Could not have done our wedding without Ali!

Ali is absolutely incredible and truly an expert in this industry. We had a multi-cultural, multi-day wedding that required a lot of planning and patience, and I can confidently say the wedding would not have been the same without her (and we probably would have lost our minds in the process). From the very beginning, Ali guided us with amazing vendor recommendations and was there every step of the way, leading vendor appointments, tastings, venue walkthroughs, and countless Zoom calls.

She also did a phenomenal job communicating with my parents, who were very involved, making sure everyone was always on the same page. We shared our priorities and budget with her, and she nailed every decision while keeping our preferences front and center.

Since we live in Denver, Ali made scheduling easy by quickly setting up Zoom calls and FaceTimes whenever decisions had to be made. She somehow made the entire process of wedding planning fun and exciting, which is no small feat.
On the days of our events, everything ran flawlessly thanks to Ali and her team. We were able to be fully present and enjoy every single moment, knowing she was behind the scenes keeping everything on schedule, coordinating vendors, and managing every last detail.

If you are looking for a planner who is organized, kind, and truly invested in bringing your vision to life, we cannot recommend Ali highly enough. She is also a wonderful human and friend, which makes all the difference throughout the wedding planning journey.

Best of the Best

My sister used Ali for her Napa wedding in 2022 and said Ali was "the best decision" she made for her wedding. So of course, when I got married in Sonoma two years later, there was no question that I would use Ali and her team. I can now also say that Ali was the best decision we made for our wedding. She is an absolute professional and has an incredible depth of knowledge about the Napa/Sonoma wedding industry. She learns your vision for your wedding and will make it happen, while also considering your budget -- she knows what is worth spending extra for, and where it is worth saving. She has opinions (which are always right) and will voice them if you want them (you should!). She is also fun and an incredible joy to work with. I could go on and on, but the short is that she is the best of the best. I said this in my reception speech, so you know it's true - Ali is worth her weight in gold!

Magnificent experience

Ali was recommended to us by our wedding venue, and we are incredibly grateful for her services from when we first met her until our wedding day. She is a consummate professional and is very detailed and thorough with her planning, but she never makes the couple feel overwhelmed and appropriately introduced new segments of planning at periodic intervals. Whenever we had gaps in our knowledge such as with floral, dining or scheduling, she offered advice without completely overwriting the vision of what we had in mind. She is very kind and helped keep us calm during the wedding day while also communicating with our vendors when we needed to adjust our wedding toast orders or add wine cases to our reception. Highly recommend her for any couple needing an amazing human being to guide them through the craziness of wedding season!!

Exceeded Expectations

My mom had heard about Ali DiLuvio years ago and kept her card on hand just waiting for her daughter (aka me) to get engaged. I was a little bit lost after getting engaged with the wedding planning process and gave Ali a call. I felt immediately at ease when talking to her, and this set the stage for one of the best decisions I would make during the wedding planning process. For the next 15 months, Ali was there to keep us on track with our goals. She helped us when we were in a bind a few times, and otherwise gets all the credit for making sure we did everything on time. She is warm, approachable, knowledgeable, and very professional. Ali made sure we considered all the details for our big day, and then truly allowed us to enjoy the big day when it came. Our wedding was perfect and Ali gets most of the credit for making that be the case! We highly recommend hiring Ali and her team - you will not regret it!

The wedding of our dreams, in part thanks to Ali!

You cannot go wrong with Ali DiLuvio Events! Several of our other vendors (venue, caterer, photographer, DJ) mentioned her by name (figured that was a good sign!), so we went with Ali for our destination wedding in Sonoma, CA and are thrilled we did. It was a flawless event thanks to Ali and her team, but the work didn't just happen that day. We worked with Ali a few months out from our big day and she brought everything together with graceful effort and great attention to detail. Leading up to our wedding she offered great suggestions and tips from table napkins to lighting to the flow of the day. She kept everyone to task and the timeline she created for us was perfect...allowing enough time for every moment big and small that we never felt rushed, nor did we feel the day flew by. Everything went so smoothly and she put our minds at such ease that our dream wedding was realized in ways that I hoped for, but had never been truly able to imagine. We owe so much to Ali! She's sweet as can be and the best in the wine country biz. You will not regret adding her to your vendor team!

Superb Wedding Planning Experience

Ali was absolutely amazing to work with! She made wedding planning so smooth and manageable. She was exactly what we were looking for! In the four months leading up to our wedding, my husband and I had a lot of non-wedding related curveballs thrown at us. It felt like we were texting Ali every week with some sort of unexpected life update. She was calm and flexible as we had to adjust various wedding budgets and things due to various changes. And she kept all things wedding organized and calm when it felt like our lives were spinning. Our wedding day went so smoothly and was so well organized. We can't recommend her enough!

Ali is the absolute BEST!!!

Hiring Ali was one of the best decisions we made while planning our wedding! We reached out to her on the recommendation of our venue and are SO grateful we got to work with her. Like many couples these past few years, we had to reschedule our wedding multiple times due to the pandemic, and Ali stuck with us and made us feel cared for every step of the way. She is a master communicator; she was incredibly responsive to all of our questions, held regular meetings with us, sat down with us at the venue to plan, escorted us to the event rentals showroom, and had our whole wedding day laid out in diagrams and schedules, which was an incredible stress reliever! She was so easy to work with and made sure all the vendors knew the schedule and exactly what was expected of them. As we were hiring new vendors we would mention we were working with Ali, and every time, they would rave about her and were excited she was the head of our team, which speaks volumes to the quality of her work! She strove to make our day low stress and ensured we got to fully enjoy it. Any hiccups and curveballs the day-of she handled without us even knowing. We got several comments from our guests that our wedding was one of the most organized, well-planned, and enjoyable events they'd been to, and that's all thanks to Ali. Best decision you will make for your wedding!

Hiring Ali for your wedding is hands down the best decision you will make for your wedding! She helped us navigate two wedding postponements due to covid and made what would have otherwise been an extremely stressful situation, manageable and seamless. She is super responsive, helpful, organized and knowledgable. She has amazing relationships with the best vendors in the area and will advocate for her clients throughout the whole process. She is direct and honest but not overbearing, and will help you make the best decisions for your day. Even though she has many clients, we felt like she really got to know our style/personality and helped us create a day that was so unique to us. On top of everything, her fun-loving personality makes the whole process easy and enjoyable. Our wedding day went better than we could have imagined because of Ali. We have received so many comments from our guests about how perfect and special the day was. Hire Ali!

Ali is the best in the business!

Ali was the MVP of our wedding and deciding to work with her was literally the BEST decision we made. Period.

When we first met Ali, we were in stress and panic mode. We were four months away from the wedding date, we had not booked a single vendor, and we had just had a horrible experience with another wedding planner. Immediately after talking to Ali, it was clear that she knew what she was doing and I knew that she was it for us!!
We met several times over the course of the next four months. Ali gave us her honest feedback on every question we asked, she meticulously went through every detail of every contract and order, she had a keen eye for design, and most importantly, she guided us through the entire process, calmly and confidently. We immediately became stress free because we trusted her judgement.

Come wedding day, we had multiple events on the same day: Hindu ceremony + baraat in the morning followed by lunch, then Catholic ceremony in the evening followed by cocktail hour + reception. We were initially nervous about stacking on so many events in one day but we were ahead of schedule the entire day, all because of Ali!! My husband and I both were able to enjoy the day stress free because we trusted that Ali had everything under control. We received so many compliments from our guests on everything - decor, organization, timeliness.

We LOVED working with Ali, as did all of our vendors (and our guests!) - our wedding day would not have been as beautiful, smooth, and enjoyable if we not for Ali and her team!!!

I've worked in the Wine Industry for close to four years now, I've seen so many weddings, so many people, and without a doubt Ali Diluvio was the perfect wedding planner for both my self and my (now) husband. I wanted someone who would be honest with me and tell me what works and what doesn't and she's always provided that. She has an excellent eye and ascetic, and she's fun! (So important!!!) She provided so many unique and pretty aspects to our wedding that I never thought about and LOVED. As far as wedding planning goes we had a few difficult challenges, we lost our wedding venue due to a natural disaster LESS THAN FOUR WEEKS before the day! She made it such a smooth transition, arranged everything and almost made it seem like this was the plan from the very start. It was hard and emotional venue switch and I am so happy we had Ali to help us through everything. She's impeccable and meticulous with everything, and above and beyond the definition of organized. So happy with every aspect of how our Wedding turned out, my only qualm is that I won't be able to see Ali nearly as much now!

We hired Ali for our wedding day coordination and it was the best decision we made! Ali is right there when you need her. She cooly and calmly does her job, ensuring a seamless day. My advice to anyone who is thinking about hiring Ali to coordinate their wedding is very simple. Don't waste a second searching for coordinators any longer. HIRE HER! Ali is the most helpful, organized, calm and knowledgeable professional which is exactly what you want when planning a wedding. From our initial meeting to her vendor referrals, the multiple site walk throughs, our various 3-4 hour "detail" meetings, our millions of questions that were immediately answered and daily emails, Ali was there. Our wedding was an absolute dream and there is NO way we could have accomplished that without Ali. I will refer all my friends, family and anyone who will listen to me to Ali forever. Ali is truly an incredible wedding planner! She is organized, always on top of everything, but has a wonderful presence and warmth about her that makes her the perfect planner for your wedding. When planning a wedding, you need a coordinator who really knows what works and what doesn't. Ali had so many great suggestions, because she is very experienced. Yet she never tried to impose her way on us, and was always willing to listen to our ideas and give us her feedback. She is very low-key, relaxed and reassuring as the big day approaches, when nerves can get frayed and people can be stressed out. She is just the best, nicest, and easiest person to work with. Our wedding was a beautiful and amazing day, thanks to Ali making sure everything worked seamlessly and thoroughly checking that everything we needed was in place. Ali did a amazing job helping my daughter and me plan and overseeing her wedding. She was not only professional, but took care of all the fine points and large ones too! She pointed out things I couldn't or didn't think of. We had to get tents because of the weather at the last minute . She had a hard time finding any on such short notice and on a very busy weekend too. She did find them and they were up in time for the wedding! The day and night were saved. She and her staff were easy and fun to work with. They took care of so much on the wedding day, it made it so much easier and fun for me. We could not have done it with her.

Hiring Ali is the best decision you will make for your wedding. Without a doubt. Beginning the wedding process, sorting out the endless options for vendors and details and navigating through costs is incredibly intimidating. I knew I wanted to play a role in planning my big day but found myself quickly overwhelmed by it all. My amazing venue, Paradise Ridge, introduced me to Ali, and I was impressed with her the moment we met. While so warm and fun to be around (not to mention her amazing ability to keep up with my husband's sense of humor), I loved that I could always count on her for an honest and thoughtful recommendation. She helped us navigate through a whole slew of details and introduced us to some of the BEST vendor partners around with her all-inclusive package that we got to customize for our style and likes. Months after my wedding, my guests are still commenting on how well they were taken care of, how beautifully and seamlessly the night came together and how special each interaction was throughout the night. Ali and her team are professional, responsive, dedicated and simply awesome all around. And for those who are budget conscious...her pricing is actually so fair and reasonable for the level of service she delivers. She puts on tons of weddings and events throughout the year but always made us feel like we were her only clients. But don't take my word for it... give her a call and see for yourself! Ali is great to work with! She was very responsive anytime we had any questions. We were unsure whether we needed a wedding planner for our event, but we were very glad we did. We ended up going with the partial planning option which reduced the amount of work for us while speeding up all of the vendor interactions. Whenever we would feel like there was too much to do or lost in the process, after a call to Ali, we'd feel comfortable again. We had some complications in our planning, for example when the contact at our venue was replaced halfway through and we had difficulty getting a hold of anyone, but Ali took charge and made sure everything went smoothly. Her presence on the day of the wedding was invaluable, as she gave us all of our cues and made sure we were on the ball the whole night. The actual wedding day was completely stress free which is a huge credit to Ali. After the wedding, I noticed some extra charges from one of the vendors. I asked Ali about it and she handled that as well, getting us a partial refund.

Ali is passionate about what she does, went the extra mile for us and made us feel totally comfortable on our wedding day. Huge thanks to her for helping make our wedding day what it was.

Ali did a superb job with coordinating our wedding. We took advantage of her day of planning package, and it was a great decision. She was very organized, prompt with responses, and provided honest thoughts on what she thought was feasible/appropriate but also took feedback and requests well. She was proactive with preventing or mitigating any issues, and if any issues did arise (no major issues occurred that we were aware of) she promptly addressed them. She kept our wedding moving along to the timeline but she was sensitive to changes that we wanted to make that day (extra reception speakers). Her assistant, Lorenzo, also did an excellent job. They both took great care of us, ensuring to check on us periodically to see if we needed anything. One item we both were so impressed with and grateful for was the special times she set aside for us during the day. These were private times that we could take a minute and enjoy the moment and it made our day all that more special and memorable. My husband felt very confident in her abilities and we weren't disappointed. Overall, a great experience and we highly recommend her services.

Ali was absolutely the best! When we found her we felt like we hit the jackpot. When we started looking at venues and planners we were completely distraught with how expensive everything was in the Bay Area. We decided to do a full service package with Ali at Paradise Ridge Winery. Both the venue and Ali were the best decisions we made. Ali was so fun to talk to about all the wedding details and you can feel her enthusiasm/passion for what she does. She took time to talk to us about our vision and I felt she really understood the vibe we were going for and it wasn't just a cookie-cutter wedding that she was putting together. She made sure to make it personal to us. Also, on multiple occasions she made herself available to talk on the phone to discuss different options/pricing, etc. Each vendor that Ali recommended was top notch as well. We felt like we got great pricing too since she works with these vendors all year and they give her the best rates out there. Ali even recommended a great stylist to do my hair since I live in San Francisco and didn't know anyone in the area (Mary at Mint Salon & Spa was fantastic). All and all I felt like Ali was more than just a wedding planner to us. She really made our day special and eased all the stress that comes along with the planning. We can't recommend her enough!

She made sure we were organized on the day of, was extremely flexible when dealing with an out of town bride, and when the ceremony musician canceled the day before our wedding, she found another musician within minutes (who was amazing, I might add). She was always very responsive to our emails and helped with a lot of details that I would have overlooked. Trust me, you need Ali.

Over and over we kept hearing the same comment from Laine and James' wedding guests, "It was magical". Without, Ali and Casey, we could not have made this all come together. We are all so very grateful to both Ali and Casey for their gracious guidance every step of the planning process.

For Day of wedding coordination, Casey Kelly was amazing and unflappable. She handled everything that came her way with professional ease and grace. Our Pastor was particularly impressed with Casey and loved that he could relax and let Casey orchestrate the rehearsal. We loved Laura, too. What great staff Ali attracts to her team. To have such warm interpersonal skills is truly a gift.

Hands down the best money you will spend is hiring a Wedding Planner. Our Pastor took one look at the detailed timeline Ali and Casey provided (with our input) and said, "Wow, I've never seen anything like this. These gals are incredibly organized." Our Pastor has been doing weddings for 25 years, so that says a lot!

Without exception the vendors that Ali and Casey suggested were top notch. Everyone was so comfortable to talk to and really listened to what Laine and James wanted for their wedding. Knowing our daughter is particularly camera shy, they suggested a photographer who they knew would not be pushy and in fact put Laine and James at total ease.

For the wedding itself, literally, we just showed up and relaxed. We had dropped off all our wedding decor and extras at the rehearsal and Casey and Emily (our florist) took care of every detail! At the end of the evening everything was neatly and securely packed by Casey and Laura. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves knowing Casey and Laura had everything under control.

We could not have imagined a more beautiful wedding for our daughter. Our only regret is that we will miss meeting for coffee with Ali and Casey, they are such lovely people. We are deeply grateful for their expertise and invaluable guidance.

You will not find a better event planner and wedding coordinator - Ali is the best. Hands down. She listens to your needs, while bringing her professional experience to the table... to help guide you through the process in the most productive and enjoyable way possible. She was a blast to work with, and was sensitive to my feelings and opinions. She is one of the most organized, detail-oriented people I have ever met. But Ali's services don't stop there. When the big day finally arrives you have nothing to fret about when Ali is on your team. She is a rock star!! She made sure every detail was in place and each person on cue. I cannot possibly say enough good things about working with Ali - everything was perfect. I am very organized, and can be a bit of a control freak, so I did not originally expect that I would be working with a wedding planner, but after my experience working with Ali, I cannot recommend her strongly enough.

On my wedding day, and in the weeks leading up to it, my friends, family, and even other wedding vendors commented that they were surprised by how calm I was. This was all thanks to Ali. I knew that she had assembled an amazing team, and would make sure that everything would run smoothly, so there was nothing left for me to worry about. I was able to enjoy the day and weekend to the fullest extent possible.

When we found our venue (Paradise Ridge Winery), we asked about any packages, and they recommended Ali. We met with Ali and checked out the venue in the same day. We were convinced. Ali offered us a package, with an amazing caterer, patisserie, florist, DJ, and photographer. Ali also had great recommendations for hair, make-up, transportation, etc. We followed all of Ali's recommendations, and the food was delicious, the flowers beautiful, the photographs incredible, and so on. Everyone Ali recommended exceeded our expectations.

Ali also guided us through a process completely unfamiliar to us (and was very responsive the whole time), helping us make some of the more specific decisions with the vendors, and coming up with a day-of schedule outlining exactly what was supposed to happen at every moment. Ali shared this with us and the vendors to make sure everyone knew where to be and when, and thanks to Ali's guidance, we all managed to find ourselves in the right places at the right times!

Looking back on it, I have no idea how we could have done it without her. All the details that she managed perfectly that would not have even occurred to me ... Thank you a thousand times over. My very highest of recommendations!

Ali is AMAZING! She went above and beyond to make our wedding so special! First I must say I haven't planned anything bigger than a backyard BBQ for a dozen people... When I got engaged I felt a sense of dread creep up on me after all the excitement... I have to plan a whole freakin' wedding now?! When I first met Ali I was nervous, had no idea where to start and felt so alone! My man is GREAT, but he cannot discuss shades of colors even when he tries so hard to haha. I booked Ali for month-of coordinating but she met with me alla long the way (we had a 19 month engagement?!) and emailed until I felt like I had direction. She knows amazing vendors (each one she recommended was phenomenal) and she would go with me to meetings (thank you Ali!!!) so I had someone to talk to about color/theme/style/impact/girl stuff with. She handled our timeline and communication with all vendors, she didn't miss a beat when I forgot things (I forgot actual table numbers! Hello?! Who does that?!) I didn't realize that til the next day because everyone found their tables so quickly. I had plenty of time to get ready, plenty of time to enjoy my guests, my mother and family members were laughing enjoying themselves... They told me they had no stress! Ali made me go from dreading my wedding to embracing it and I thoroughly enjoying my wedding day and the whole process. I was so relaxed all day and we stayed right on schedule. Ali, I cannot thank you enough!

Ali planned our July wedding at Paradise Ridge Winery in California. I cannot recommend her services enough! She is not only an amazing person but also so on her game! Our wedding was exactly how I pictured it - every detail taken care of by Ali. My goal for this wedding was to have as much fun as possible and she made it happen. My fiance and I didn't have to worry about a thing - from a misplaced hair that Ali pinned down for me to our car loaded up the next day nicely with all our personal items.

We had a great time planning our wedding and we couldn't have done it without Ali. :)

We are only 2 weeks out from the most perfect and beautifully orchestrated wedding we could have ever dreamed of... and perfect and grateful are on our lips now and forever for Ali! My partner and I still can’t believe how flawlessly our wedding day went (or at least how flawlessly it appeared to go from our perspective) and we're positive that it wouldn't have gone nearly as well without Ali as our day-of coordinator. Ali came highly recommended to us by our venue, Paradise Ridge Winery, and I now see why. We worked with Ali DiLuvio Events for day-of coordination for our 4/11/14 wedding at Paradise Ridge Winery in Santa Rosa and had an excellent experience.

From the moment you hire Ali and her team, they are responsive, knowledgeable, resourceful and a pleasure to work with. Personally, I began to feel a tad overwhelmed by the wedding planning process about a month before our wedding, which was at the exact moment Ali swept in to confirm services with all of our vendors, coordinate our day-of timeline from set-up to break-down and correct for any missing elements or oversights in our contracts. Ali was always available to answer any questions I had, calm any nerves or handle little details about our day. On the day of the wedding Ali coordinated the event seamlessly. I'm sure she put out some figurative fires throughout the day that I never saw but she also put out a literal fire when a menu got too close to a table candle and caught on fire - she swiftly grabbed the menu and stopped it out outside without drawing any attention! She's amazing! I HIGHLY recommend Ali's services as a wedding/event coordinator for the Sonoma County area - she works with many wineries and event spaces, knows all of the local vendors and is on top of every detail you may never think of!

Ali is the best wedding planner I could every imagine having. We hired her for a day-off service for our wedding at Santa Rosa, but the communications started months before the wedding. She is very sweet, responsible, professional, and also accommodating to our not-so-traditional ideas. It rained on my wedding day so I got nervous about our outdoor ceremony. But when Ali showed up I knew I did not have to worry about anything any more. In the end everything went extremely well - Ali had this incredible magic of taking care of everything in a calm manner. I had the absolute pleasure of working with Ali DiLuvio recently! I was recommended to her when I told another vendor that I had no idea how I would pull everything together on the day of my wedding. They said, well you probably need a Day of Coordinator and gave me her contact info. I was hesitant, because a Coordinator is just another additional cost and my the wedding costs were adding up so quickly. However, one phone call with Ali and I knew I could trust her with my wedding day and that the money would be well spent.
I was not wrong, Ali did everything that a day of coordinator should do! She worked with me about a week or two in advance to go over every single detail I had planned, she put together a timeline that all the vendors and herself could use and on the day of the wedding she was there all day making sure the setup went according to my specifications, she monitored and helped execute everything as the ceremony and reception went on and she stayed until after all the last guests and I left.
I was a very stressed out and detail oriented bride, that definitely expected something to go wrong, which made me even more anxious and even more detail oriented than I probably needed to be. However, nothing did go wrong. (And if it did Ali hid it from me so well that I had no idea and then she fixed it without me knowing!)
Another thing about Ali that I appreciated is that she took on my wedding just as I planned it and executed it exactly how I wanted. She did not try to change anything or put in her two cents about how things should be. She listened, remembered and executed!
I highly recommend Ali as a coordinator, she has great taste, she is detail oriented, she makes things happen and she is incredibly nice and pleasant to work with. She honestly made my wedding day better than I thought it would be!

Ali is the best! She designed a personalized wine country elopement package for us that included flowers, cake, wine/cheese, officiant, photographer, and our choice of spaces at the winery. She took care of every detail while asking for our feedback along the way. Our only tasks were to secure the marriage license and show up. Ali is clearly experienced, well-organized, and well-connected, all to our benefit. It was so easy and comforting to have her vetting the vendors as we planned our elopement from Ohio. Ali thought of everything and put us at ease the day of the ceremony. She was prepared for last-minute requests, and she was always present without hovering. Wow - what a fantastic day. I didn't know where to start as I began to plan our destination wedding. As luck would have it, I met Ali at Paradise Ridge when we flew into town to view possible venues for our wedding. It didn't take us long to decide she was the one for us:) We decided on Paradise Ridge because, it simply, is Paradise. Ali was truly a wonder to work with. Since she knew the property so well (as she knows many, well), she offered so many helpful tips. She works with the best vendors for EVERYTHING: catering, DJ, flowers, etc...we were so impressed with her responsiveness, and professionalism. She made this planning effortless. We contracted with Ali for "day of" services at Ramekins for our daughter's wedding in August and also for additional consultation services leading up to the wedding day. I cannot say enough about Ali - she is professional, creative, responsive, flexible, honest, and a lot of fun! Ali is experienced and knows the venues and vendors in all of the wine country. She is dependable and diplomatic and has an exceptional eye for detail. Ali also knows etiquette and shares information freely. Our daughter's wedding was (in her words) "perfect" which we attribute to Ali's efficiency and professionalism. My husband, daughter and I truly enjoyed the wedding as we knew Ali had everything under control. She provided a timeline and gently kept us all on track with the various activities of the evening - she was the point person for all the other vendors which provided a seamless flow to the evening. Ali has a great working relationship with Anita at Wine Country Flowers and AMS Entertainment (DJ) and now, Ramekins. When we "found" Ali, she hadn't worked with Ramekins previously, but subsequently met all the necessary requirements of Ramekins to be our planner. She is trustworthy and we would recommend her to any MOB and FOB or bride who wants "the perfect wedding".....she will make it happen!!!

Ali Diluvio events made my wedding dream a reality. And with the development of Pinterest, this is not an easy task! Hands down, this was the best money we spent for our wedding. My fiancé and I live in San Diego, but I’m from Sonoma, so I wanted to work with someone local. I also wanted to work with someone that understands my wild and crazy personality and accompanying 170 family/friends.

From day 1 Ali was 100% committed to making our dream what we envisioned. Her vendor recommendations are phenomenal and her guidance was invaluable. She is efficient, organized, responsive, and well connected in the wedding industry.

Ali is amazing! She helped plan our wedding just the way that I imagined it. She was always there when I needed her, always on time, and most of all very personable. I did not have one worry about my wedding, she took care of all of my questions, concerns, and doubts.
Ali always made my husband and I feel at ease, on the day of our wedding, she was so cheerful and beyond happy for us. The wedding was perfect, it was the hottest day of the year with over 180 people, not only did she deal the heat, she made it look like a breeze of having 180 people to answer to when needed. By far the best decision that we made in planning our wedding was selecting Ali as our planner. I was so anxious about the wedding before we met her, but as soon as we decided to work with her, I can honestly say that the process was stress free. Ali is everything that you want in a wedding planner: organized, responsive, creative and genuinely warm - which is important when you are planning an event that is so personal. Ali also works with phenomenal vendors. We could not have been happier with the caterer, the florist, the cake baker, and the DJ that she offered in her package. Ali came with us to our meetings with each vendor to ensure that both she and the vendors understood our vision. And for the details of the wedding for which didn't have a vision, Ali had great ideas. The best thing was that on the day of the wedding, all we had to do was show up, get married, and have an amazing time. Ali handled everything else and the day flowed absolutely seamlessly and truly exceeded our expectations. So many of our guests commented on how smoothly everything went and how relaxed my husband and I were. If you plan to get married in wine country, I cannot recommend Ali highly enough.

My husband and I are both from Denver so we really needed a local wedding coordinator who knows the Vendors in the area and to help with a lot of the leg work required in planning a wedding. Ali is the best!!! I am so glad that we hired her to plan and coordinate our wedding. The minute we took her on, all of my stresses and fears about the wedding went away because I knew we were in good hands.
I have worked alongside Ali as a wedding photographer for 5 years as we were part of a venue's wedding package. She did an excellent job with each and every wedding and was so trusted and respected by all of her brides and grooms. When it came time for my own wedding, I knew that Ali would be the perfect choice for our coordinator.
Before the wedding, Ali helped me with organization, gave me ideas for table decor/reception decorations, met/emailed/and talked on the phone with me every time I needed her, choreographed the processional and recessional, helped create a day-of timeline for us, instructed and kept up with all the other vendors, contacted bridal party members, worked hand in hand with the venue's staff, and much much more. The day of the wedding, she made everything flow so smoothly. She thought of all the little things, and made sure that my husband and I had the best wedding we could possibly have. Our wedding day was PERFECT! And I know that was in part because of all Ali's hard work.

Ali was an incredible Wedding Planner for our event. She was attentive, responsive, caring, detail oriented and helped us with every aspect of planning our wedding. She was able to greatly help with the prep for the big day and her onsite coordination on the actual day of the wedding was amazing. There was not one hitch, or maybe there was and she was just able to handle it without us even knowing! She was able to do all this while being 9 months pregnant at the time. I would recommend Ali and her services any day!!

We decided to have a destination wedding in the California wine country. As anyone that has gone through it before, planning a wedding isn't easy...especially when you're not in the same city. I first met Ali when my mom and I were visiting venues in the Sonoma area. She immediately made us feel welcome and her hospitality is part of what sold us on the location. With Ali's support and expertise, I felt at ease planning my wedding from a distance. She kept us on track for meeting those critical deadlines, and went above expectations on the wedding day. She picked up my gown after it was steamed and had it waiting for me in the bridal room. After the ceremony, Ali was the one to bustle the dress too. It's details like this that stand out to me as making Ali special. I would recommend Ali to anyone, and I hope...for your sake...that you choose her too.

I am extremely grateful to have had Ali’s guidance and expertise in planning my wedding. My husband and I wanted to have a casual wedding reception that felt like a big party, and skip most of the rituals associated with a traditional wedding reception. Although our style is atypical, Ali was able to understand what we were after, and help us to plan our ideal celebration. She customized her wedding package to suit our needs perfectly, and contributed wonderful ideas and valuable insight. She was able to take what ideas and preferences we had, and make them come to life, while sensitively offering suggestions on aspects of the wedding planning we were unsure how to handle. Simply put, Ali walked us comfortably through the planning of our wedding, and orchestrated everything seamlessly on our big day. In comparing the ease with which Ali helped us plan our wedding to the stress many of my friends experienced, I realize exactly how valuable Ali’s professionalism and services really are. Needless to say, I would highly recommend working with Ali to plan your wedding.

Ali was our wedding planner for our wedding at Mark West Lodge. From the moment I met her we knew she would make our day very special, and she did! She was so helpful and professional and made planning so stress free and enjoyable. She was always available throughout the process for any questions and concerns I had. She worked with great vendors so that we didn't have to worry, and everything was perfect and timely. Our day was amazing and we are so thankful for Ali. Definitely the best!

When my husband and I got married, Ali was the event planner at Mark West Lodge in Santa Rosa (the venue has since closed). Ali was the main reason that we chose to have our wedding at that venue. She immediately made us feel at ease and didn't raise an eyebrow at some of our less traditional ideas (all groomsmen being fully bearded, cartoon toad drawings on the restroom doors, etc). Communicating with Ali prior to the big day was always very easy, but it was her performance on the day of that really stood out. I had zero stress that day because Ali was running around taking care of everything. In fact, I learned later that one of the bathroom toilets had overflowed during the reception. Ali not only took care of it but made sure that I didn't even have any idea that it had happened. If you want a stress-free wedding day where you can enjoy your guests and not be worrying about caterers and dj's, etc, then Ali is the planner for you!
