This was the perfect venue for our wedding. The property and views are unmatched, the wine is high quality, and the staff is exceptional. They were responsive, friendly, and flexible. It is also one of the few venues in the area that allows a full bar. Great all around.

I cannot recommend Viansa Winery highly enough for anyone looking for a stunning wedding venue. Our wedding was nothing short of magical, thanks to the breathtaking setting and impeccable service provided by Viansa.

Her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine warmth made everything seamless and stress-free. It truly was a great wedding! The venue was stunning and every aspect of planning through the event went so smoothly. Could not have asked for a better space to have our wedding.

I don’t know how we found Viansa when we started looking at wedding venues, but I’m so happy we did! The venue is absolutely stunning - our guests could not stop raving about the location and views. many of our guests were traveling in from out of state and the venue is in such a great location - easy to get to from the Bay Area airports, and close to several of the cities in wine country, so there were lots of hotel options and things for our guests to do while they were in town. We loved the ceremony locations options, the courtyard for the cocktail hour and the indoor reception location was perfect for dinner and dancing. As well, working with Alyssa was amazing, she made the process easy and stress free. I couldn't imagine a better venue for our wedding and cannot wait to come back to visit!

We got married at Viansa on 7/1/22 and could not have asked for a more perfect, easy to work with venue. The property is breathtakingly gorgeous and you have access to the entire property giving you the options to have your wedding events (ceremony, cocktail, etc) on different parts of the winery. The lead coordinator Victoria is extremely kind, thoughtful and easy to work with. We had multiple guests tell us that Viansa is the prettiest wedding venue they had ever been to!

Our wedding at Viansa was just amazing - the winery is so, so beautiful and in a really convenient location for guests coming in from out of town. There were also so many great locations to choose from, which was very convenient since we got married in March and so had to think about rain. The outdoor regions are so beautiful but Viansa also has so many amazing indoor locations. It ended up being cold and rainy on our day, and we got to enjoy some of the outdoor spaces but it was so easy to move big chunks of the wedding indoors at the last minute. Victoria was so amazing and so accommodating and helpful when planning, and she really made sure that everything was perfect. She was also incredibly responsive to both us and our wedding planner, Tara Ybarra, and helped us through the wine selection (including a tasting on the premises beforehand). We couldn't have chosen a better location!!

Viansa is on the pricier side, but it's REALLY hard to beat on location, views, facilities, and service. I think the visuals probably speak for themselves, but I'll say that it was amazing to have a venue where we were actually choosing between *multiple* gorgeous, perfect ceremony/cocktail hour spaces to put our event together!! Victoria was wonderful to work with and super flexible, and they allowed us to borrow (and move!) a lot of stuff they already had on property, which was a big money saver for us!! They were also flexible on things like delivery/pickup timing, event start/end times and all that good stuff - as far as I can remember, everything we needed was a yes. The wine is delicious and not especially expensive for a winery venue, and our pre-wedding tasting (led by the owner!) was tremendously fun. We're big fans of Viansa and will be back to visit whenever we can!!

Can’t recommend viansa enough! Victoria is incredibly accommodating, attentive, responsive, professional and kind. Viansa is GORGEOUS. Our guests raved about every detail including the views, the wine, personnel, and of course the California weather.

Viansa Sonoma was the PERFECT setting for my wedding. It is a stunning property on a hill overlooking the Sonoma Valley. I fell in love as soon as we went for our site visit. We used the wine cellar/barrel room for the ceremony and the pavilion for the reception. Victoria Campbell is THE BEST. She is so sweet, helpful and accommodating. Very easy to work with and generous about letting us use the furniture they already had. The place is so nice you really don't need to spend a ton on sprucing it up, styling or flowers. Your guests will be amazed by the place. We got married in the middle of the Coronavirus (just before the shelter in place directive) and we are grateful that Viansa stayed open just long enough for us to have our celebration. Wish we could do it again, day went by so fast. Thank you to Victoria and everyone on the Viansa Team for making our special day even more incredible!

We booked Viansa Sonoma as our wedding venue. We had initially booked under Milestone Events Group, and learned of the management switch to Vintage Wine Estates earlier this year. While we were nervous that there was a switch up in the staff we would be working with, we are so thankful that we ended up in good hands. Ironically, we had a much easier time working with Victoria and the new team. They were super flexible and accommodating with answering our questions with our final payments, and also allowed us to have a couple of tastings to figure out the wines we wanted to serve at our wedding.

Beyond this, the venue itself is stunning. We're talking 360 degree views, with different surroundings and views between the courtyard, the mid-lawn, and the upper deck, and literally every which way you turn! It made for such a beautiful setting for our wedding - our guests were blown away, and it is impossible to take a bad photo.

We can't wait to visit again and relive our wedding day memories!

My husband and I were married on 9/1/2018 at Viansa Sonoma and we worked with Teina as our wedding planner. Aside from the venue being absolutely gorgeous, Milestone Events Group and Teina helped us make our wedding day unforgettable. Teina was an absolute pleasure to work with and she was amazing at helping us coordinate everything. We've received so many compliments from our family and friends about how seamless the wedding was and how all of it ran so smoothly, all thanks to her. We highly recommend Milestone Events Group and especially Teina for wedding planning!

We cannot thank Kristen and her team enough for such a perfect wedding. We picked Sonoma as a destination wedding primarily for the weather and of course the wine; having never visited Sonoma let alone Viansa prior to booking it was a bit of a leap of faith but it was completely worth it.

Kristen was quick to respond to any of my queries, however silly they sounded and reassured me that everything was organised along the way. We went with an elopement package and the team were happy for us to organise our own officiant, cake and photographer and made sure there timings fit in with the rest of the ceremony.

We thought we probably should make a quick pit stop the day before the big day and were greeted with a tour and plied with plenty of wine.

On the day, Kristen was waiting by the door of the wine cellar to take myself into the bridal suite; my husband was whisked off before we could meet to a lovely area outside. I have to say I felt like a complete superstar, all the staff were communicating via headset as the doors were opened for me to walk down the aisle.

We finished our day with a vineyard tour and wine tasting, well done to Philip for coping with us crazy (and slightly tipsy at that point) Brits; especially dealing with my sister in law who was insistent that basil featured in every wine... it really didn't!

We popped by a few days later before we embarked on our honeymoon (family free!) and were again treated like a VIP; we did not catch his name but one of the tasting staff said he was honoured to have opened the doors for the first time for our wedding. His customer service was absolutely amazing!!

We could not have asked for a better day! Thank you so much for making it so perfect.

I cannot begin to describe how thrilled we were with our Viansa wedding! After touring a handful of venues in Napa and Sonoma, Viansa was easily our top choice. A winery at the top of a hill, the views of the surrounding wetlands and vineyards are stunning. The new pavilion (which wasn't built when we booked) is absolutely perfect for the reception. And the cost is quite reasonable compared to similar venues in the area.

I grew up in Northern California so wanted to get married there, but now live in Miami, so it was important for us to have a venue that would be easy to work with long distance. So, having an onsite Wedding Coordinator was a huge plus. Kristen was amazing to work with. She responded to all our questions in a timely, helpful manner, worked with us where we wanted to customize our wedding and reception to our tastes, and was extremely helpful the weekend of our wedding. We did a lot of the decorations ourselves, and Kristen and her staff were brilliant at setting up the room beautifully. The day of, Kristen was great about checking on the progress of the event and keeping us stress-free, allowing us to enjoy the evening. She even talked us through the cake cutting, which we had no idea how to do.

You do have to use their caterer and purchase their wines, but don't be put off! All the food through Sage Catering was delicious, and their wines are very good at a reasonable price. My husband and I love the pinot noir and my uncle proclaimed that their sangiovese is one of the best he has had! Pro tip: join the wine club so you can enjoy their different wines before you choose for the wedding.

Thank you Kristen and the rest of the staff at Viansa for helping us have the wedding of our dreams! It truly was the best day of our lives. Picking a venue was our biggest challenge in having a destination wedding and we booked Viansa site unseen after reading great reviews and seeing the beautiful pictures. This turned out to be the best decision we made! Kristen was amazing and walked us through every step of the process no matter how many emails or questions we had. She helped solve problems immediately with a great attitude. On the day of the wedding, we were greeted with sparkling wine and a cheese platter and everything was set up perfect-which definitely eased my nerves! Kristen kept us informed throughout the whole evening of each event. Another aspect of my wedding, which I am so thankful for, was that they dedicated one server to have gluten free food available to me so I would get to eat at the cocktail hour. And the food was so delicious! We received many compliments from our guests. Although the venue is a bit pricey it is totally worth it to have a wedding coordinator that makes the planning process go smoothly and a stress-free wedding day with unbeatable views of the vineyard! As a destination bride, I really didn't know what to expect out of the venue on the night of the event. I had visited Viansa for meetings, but I'd never been there during sunset/evening, which is when my wedding would be held. The ceremony started at the perfect moment that the sun was about to set and afterwards cocktails on the patio were slightly lit by the setting sun but also the festoon lighting that perfectly twinkles. It was a fairytale setting. For dinner, the barrel room looked like a scene out of a movie with long king's tables draped with olive branches, florals, and candles everywhere. The dancing took place in the courtyard, which again had twinkle lights, a cigar bar, a fire pit with s'mores, and all the sweet dance moves you could ask for! All in all, the venue was so much more than I could have ever imagined. I myself am an event planner, and Kristen was SUCH an incredible help along the way. I was picky and had lots of questions and Kristen answered them promptly and with a smile each and every single time. She was always ready with resources, contacts, solutions, and a sweet demeanor. My fiance and I were immediately comfortable with her and trusted her every step of the way. I truly feel like I never had the chance to have any bridezilla moments because Kristen was always on top of everything, even from the very beginning stages of planning. She saw my vision and made it come to life. She even held and consoled a crying, screaming ring bearer who wouldn't walk down the aisle while trying to still coordinate the rest of us during the ceremony! I can't thank Kristen enough for making our day absolutely perfect. She's a dream to work with.

quickly and throughly. Having not planned a major wedding before, I had a lot of questions and Kristen never seemed bothered by even the simplest of questions. There were no surprises along the way - and nothing was left hanging or unanswered.

But all the details and work she did leading up to the wedding, paled compared to the wedding day! She was simply amazing —especially because 2 hours before the wedding, she received a high-wind advisory—winds were gusting up to 20 mph! The wedding ceremony was scheduled to be held on the upper lawn —she calmly explained the situation and advised that we move the wedding ceremony to the courtyard. She also made the decision to move the cocktail hour partially indoors. Under Kristen’s command and in less than 90 minutes —the entire ceremony —from chairs -to flowers - to decorations to the musicians --was moved to the courtyard! The most remarkable thing? None of the guests ever knew about the last minute change! Kristen was also able to effectively communicate to the entire wedding party all the changes so no one felt confused. By wedding time, the winds had subsided considerably and the wedding went off with out a hitch! My daughter had her fairytale wedding and it wouldn’t have happened without Kristen!

One last thing, in the rush of the evening, my daughter left her wedding bouquet at Viansa. I told Kristen she could give the flowers from the reception to the staff not realizing that included my daughter’s bouquet. Wrapped around the bouquet was the lace from my son in law’s mother’s wedding gown (she had passed away). On Monday, Kristen tracked down my daughter’s wedding bouquet —one of the staff members had it and it will be safely returned to Kaitlin.

Words cannot even begin to describe the gratitude I have for Kristen Hardy and her exceptional team at Viansa! After spending about a year planning our destination wedding [from Hawaii], Kristen virtually walked beside me every step of the way. She maintained the highest level of professionalism, while truly getting to know my husband and I and our style and vision for our special day. She was extremely attentive, responding to my calls and emails with lightning speed. She answered every question with not only an answer, but several options – so I was able to visualize and create an event to remember forever. We visited her at Viansa a couple times during the planning process and she always made time to sit and meet with us. Kristen is a very busy woman, but yet through my entire planning process, I honestly felt like she was my own personal wedding planner, catering to me only. Viansa is a stunning location to host a wedding – with its breathtaking views, amazing food, delicious wine and extraordinary staff. With Kristen’s meticulous efforts, our dream wedding became a reality last week and I am forever grateful to have had the opportunity to work with such a talented person. My husband (Kyle) and I are so grateful that we held our wedding at Viansa. Finding the perfect site was one of the greatest challenges we experienced throughout the wedding planning process. Once we visited Viansa we knew immediately that it had the charm and atmosphere that we wanted for our special day. Our coordinator, Kristen, was the most incredible guide throughout the planning process! She had an answer for every question of mine (and there were many) and was so organized and knowledgable, which made the planning process incredibly easy. She was so attentive to our needs and welcoming of every detail we wanted to include, allowing us to create the perfect day that we had imagined. Further, she was incredible when working with our vendors and went above and beyond to attend to every aspect of the day, we really cannot thank her enough for her commitment to making our day an overwhelming success. We are so thankful for Kristen and everyone at Viansa who was involved in our wedding, the day was amazing and we couldn't have asked for a better experience or a more beautiful setting.

We had our wedding at Viansa in August and this was the best decision we made regarding our wedding! First off, the site is beautiful with amazing views. We got married on the main lawn and the backdrop was just breathtaking. All of our guests were WOWED. What's great about the tented pavilion (for the reception) is that it's a blank canvas and you can literally do whatever you want to it. I suggest going on Viansa's Facebook page and seeing all the different weddings and how each one is so different! I loved being able to go in and pick X Y and Z and do exactly what we wanted. Our guests are still raving about cocktail hour on the terrace too--so beautiful! The food and wine is amazing, and they will help you pair the wine to the meals you choose. The staff is a dream--we worked with Meredith (who went on maternity leave before our wedding) and then with Jessica and both were extremely helpful, organized, and knowledgeable and truly made our wedding flawless.

I can't say enough about how incredible Viansa was for our wedding ceremony and reception. From day one of the wedding planning process our wedding coordinator Kristen Hardy went above and beyond our expectations. Kristen was so accommodating, patient and really took the time to understand what was important to us for our special day. The day of the wedding everything was PERFECT. The staff was remarkable, the food and wine were so delicious and the entire set up was magical. I would highly recommend Viansa for a Sonoma Valley wedding.

We got married on a Friday, in October, and lucked out with perfect weather and a really amazing day. Our coordinator at Viansa, Kristen, did a beyond fantastic job along with her staff. Everything ran smooth, we never had a problem hitting the timing of all our events and all of our guests had a great time. Kristen & staff went above and beyond to make sure we (bride & groom) also enjoyed the day and never missed any little detail. The decor and set up looked exactly how I imagined it and we wouldn't have changed a thing! I highly recommend this venue to everyone, it was the perfect spot for a glamorous winery wedding!

I can not say enough about Brooke and her amazing team! I was an out of state bride who booked an entire destination wedding at Viansa site unseen! And boy was I not disappointed!! The venue is breathtaking! The staff is knowledgable and professional! We trusted Brooke's sage advice in every decision we made and we ended up with the best flowers, catering, and photographer you have ever seen! Quite honestly it looked like we had a 100k wedding and we only spent one tenth of that!! I would not have changed a thing and everything exceeded my wildest dreams!!!

I cannot recommend Viansa (and especially the staff) enough for everything they did to make our wedding perfect. Of course it is one of the most beautiful wineries in Sonoma, with amazing hilltop views of the vineyards and marshlands below. The terrace in particular look so magical during cocktail hour as the sun was setting, it's a vision I won't ever forget. It's truly unique, we didn't find any venues that were more romantic or appropriate for our wedding.

But the true value of getting married here was the professionalism and help we got from the staff -- from the months before our wedding, to the day of. I worked closely with Kristen, who was incredibly patient with all of our last minute changes, questions and special requests. She answered all of my emails/phone calls in a timely manner and never gave me any reason to feel stressed or worried.

On the day of our wedding, we had a team of people tending to our every need (sometimes even before we realized we needed it!), and everyone was really good at protecting my groom and I from any issues that arose. For example, our DJ had a meltdown when his hard drive crashed, and Kristen had three backup DJs on standby within minutes! Incredible!

I could go on and on, but I highly, highly, highly recommend Viansa to anyone looking for a rustic, romantic Sonoma wedding. You won't regret it.

Meredith Espinoza and her staff at Viansa were incredibly helpful throughout the entire wedding planning process. Viansa is a picture-perfect venue for weddings and their attention to detail for every aspect of the wedding event is invaluable. The food at the cocktail hour and reception was of the highest quality and everyone raved about it. The wine selection is awesome. Viansa is one of the picturesque settings for wedding photos too. Every aspect about the day was delightful. Meredith and her staff kept us well cared for, relaxed and worked seamlessly in the background to ensure all our guests had a fabulous time.

Kristen (my Viansa wedding coordinator) was awesome! She was extremely professional, responsive, eased all of my anxiety/worries, and answered all of my questions. Kristen made planning our wedding from the other side of the world as seamless as possible. We couldn't have done it without her. We felt completely stress-free on the day-of knowing that things were under control under her watch. Our entire family found her very pleasant and accommodating for everything we needed on our big day. Of course, Viansa was as beautiful as we could have imagined our wedding venue to be with vineyards, an intimate tent, and natural wetlands all around. Kristen at Viansa Winery is absolutely amazing! Anything my husband and I needed throughout the wedding planning process she was there for, she gave honest advice about what would work well together and her knowledge and experience with planning really showed. The Viansa Winery was the perfect location for our daughter's wedding as it has beautiful sites for a wedding ceremony (outside on the lawn, and also inside the barrel room, if it rains or is too windy) and for the reception (the beautiful tent accommodated all 100+ guests). Since we are from Texas, planning the wedding was more difficult especially since we did not see the winery until the week of the wedding. However, Brooke was an incredible help who gave excellent advice all along the way. On the day of the wedding, she went above and beyond to make everything perfect. I didn't realize the bonus we were getting with Brooke when we contracted with Viansa! She is the wedding coordinator that every bride and bride's mother needs to have when planning a wedding!

Brides, listen up. This is the place to hold your wedding.: A Tuscan Villa venue, wonderful assortment of wines, incredible food and an amazing staff . Meredith Espinoza was Viansa's wedding planner we worked with for my daughter's May 18th wedding. She was truly the most professional individual I have ever worked with in all my event planning experience. We recommend Viansa Winery and give it the high honors they earned. I never dreamed that our wedding could be as perfect as it turned out. Kristen and the entire Viansa team were incredible. From our first contact through the wedding day and beyond, they were nothing but professional and responsive. I felt entirely at ease on the day of the wedding because I knew everything was being handled. The setting was gorgeous, and our guests were treated very well by the servers and staff. Viansa, especially Cortney whom we worked with, but also the rest of the planning team who stepped in to help us along the way, was a dream come true. Cortney and the entire Viansa staff were wonderful! The winery venue is, of course, fabulous and everything worked like "clockwork" so that my daughter's wedding went off without a glitch. Our wedding at Viansa Winery was wonderful! Cortney was our coordinator, and she is absolutely fantastic through the entire process. She was informative, helpful, and patient with us. I definitely felt she went the extra mile to ensure that all of our vendors were coordinated for the big day, as well as working with the caterer on our menu choices and any specific requests that we had. All of our guests said how beautiful Viansa was and what a special setting it was for our wedding. We had our ceremony in the courtyard outdoors, and our cocktail hour on the terrace. Our reception was in a tent. Every setting was perfect. Many thanks to the Viansa team for everything!

First and most importantly I will begin my feedback with our amazing and flexible coordinator, Cortney. From beginning to end she was always available, maintained an exceptional level of communication, kept us on point with timelines and provided great ease with our overall planning. She shared her expertise and was very supportive of the things we wanted for our event that were not necessarily the norm at Viansa. We were planning our wedding from a distance so having here work with us in the capacity in which she did was amazing. When the wedding rehearsal came, we had some last minute requests and Cortney accommodated without worry. When it was wedding time there was not a worry in the world and were able to truly enjoy our amazing day. We were taken care of at every step of the way!

Both our wedding and reception were held at Viansa and I am still hearing raves from friends and family about what an amazing experience for them...to be at a setting such as Viansa with breathtaking views of the valley and vineyard and the courtesy and hospitality of the staff. The food was phenomenal and a constant mention by guests as well. We were so impressed by the quality and execution of our special day that we pulled, Cortney in front of our guests to offer a big thank you and wanted our guests and Cortney to know that we could not have done it without her! Would absolutely recommend this venue!!

I couldn't have asked for a better, more beautiful place to get married! My husband a I had a small ceremony/reception of about 30 guests. Our coordinator, Kristen, was amazing! Everything came out exactly how I wanted it! All I had to do was tell her what I wanted and she made it happen. For small weddings they usually only offer hor dourves, but we wanted a little more for our guests, so they created about 5 menus for us to choose from. The day of the wedding, the staff was very professional and they had everything on a time schedule. The grounds are gorgeous and everything just turned out beautiful. I had the perfect wedding because of Viansa!

We recently got married at Viansa (on 2.17.13) and had the opportunity to work with the Kristen. We live in NY and transported all of our guests to the West Coast for a fun filled weekend. Needless to say, we had our hands full. Not only is planning a wedding from afar challenging, but planning it in less than 6 months and then trying to incorporate personal touches and several DIY elements, it may be seemingly impossible.
I am so thankful that we decided to go with Viansa. Kristen and the entire staff enabled us to have an amazing wedding day. I can’t emphasize enough how seamless and efficient the entire experience was. Kristen was able to take the vision that I had and turn it into a beautiful evening for us and our guests from afar.

Not only did Kristen answer all our questions promptly, but was also very flexible and accommodating. Her attention to detail, professionalism and enthusiasm really put me at ease and enabled us to have the picture perfect wedding we both really wanted. All the costs (incremental and fixed) were discussed well in advance and there were no surprises. All that was left for us to do on our wedding day was to enjoy and take it all in. We did just that!

Our guests are still commenting on how beautiful the venue was, the amazing dinner and how perfectly everything turned out. I can’t wait to see our professional photos!

I chose Viansa as my wedding venue based only on countless good reviews I've read and extensive research I've done about the quality of their venue and service. Prior to the wedding, I've never even visited Viansa and never met with their coordinator, Kristen, that I was in talks with. I had to do all the coordination and planning from a distance--through emails and phone calls--but that was never a problem at all. Kristen was such a pleasure to work with--she was thorough, organized, very responsive, accommodating, and showed professionalism during the entire planning process and at the event itself. The same can be said about Viansa's staff and other coordinators. Viansa was upfront with all the charges and fees from the very beginning, and they were very flexible when it came to additional requests. If you have no choice but to plan your event from a distance and cannot get a coordinator to do everything for you, I highly recommend Viansa for their professionalism, reliability and quality of service.

I cannot say enough about how satisfied we were with the amazing service we received at Viansa. All of my questions (and there were several) were promptly answered and they were so patient with a nervous bride. The wedding was more beautiful than I had imagined, everything was PERFECT. We were kept on schedule and the whole wedding was carried out without a single issue. The ladies at Viansa truly went above and beyond making the grotto area look beautiful for our cocktail hour reception. My family did not have to do any work setting up- the winery took care of everything. I had a vision in my head of what I wanted my wedding to look like and they were so open to all of my ideas and were incredibly flexible with all my changes. Although I went over budget, I absolutely consider it money well spent. All of our guests were very impressed by the personal service they received while being served wine and food and were gushing about how gorgeous the winery setting is. The wine was delicious, the food was amazing, and all the flowers were just beautiful. If you can't tell, I gush about my wedding at Viansa constantly and would recommend it to anyone wanting a classy and beautiful wedding setting.

Cortney was an amazing event coordinator! Considering we live in NYC and had a destination wedding it didn't feel like one. She was there every step of the way with multiple questions we had during the process of our wedding planning at Viansa. She was very considerate, professional and responsive for all our needs. She even offered suggestions for various ways to cut costs and other ideas to make our wedding day absolutely perfect! I will never forget on rehearsal day before the wedding when I had various supplies (ex: table numbers to put in frames that were wrapped from traveling and still in boxes, etc.) and she said she will take care of everything for me and not to worry. I felt at that point I was really able to enjoy my night with family and friends before the wedding and not stress over one detail. The wedding day was absolutely perfect and Cortney assisted Jeff & I with anything we needed. We even had a taste of our wonderful hors d'oeuvres in the bridal suite after the ceremony with champagne and wine, considering our photos took longer than expected and we did not attend the cocktail hour. Viansa is hands down the number 1 choice for a wine country wedding. It's the perfect mix of venue and winery which cannot be found elsewhere. The view, food, and staff are outstanding. Cortney was extremely organized and her attention to detail was admirable. She was an absolute pleasure to work with.

Cortney was our wedding coordinator and she was everything we could have asked for in a wedding coordinator and more! She made us feel right at ease to make sure we got the wedding of our dreams. For example, she checked on things when we thought it would be a lost cause just to make sure she could do everything she possibly could before we gave up on something. She was also very quick to respond (even sometimes to the same questions!) but she was so nice and sweet about it all. Moreover, it was so comfortable working with Cortney that I even felt comfortable chatting to her about school stuff! She always made time to listen and share. She has this natural way of understanding a bride and her thought process...it's very interesting but amazing! She also worked well with all my vendors and everyone loved her, including my husband and I!

The winery itself was gorgeous and totally worth it! It was the best day of my life and I'll keep imagining it in my mind forever. I'm so glad I had it there. Everything was perfect from the awesome view looking out onto the wetland preserve to the grassy area for all the kids to run and play.

Coming from New York City, we wanted to find the perfect venue that embodied everything we love about California Wine Country. The grounds at Viansa are breathtaking (360 degree views of Sonoma Valley), the wines and food are delicious and Meredith was the best wedding planner one could ask for. She made planning from NYC so easy and everything was FLAWLESS on the day itself. We had so many people tell us that this was one of the best, if not the best, weddings they had ever attended.

The property itself is breathtaking, and the perfect backdrop for an outdoor, vineyard-style wedding. My husband and I eloped to Sonoma from Nebraska, and working long distance with the girls at Viansa for the several months prior was an absolute breeze and they made my dream wedding come to life. They absolutely nailed every single one of my requests and did so with the utmost impressive professionalism and kindness. I would highly recommend this venue to friends and strangers alike!!

I don't think you can find a better venue for a wedding than Viansa. We looked at many locations in Sonoma and Napa and Viansa was by far our favorite. Its easily accessible from anywhere in the SF bay area because of its southern Sonoma County location but be sure your wedding doesn't overlap with any large event at Infineon Raceway as its only a few miles away! Still, you get that "up" valley prestige at Viansa with its wonderful Italian Villa feel and incredible views. The winery and grounds are all yours from 5 to 11PM with plenty of paved parking. If you have a large wedding, this is especially nice as parking can really be an issue at some places.

Our wedding coordinator, Meredith, was great, and the catering was fantastic. Viansa is probably not the cheapest venue, but you could spend alot more and not get nearly as much value. All in all, Viansa is a can't miss location for your wedding and we would highly recommend it.

I got married at Viansa on August 20, 2011. It was the best day of my life and fulfilled every dream I have ever had for my wedding. My guests called it a "fairytale wedding". Viansa is an absolutely beautiful venue and their staff is above and beyond. My wedding coordinator was Meredith and I can not even begin to say enough wonderful things about her. She was always available, flexible, understanding, and professional. She was very clear in describing how the day would go and made sure that everything happened as planned. Her love for her work is obvious and was so appreciated. My wedding ran an hour late due to me forgetting half of my dress and all the while Meredith and the rest of the staff remained calm and collected. Everything still ran as smooth as it would have if it was on time. The tent was set up to perfection. Exactly how I had envisioned. The service and food was impeccable. They never interrupted, my glass was always full, they smiled, it was perfect. Although, the venue is expensive I can tell you it was worth every dime. I would not regret it for even a second. Thank you so much Viansa and especially Meredith for making our wedding day a memory we will never forget!

We had the most magical event at Viansa. The staff is absolutely incredible; so friendly, professional, and accomodating. Brooke, helped us plan every detail so that the entire evening felt taken care of and we didn't have a worry in the world and Meredith helped execute everything perfectly throughout the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception.

I just got married a few weeks ago at Viansa, and it was amazing. The venue was gorgeous, and I was even more impressed by the service. The coordinator, Laura Fraize, and the rest of the staff were so accommodating and gracious, and they went far beyond my expectations. I didn't have to worry about any details on the big day, which went smoothly. Instead, I got to enjoy the celebration. I can't speak more highly of the service and professionalism at Viansa. On top of that, the food and wine were delicious. I couldn't be happier about working with Laura and the Viansa staff, and we'll definitely be returning for our one year anniversary!

I got married at Viansa on June 23rd, 2011. We chose to do a small elopement ceremony and cocktail hour for 30 guests. Laura, the coordinator, helped me with everything. She ordered flowers, helped me choose appetizers and always kept in contact with me. On the day of the ceremony, she made everything run smoothly by making sure I had everything and my guests were comfortable. The venue is gorgeous and is perfect for photos! We had an amazing experience. I actually plan events for a living so I was very critical of all the vendors we used.

The best decision we made was booking Viansa for our wedding. Our assigned planner was there every step of the way to ensure everything was taken care of and ready. Often there were things I didn't even think of that were brought to my attention in the planning process.

Here is a breakdown:
Food - Great!
Ceremony Site - Beautiful flowers everywhere, beautiful iron doors to frame the bride & groom. Plus the guests walk through the cave up to the reception area!
Reception Site - the climate controlled tent was perfect. The views are spectacular!
Service - Amazing from start to finish. I didn't worry about a thing the day of as our Viansa planner was on it.
Price - Its expensive but it is very competitive for a winery wedding and very fair for what you get. I looked at many Sonoma Wineries...some were more and some were less. They will help you put a budget together and do this before you sign the contract!

Another piece of advise for a winery wedding - most wineries don't have an indoor option in case the weather is bad. Viansa had a solution for both the ceremony and reception. That is more important that you thinik!

We are thrilled Viansa is now a part of our story and look forward to visiting every year on our anniversary.

Viansa is a beautiful location and I would recommend anyone to get married here. The planning process was amazing. What venue puts together an event to look at all the rental items and food tastings?! Not only was it great for planning but it was so fun. Our coordinator Laura was amazing throughout the whole process! It rained on the morning of our wedding (shockingly in june) and it was amazing to know and have the ability to move our ceremony in cocktail hour if needed. The staff was amazing and our guests were blown away. Would do everything over in a heart beat at Viansa! Thank you so much Laura and Brooke!

Viansa was the venue for both my wedding ceremony and reception. This venue is absolutely gorgeous, the staff was super nice, very helpful and very accommodating to my requests. Laura was my wedding coordinator and Brooke was her assistant on the day of the wedding. Laura was SO helpful and responsive to all my questions during the wedding planning. We communicated mostly through email and I made a few trips up to Viansa during the last 4-5 months before the wedding and she was always there to answer all of my questions and finalize the details. She was so patient throughout the whole experience! The day of the wedding, it started to rain right before the ceremony and she was there to keep me calm and was ready to help move the entire ceremony into the wine cellar. Luckily the rain stopped just in time but Laura was there to make any last minute changes.

The food provided by their exclusive caterer Sage, was delicious - I received so many great reviews from the guests. The rentals selection process was super easy - Laura had everything prepared for our meeting and we picked out the tableware, linens, chairs, etc. together. Overall, I am very happy with Viansa!

Our ceremony was more than we imagined. The coordinators were so wonderful to my family and guests. They were there to move everything along and make sure we kept in our timeline, and to assist in the bridal parties every need.
I planned my wedding from New Jersey with the assistance of Laura Johnson Fraize, via phone and email. Her responsiveness and attentiveness was impecable! She helpful and a joy to work with and really took the stress out of planning a wedding so far away.

The entire experience with Viansa from the day my husband and I toured the winery to our wedding day was phenomenal. The staff was very professional and executed every detail perfectly. My husband and I got married at Viansa in early September 2010. We planned the wedding from Orlando and it was the perfect day! Planning from a far is not always easy but with Laura as our coordinator it was about as easy as it can get. Laura was wonderful to work with.

We did a lot of research in Sonoma and Sutters Creek, and Viansa by far offered the most for your money. It is the Perfect setting for a ceremony and reception. We couldn't be happier. Thank You Viansa!

Viansa is fantastic for a wedding.
The location is ideal. The view is incredible and they are built for rain which not many places are. Unfortunately it poured on our wedding, but it didn't make a difference because there is so much covered space between the barrel room, tasting room and tent which is all beautifully candle lit. Plus you don't have to worry about renting tents, tables, chairs, etc.
We also had the fun option of serviing a different flight of wine at the bar than what was served for drinks or dinner. This gave our non-local friends added exposure to wine country living.
One of the main reasons we decided to get married at Viansa was for our coordinator, Meredith, who works at Viansa. Meredith was a true delight to work with. She is extremely professional, has excellent attention to detail and she honestly seemed excited and interested in making our wedding what we wanted. She made everything easy.
All the staff was excellent (especially dealing with torrential downpours), but I will really miss working with Meredith. She made it fun for us.
Overall, our wedding at Viansa was so much fun we want to do it all over again (with or without sun).

We had a small ceremony followed by cocktail reception for our wedding celebration at Viansa. We fell in love with the intimate feeling of the winery first time we visited it. We had Cortney Antonetti as our venue manager , she has been a really great support throughout the planning process and the day of. Our day went great as planned . Our guests gave us a lot of complements about the food and venue.

Viansa is the most beautiful wedding venue ever; I feel so lucky to have had my wedding there. My fiance and I looked at every single possible place in wine country, and nothing was in the same league as Viansa in terms of setting/flow of space/coordinators/etc.

Laura was our official coordinator, and she was amazing. She was so on the ball and honest and helpful throughout the process. Laura recommended what things were worth spending money on, which vendors were amazing, etc., so we felt totally comfortable and relaxed by the wedding day. I also have to say that while Viansa is somewhat pricey, given the level of service, it's actually quite a good deal. I didn't have to hire a day-of wedding coordinator or stress about who was putting out the escort cards or anything like that. Laura ran everything so professionally, it made the wedding seem effortless.

We chose Viansa for our small / intimate wedding based on the reviews we read online. We couldn't have been happier with our choice. The vineyard is gorgeous and has stunning landscaping for pictures. Cortney was our planner and was very helpful and accomodating in helping us to create our intimate ceremony.
We didn't have a reception in the outdoor tent but we did have our own private wine tasting after the ceremony which was wonderful. We ended up leaving with a case of wine!

If you, like me, are a lover of vineyards and always dreamt of having an enchanting Tuscan wedding, then Viansa is the prime location! I had my wedding last March, and it could not have been more perfect! The venue's gorgeous vegetation and architecture takes up 90% of the decoration, and made a beautiful outdoor ceremony! I had the luxury of having Meredith as my planner. She was there with me from day one, ready to plan out the big day, was very attentive to what my fiancee and I wanted, and worked very well to help us meet our budget. Meredith has a wealth of knowledge on everything, from vendors to table fabrics, and will do anything to make your wedding dream a reality. She was always there remind me of deadlines to meet, and even opened her ears to the stress I (and all brides) faced. I would recommend Viansa and its wedding planners over and over again as a wedding venue. :)

Fabulous!! I really can't say enough about Viansa. Our wedding on June 6, 2010 was absolutely wonderful! Many of our guests even told us that it was the best wedding that they had ever attended! Not only was the space beautiful and elegant, but the staff were a joy and made everything run like clockwork. Honestly, I could not have been happier with the venue and with Laura, our coordinator, who put it all together. To top it off, we actually planned our entire wedding in less than 3 months, but it looked like we had spent a year on the details thanks to Viansa. All through the process, Laura and her staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. With every detail, question or worry that I might have, Laura was on top of it all promptly and with ease. She made me feel worry-free from start to finish. I truly felt that I was in great hands and the day went off without a hitch. I cannot give Viansa a higher recommendation. It was truly fabulous!

I had my dream wedding and it was all thanks to Viansa Winery. They were there to help me every step of the way. My wedding was planned on very short notice (3 months to be exact) but everyone at Viansa was very accomodating and made sure I got everything I wanted. I didn't have to worry about anything the day of the wedding besides showing up and getting ready. All my guests commented on how wonderful the staff was because they made sure everyone was well taken care of. The location itself is beyond beautiful and the staff is amazing!! The venue was beautiful and our coordinator Cortney was amazing. She was helpful and flexible and very responsive to all our inquiries. The only thing I think Viansa could do better has to do with the rehearsal time. We had to have someone from our group stand outside the door to keep people from walking through our rehearsal. It ended up fine but I think that's something they ought to have done for us. Such a minor point though that I still have to give them top marks.

Laura and her team made planning our destination wedding (we live in Chicago and didn't actually see Viansa firsthand until the day before the wedding!) so simple and straightforward. They assisted in every step of the planning and made wonderful referrals for the photographer, florist, etc. I would highly recommend Viansa, not only was it a picture perfect day for my husband and I but all of our guests were blown away by the setting, the food, the service, everything! From the date of consultation and the visit all the way to the day of my wedding, everything was so smooth, professional, and organized. She made wonderful recommendations on many items that we would not have thought of and were so glad we followed. Viansa's preferred vendors, including for flowers, cake and music, were the best. The day of the event, the entire Viansa staff could not have been lovelier, more helpful, or more professional. The food (and, as expected, the wine) was INCREDIBLE. My husband and I didn't have to worry about a thing, literally. Everything went smoothly and according to schedule. I could not recommend Viansa (or specifically, Meredith) highly enough!
