Working with Thirty4thStreet Productions was the best decision we made for our wedding celebration. We did not have a traditional wedding but instead did an intimate ceremony at home, followed by a party. We initially thought it would be straightforward to plan on our own. From the first meeting with Shannon, Kelly, and Rafaela we quickly realized that we needed them and that we would be in great hands. They tailored their services to what we were looking for and were so helpful and attentive throughout the whole process. They provided us with a workbook that broke down everything we needed to do and when, recommended vendors, gave feedback on our ideas and helped us execute them realistically, and on top of that they were just so warm and fun to work with, we always felt more excited and less stressed after a meeting with them. From the moment they took over for the month-of coordination, they were professional, efficient, and knowledgeable and we were able to feel the ease of knowing that they had it handled. Our party went off more perfectly than we could have hoped. We are so happy with T4S and want to recommend them to anyone and everyone planning an event.

Thirtyfourth Street Productions were a godsend during the final stretch! We thought we had everything locked in and figured out a year in advance of our wedding, but as we approached the month prior to the big day, we quickly realized we needed help with our day-of timeline, the coordination of vendors, last minute details, reminders and guardians of our schedule. It's easy to forget that one's wedding day is a massive production with a whole slew of folks needing to be in lock step and the T4S team kept us all aligned. They effortlessly advised us, whisked us from place to place and kept our vendors on task. When we unexpectedly experienced death in the family right before our wedding day, the team immediately set up a live stream of the ceremony so that all of our loved ones could be present for our vows.

Our first look, private vows and family portraits were all seamless at our hotel. The religious ceremony was followed by a drumline parade and everything flowed perfectly. All the while, our reception venue was set up to our vision. Hands down the best investment for our wedding day! Every couple deserves this level of support and comfort during a highly stressful time.

We decided very last minute (like less than a month out) that we wanted to hire a day of coordinator for our wedding. Even though it was a very short time period, hiring Shannon and the team was still hands down the most worthwhile money we spent on the wedding! She very quickly jumped in and got to work making sure we had everything we needed and started organizing our lives for the day. She kept our heads straight when we needed it most in the last few weeks leading up to it with super helpful routine calls and so many checklists, and also went above and beyond to provide value in things we didn’t even know she could help with (like finishing the design of the seating chart when we were struggling with it)! She flawlessly executed the set up we envisioned on the day of so that I didn’t have to worry about a thing, and when we arrived at the venue it all looked SO perfect! She also kept us in order throughout the night, keeping the bridal party where they needed to be, organizing our performers, and even reminding us to fill out the marriage license when we almost forgot about it entirely. She also snapped pics of so many key moments without me even realizing, so the next day I already had so many great pics of our day!! Our wedding turned out legitimately perfectly, I couldn’t be happier with it, and I can guarantee it would not have gone nearly as smoothly without Shannon’s help. Even my fiancé (who was hesitant to spend more money that late in the planning) said it was the best money we spent. If you’re on the fence about hiring a day of coordinator (or even a planner if you want the full experience) HIRE THEM!!!! It will make your life so much easier and I cannot recommend working with this team enough!! I would hire them a thousand times over!
