  T4s is the best

  Hiring T4S for a full package wedding planning service was the best decision we made for our wedding! Not only was this team of superstars sweet and friendly, they also executed our most perfect dream wedding that had every guest raving.
  
  Our wedding planning process was organized and stress free with T4S. They took care of everything from the nitty-gritty logistics like scheduling, communicating with vendors, and recording rsvps to big things like designing a beautiful welcome sign and seating chart for my husband and I.
  
  From the beginning T4S guided us by touring venue sites and helping us ask important questions to the vendors that we wouldn't think of on our own. They're incredibly responsive and accommodating - even when my husband and I were sending out late night last minute texts!
  
  T4S handles difficult situations perfectly and will stand up for you as your planners and will have your best interest at heart. This team goes above and beyond for their couples. They even took care of us after our wedding by making sure that everything was taken down at the venue, and got our wedding cards and everything important back to us at the end of the night. They even sent out my bouquet to be preserved while we were on our honeymoon!
  
  They made our wedding vision come to life. We gave T4S a general idea with some specific things in mind when it came to our wedding. They made it all happen and more with some of their own ideas! We love how creative T4S is and how their knowledge of the industry helped make our dream wedding come to life.

  The best day of coordinators ever! A complete no brainer addition to the wedding day dream team.

  Thirtyfourth Street Productions were a godsend during the final stretch! We thought we had everything locked in and figured out a year in advance of our wedding, but as we approached the month prior to the big day, we quickly realized we needed help with our day-of timeline, the coordination of vendors, last minute details, reminders and guardians of our schedule. It's easy to forget that one's wedding day is a massive production with a whole slew of folks needing to be in lock step and the T4S team kept us all aligned. They effortlessly advised us, whisked us from place to place and kept our vendors on task. When we unexpectedly experienced death in the family right before our wedding day, the team immediately set up a live stream of the ceremony so that all of our loved ones could be present for our vows.
  
  Our first look, private vows and family portraits were all seamless at our hotel. The religious ceremony was followed by a drumline parade and everything flowed perfectly. All the while, our reception venue was set up to our vision. Hands down the best investment for our wedding day! Every couple deserves this level of support and comfort during a highly stressful time.

  Absolutely amazing work - you’ll love working with them!!

  We decided very last minute (like less than a month out) that we wanted to hire a day of coordinator for our wedding. Even though it was a very short time period, hiring Shannon and the team was still hands down the most worthwhile money we spent on the wedding! She very quickly jumped in and got to work making sure we had everything we needed and started organizing our lives for the day. She kept our heads straight when we needed it most in the last few weeks leading up to it with super helpful routine calls and so many checklists, and also went above and beyond to provide value in things we didn’t even know she could help with (like finishing the design of the seating chart when we were struggling with it)! She flawlessly executed the set up we envisioned on the day of so that I didn’t have to worry about a thing, and when we arrived at the venue it all looked SO perfect! She also kept us in order throughout the night, keeping the bridal party where they needed to be, organizing our performers, and even reminding us to fill out the marriage license when we almost forgot about it entirely. She also snapped pics of so many key moments without me even realizing, so the next day I already had so many great pics of our day!! Our wedding turned out legitimately perfectly, I couldn’t be happier with it, and I can guarantee it would not have gone nearly as smoothly without Shannon’s help. Even my fiancé (who was hesitant to spend more money that late in the planning) said it was the best money we spent. If you’re on the fence about hiring a day of coordinator (or even a planner if you want the full experience) HIRE THEM!!!! It will make your life so much easier and I cannot recommend working with this team enough!! I would hire them a thousand times over!

  Personalized and Professional Wedding Planning

  Shannon, Rafaella & Kelly were fantastic to work with for our wedding planning process. They tailored their approach to us as a couple and listened to every piece of feedback that we had. They provided us with tailored options and guided us through a process that we were unfamiliar and at times uncomfortable with. Our day went off perfectly and we and our guests had a lovely time that months later everyone is still talking about.   Dream wedding

  Thirty4thStreet Productions made my wedding dreams come true. My wedding day was so memorable. Everything was perfect. My husband, myself, and guests had such an amazing time. Shannon and Kelly were great with communication and planning of my wedding from the beginning to the literal end of my wedding. They found the venue, designed the floor plan, decor, and gathered all the vendors. I appreciate the hard work that they put in, and I highly recommend TS4 Productions for any wedding or event.

  Shannon, and the entire Thirty4thStreet Productions team, made our wedding absolutely perfect.
  
  It was the best investment we made throughout the entire planning process.

They outlined goals and helped us work towards them proactively. We never felt stressed with what was next -- their team was on top of every single detail.
  
  2) Design/Creativity: A+ all around. People are still talking about the flowers. Shannon helped us design custom signage for the rehearsal dinner, wedding and after party. They gave us new ideas and always worked with our vision along the way.
  
  3) Vendor Management: Worked with every single one of our vendors. All of our vendors mentioned how great it was to work with their team. They even joined calls with the band to synchronize on timing.
  
  4) Day Of: They were on site the day of the wedding and kept the flow, flowing. They even went out of their way to set up our after party DURING the wedding and you wouldn't of even noticed they were gone -Communication: Super responsive. Whenever we had a question, they were quick to jump in and help. I could go on and on. I was dreading parts of the planning process but they really made it fun.

  I cannot recommend the team at Thirty4thStreet Productions - Shannon, Kelly, and Rafaela - enough. We hired them ~8 months in advance of our New Year's Eve Wedding /Dance Party with a specific vision in mind, and could not have executed it without them. We met with them monthly until it was nearing game time, and were in constant communication via e-mail. Their organization and logistics made everything so smooth up to the day of the wedding. We told the team what we wanted, they found us 3-5 options and we picked the choice that suited us best! They made wedding planning fun; Shannon set everything up including venue visits, zoom calls with vendors, procurement of contracts, purchasing and creation of decor all while keeping us in the loop and running designs by us. On the wedding day itself everything went flawlessly. They were at the venue the day before and the early morning of the wedding setting everything up and doing the tons of legwork to make a venue into a unique wedding space. My wife and I had the best night of our lives, and it was all thanks to Thirty4thStreet Productions.   This team of women were absolutely amazing to work with. They executed my vision for an elegant winter wedding exactly as envisioned. I hired them 4 months before my wedding reception and it was the best decision my husband and I could make. The team was extremely communicative, professional, talented, detail oriented, timely and supportive. The team was always available to connect with me outside of our biweekly meetings via text or email.
  
  The team provided mock ups, expert opinion with our budget and vision at the forefront, created beautiful signage in-house and much more.
  
  I could not have pulled off our beautiful reception without the skill and help from the T4S Production team. May you continue to bring other couples vision to life and make magical moments for them to keep for a lifetime. Thank you for being one of the best parts of our day!

  I can't say enough good things about the T4S team. Shannon was our primary point of contact and she & the team went above and beyond to make our wedding even better than we could have imagined!
  
  We used T4S's event design & month-of planning services and initially booked them because the combination of those two packages was exactly what we needed. We had already found our venue (incl. catering), photographer, and band but knew we would need help day of and also need help with all the visual/design elements.
  
  The T4S team developed a cohesive design plan for us and sourced our florist, lighting vendor, and furniture & decor vendor. The team was great about finding vendors that were budget friendly and helping advise us on what was worthwhile to spend on and what wasn't. They also did a ton of signage & design work themselves including creating our seating sign & name plates.
  
  I truly couldn't have asked for more than what Shannon & the T4S team did for us. I'm so lucky we found them and could not recommend them more highly!

  Saved the day with a virtual ceremony!

  I want to say a huge thank you to Kelly, Shannon and the team. Our wedding was in September 2021, and in June it became very clear that the US wouldn’t allow foreign travelers into the country. So we had to pivot very quickly to include a virtual element. Kelly and Shannon couldn’t have been kinder – they listened to all our needs and put together a very robust solution. It helped that they knew the Brooklyn Winery and had worked in their space before. The result was that my family and friends were able to see my big day – and I even got to say hi to them on Zoom.   I want to say a huge thank you to Kelly, Shannon and the team. Our wedding was in September 2021, and in June it became very clear that the US wouldn’t allow foreign travelers into the country. So we had to pivot very quickly to include a virtual element. Kelly and Shannon couldn’t have been kinder – they listened to all our needs and put together a very robust solution. It helped that they knew the Brooklyn Winery and had worked in their space before. The result was that my family and friends were able to see my big day – and I even got to say hi to them on Zoom. Kelly was also excellent as my day of coordinator – I didn’t have to worry about a thing. I’d highly recommend!

  A dream celebration made reality

  Thirty4thStreet Productions handled all details of my birthday and it was an amazing, well coordinated zoom party. Pre-event prep was thorough and the team took great care to understand my vision so that they could bring it to life. The day of the celebration ran smoothly and every detail was expertly handled. Will definitely hire them again for future needs!

This team of boss babe planners, were great at navigating and melding our distinct tastes for the tropical-themed, majestic wedding of our dreams. The beautiful details at our wedding were designed and sourced by T4S including a swing photo backdrop and harpist for our outdoor ceremony. Our bridal party was so impressed, that they even secretly planned our Bohemian-themed bridal shower, complete with a bouquet bar and balloon decorated photo backdrop! If you are looking for a supportive and attentive planning team, definitely consider T4S!

  The team was amazing, they live streamed my ceremony and it meant so much to my family who couldn’t attend in person due to the pandemic. One of the easiest vendors to work with! Very responsive and creative. Highly recommend !
