While I didn't get married at the church that Debbi partners with, she was a great help in coordinating all of the details that helped us book the priest as an officiant to a different church. She was very quick with her replies, provided a lot of thoughtful details, and stayed in touch with us over our long engagement due to Covid. She was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend her to anyone who needs the support with all the many many details and changes around wedding planning!

During our first meeting with One 15 Events, we instantly clicked with Erica and ended up working with her planner, Katie. We had never planned an event before and didn’t really know where to start with planning a wedding. Erica broke the process down for us and immediately made us feel comfortable. Katie made our dream day come true. She is incredible—and even that feels like it doesn’t fully capture how awesome she is. My wife and I were planning from different states and time zones, and Katie worked around our hectic schedules with such ease. She was always easy to talk to and guided us through every decision along the way. She went above and beyond in communicating with our venue and keeping us on track throughout the planning process. On the day of the wedding, every detail was taken care of seamlessly. After the event, she made sure everything we wanted to keep made it back to us safely. The entire day went so smoothly. We couldn’t have asked for a better person—or company—to work with for our wedding. Our day truly felt like a fairytale, thanks in no small part to the love and attention to detail that Katie poured into it.

Sonal and her team were incredible to work with. From the first call, I picked up how attentive she was and how organized the whole experience would be. She brings over 2 decades worth of experience curating luxury, yet personalized weddings for clients. What was the most important to me and my husband was to enjoy the weekend as if we are guests at our own wedding and not having to worry about any of the little details the day of. Not only did her team spend every week with us planning and coordinating with vendors, but they also took away any last minute stress or coordination off our plate, so we were able to enjoy the best day of our lives and truly live in the moment. It's usually unheard of that a bride and groom is able to eat at their own wedding, but we got to sample every meal across each of our events and they brought out our drinks in a schedule so we didn't have to run to the bar. The two days were impeccable, from the event flow, the guest experience, the schedules, logistics, and more. I highly recommend the SJS team for wedding planning and coordination if you want a stress-free and seamless wedding experience.

First of all, thanks James for making our wedding weekend the best one of our lives. We did not have any last-minute stressful situations thanks to James’s great attention to detail and organization skills. Though, judging by his diligence throughout our planning process, I am sure he would have solved any problem smoothly had the need arisen. James did a seamless job working with a multitude of vendors and helping us manage our budget (including renegotiating rates) to make room for more fun surprises during our wedding day. James always brought good ideas/vendors to the table, and he was open to work with new vendors to achieve the identity we wanted to imprint in our celebrations. The night of the wedding reception, James was nothing short of a general that managed a platoon of people make our dream night come to life. We highly recommend working with James to anyone planning a wedding celebration.

Lindsay is amazing and we couldn’t imagine what wedding planning and day of coordination would have been like without her. Because we hired So Many Hearts, we were able to enjoy our wedding and not have to stress about a thing. Leading up to the wedding, it was easy to schedule calls with Lindsay and go over questions we had via email. Lindsay is super organized and put together a schedule for our wedding day that kept things running smoothly. She was always very professional and prepared for anything. Her giant emergency kit came in handy too. She was the point person who answered our vendors’ questions so we didn’t have to worry about a thing on our wedding day. She even went running to quickly find my bouquet after it had been left in another room right before I had to walk down the aisle. When my parents needed special transportation, she helped them secure an uber and made sure they got back to their hotel at the end of the night. We refer Lindsay and So Many Hearts every opportunity we get and are truly appreciative of the work she did for us.

Their customer service is great, but the dashboard and functions on the texting service itself are exactly what you need. I'm also finding it really nice to be able to ask my clients guests for information when they delay as opposed to bugging my couple for it. Great service for planners :)

Nadia was absolutely a dream to work with, in all aspects of the journey! We were planning our wedding in Nice from the US and relied on her completely for everything. She is extremely responsive, organized and helps to keep you organized in each step of the process. We truly felt personally valued by Nadia and how important our event was to her. She went above and beyond what you expect a planner to do while valuing our priorities, budget and ensuring she brought our vision to life. Claire was like the quarterback of our wedding day. From the weeks leading up to the day through the whole night, she kept everything running smoothly and stress free. Her familiarity with Rule of Thirds and their staff made a huge difference, and she handled all logistics, vendors, and timing seamlessly. She was calm, organized, and totally on top of every detail. She also made us an awesome Instagram reel that let us relive the night afterward! Highly recommend using Claire!!
