We originally hadn’t been planning to hire a wedding planner, but a year into planning we were completely overwhelmed and that’s when we decided to hire Kerry. It was absolutely one of the best decisions we made! She immediately jumped right in and helped us to create a manageable timeline to get everything done and made us feel so much calmer because we knew we were in great hands! Kerry is kind and patient and makes you feel understood from the very first day you meet with her. Not only that, but she truly cares about her clients and works tirelessly behind the scenes to make sure everything is perfect for her couples. Kerry went above and beyond to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Not only that but Kerry is incredibly knowledgeable and is amazing at finding the perfect vendors to fit your budget and style. I had a very specific vision for every aspect of our wedding, and Kerry truly helped to bring it to life. Not only that, but I felt like she cared about each and every detail just as much as I did! She also is phenomenal at anticipating any potential issues and making sure you have contingency plans for everything so that there aren’t any surprises on your big day. There were so many things we never would’ve thought of if we didn’t have Kerry!

In the days leading up to our wedding and the day of, Kerry and her team made everything seamless and somehow managed to be everywhere at once making sure everything was timed to perfection. We didn’t have to worry about a single detail on the day and were able to just focus on celebrating with our loved ones. Kerry and her team worked nonstop behind the scenes and we had multiple people tell us how amazing she was after meeting her for the first time that day! It was truly the wedding of our dreams and we have Kerry to thank for that!

We were so happy with our experience with Kerry and her team! Having her on board allowed us to really be present with each other and our guests in a way that would have been impossible if we were coordinating everything ourselves.
We signed a contract for 30 days before, but she was available to help even before that with the many decisions we were making leading up to her taking the reins. She has great relationships with vendors and venues and knows how to get things done efficiently and without any drama. She’s also got a great personality and is fun to plan with. We really felt like we were able to trust her to be able to handle every detail and any surprises that might come up, which takes all the stress out of the day. We are very grateful for her for that especially. You won’t regret your decision to use her as your coordinator. It was the best decision we made. The mother of the groom is already planning to use her for all future weddings, parties, and family events.

I had been dreaming of my wedding day for what seems like my entire life and I can honestly say: our day was a dream come true. When I think about that day, I can only think of how magical it was. As someone who manages logistics professionally, I had extremely high expectations about everything: from the exact location of the signage around the space to the angle of furniture placement in the lounge area and everything in between. We hired Kerry for full planning services and she came through. She spent the time on our calls really getting to know us and that was the biggest difference: since she knew us better, she knew which vendors to source to us. We rarely had to meet more than 3 types of vendors for any given area because the vendors Kerry brought to us we exactly to our taste. Kerry was patient and diligent in every aspect. She asked a TON of questions and was NOT afraid to get LOUD when advocating for the best pricing, packages, and deals in all respects. She was with us for every step and we booked everything (except venue) through Kerry. Kerry treated us to dinner as a way to check out the spot she wanted to book for our rehearsal dinner (Kittery on Smith Street in Brooklyn, NY). The dinner was amazing and she was able to get us an amazing deal with the restaurant. She was able to secure us the entire indoor space and facilitated a rehearsal with our families. Not to mention the space was BEAUTIFUL! Kerry and her team did an AMAZING job on the beautiful balloon arch.

The wedding weekend was seamless. My husband and I did not lift one finger for our rehearsal dinner planning outside of communicating to the folks attending. She and her team did it all and we felt like royalty for our entire day. The wedding venue was like a page out of my dreams: it was everything I wanted and more! Kerry was clearly listening in our meetings and took detailed notes because I am ABSOLUTELY HUGE on details and she flawlessly executed on each and every one of the meticulous details we had created. Every single one of my guests has gone out of their way to tell me how smooth and seamless everything was and how the details (like the flip flop station we came up and the bathroom emergency/courtesy basket Kerry provided) were covered.

Our caterer (Krisp Catering) was phenomenal and the food was everything I was dreaming of - it was even more delicious than we remembered! If you choose Krisp, please choose their goat cheese and honey tartes!!!!!

We hired her as our Day Of Coordinator and with this package, she starts planning 30 days out. She was available and helpful before that, but as our day approached I started to get more and more nervous. However, once we had our initial meeting 30 days out I felt immediate relief knowing that someone who really knew what they were doing was in charge.

She’d thought of everything. She planned with us and ironed out all of the small details leading up to and on the day. I had heard that there’s so much going on on the actual wedding day that you don’t get to enjoy it as a bride. That was not at all my experience and I know Kerry is responsible for that. On the actual day of the wedding, all I had to do was show up and she took care of the rest! If anything came up that needed to be taken care of, I didn’t even notice — everything was seamless and beautiful and I was able to enjoy my wedding and be completely present for it.

Several guests spontaneously sang her praises during the event; she made a big difference in the guest experience as well.
I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I don’t even know where to begin with this review. Kerry is the ULTIMATE wedding planner. You could spend 5x as much elsewhere and not get the full experience you would with Kerry. She is incredibly kind, diligent, always on call, 1000% in your corner for all meetings, and experiences along the wedding planning process. Kerry spent so much time taking care of not only our wedding day needs—recommending vendors, setting up interviews, negotiating contracts, coordinating with everyone—but also just checking in on us as we dealt with all kinds of wedding stress, primarily Covid, and gave us so much comfort that everything would work out. And our wedding not only worked out it was one of the best weddings almost all of our guests have attended. The connections she has with vendors we loved provided us with access to discounts, free extras and a VIP experience we absolutely would not have received without Kerry. Our wedding felt twice as expensive as it was, which is an amazing feeling, but more importantly, it felt so personalized to us, and it evoked exactly the type of experience we wanted (and wanted our guests) to have.

Kerry is a fantastic listener; she really focuses on what’s most important to you, whether it’s how guests will feel, how you want to feel, making sure your grandmother feels special, enjoying the process of trying on dresses and tasting cakes, etc. She makes sure the wedding day is absolutely perfect AND that the time you spend preparing for the day is also fun, happy and special. When I thought my bachelorette would get cancelled, Kerry planned for a small local bachelorette night that I never asked for (and luckily was able to go on my original one), but that’s an example of the dedication and care she takes of her clients. If you want a seamless experience, expert advice and to be treated like actual royalty, Kerry and her team are it.

I couldn’t have better things to say about AWE. Kerry and her team were amazing throughout the whole planning process. Always very attentive and resourceful, Kerry helped to alleviate unnecessary stress leading up to our big day and to find the best vendors that matched our style. She always had helpful tips and made sure that all vendors were in sync and knew what had to be done so that we could fully enjoy our day. Everything came out beautiful and exactly how we wanted. All of our guests commented on how smooth the night went and how everything was perfect, and we couldn’t agree more. She was also able to deal with my 65 portuguese speaking family and friends that came to the wedding from Brazil. She made sure to pay extra attention to my parents so they had everything they needed. I am just very thankful for the whole experience and how enjoyable she made it. I would recommend AWE to anyone looking for someone that will make sure your wedding turns out exactly how you want it.

Kerry & Team AWE was the best decision I made for my wedding. I had planned the entire thing on my own, but when it came down to the month of, I realized I simply couldn’t execute my vision without help- that’s when I reached out to Kerry. I can’t say enough amazing things about her and her team. She listened carefully to exactly how I wanted my wedding weekend to flow and it ended up being perfect down to every last detail. She made sure everyone important in my life felt loved and supported during the weekend/ wedding day and stepped in to make sure the venue / vendors etc were doing everything I had asked of them and beyond. It's really true: hiring Kerry is the best decision you'll ever make in your wedding planning process. My only regret is not working with her sooner! Kerry is the best person and the best wedding planner. She is personable, professional, highly organized and experienced. We knew we wanted to work with her few minutes into our consultation. She works so, so, SO hard to make your wedding the best experience you will have. She has a natural ability to put your thoughts and ideas into action, and to make you feel supported no matter what you are going through during your planning process. First and foremost, Kerry believes in LOVE. And second, Kerry possesses an incredible ability to transform inspiration and uniquely personal sentiments into an authentic, love-filled celebration that will leave you truly awestruck. I found Kerry through a rec from friends - whose similarly amazing, very NYC, wedding I'd attended last fall - after I'd lined up my "big vendors" but still needed month-of coordination. To say that Kerry went above and beyond is an understatement... With a bit of a time-crunch (~4 months) plus managing details from afar through the holidays, Kerry redefined professionalism and persuasive assurance that our wedding day would be all that I'd envisioned - and more. From bringing additional vendors into the fold, such as our exceptional calligrapher and amazing, perfect DJ - all of whom exuded love and confidence in working with Kerry! - to happily wrangling real antlers for our table decor, her efforts enabled us to focus on the most important task at hand. There's no bigger proof of this than a 9:30pm call the Wednesday before our wedding because our cake vendor was suddenly facing a "delay"... Kerry promptly said she'd handle it and told me to not even think about it anymore - and I truly didn't until I saw the cake come out day-of with sparklers on it. I am left filled with not only immense gratitude for Kerry's genuine respect for our deeply personal, thoughtful approach to our wedding day, but am also still in AWE at the absolute magic that she and her team performed!
