of our wedding and deciding to work with her was literally the BEST decision we made. Period. 

When we first met Ali, we were in stress and panic mode. We were four months away from the wedding date, we had not booked a single vendor, and we had just had a horrible experience with another wedding planner. Immediately after talking to Ali, it was clear that she knew what she was doing and I knew that she was it for us!!
We met several times over the course of the next four months. Ali gave us her honest feedback on every question we asked, she meticulously went through every detail of every contract and order, she had a keen eye for design, and most importantly, she guided us through the entire process, calmly and confidently. We immediately became stress free because we trusted her judgement. 

Come wedding day, we had multiple events on the same day: Hindu ceremony + baraat in the morning followed by lunch, then Catholic ceremony in the evening followed by cocktail hour + reception. We were initially nervous about stacking on so many events in one day but we were ahead of schedule the entire day, all because of Ali!! My husband and I both were able to enjoy the day stress free because we trusted that Ali had everything under control. We received so many compliments from our guests on everything - decor, organization, timeliness. 

We LOVED working with Ali, as did all of our vendors (and our guests!)  -  our wedding day would not have been as beautiful, smooth, and enjoyable if we not for Ali and her team!!!
