Lindsay is so amazing and having her as our day of coordinator truly made my wedding day stress-free. We started having conversations with Lindsay about three months out from our wedding day and then from there she really took over in terms of logistics. She was in communication with all our other vendors and made a SUPER detailed timeline for the day that helped calm all my nerves. She basically executed the event and made it happen. I did not think about anything in terms of logistics on my day, I really got to live in the moment and focus on what matters most. Not only is Lindsay professional and great at her job, but she is really kind, easy to work with, and supportive. I loved having her by my side that day as well as having her in charge! Even though a wedding coordinator technically is not required, it is the smartest decision we made and worth every single penny. Lindsay is the best of the best and you would be lucky to work with her!!!

Lindsay is amazing and we couldn’t imagine what wedding planning and day of coordination would have been like without her. Because we hired So Many Hearts, we were able to enjoy our wedding and not have to stress about a thing. Leading up to the wedding, it was easy to schedule calls with Lindsay and go over questions we had via email. Lindsay is super organized and put together a schedule for our wedding day that kept things running smoothly. She was always very professional and prepared for anything. Her giant emergency kit came in handy too. She was the point person who answered our vendors’ questions so we didn’t have to worry about a thing on our wedding day. She even went running to quickly find my bouquet after it had been left in another room right before I had to walk down the aisle. When my parents needed special transportation, she helped them secure an uber and made sure they got back to their hotel at the end of the night. We refer Lindsay and So Many Hearts every opportunity we get and are truly appreciative of the work she did for us.

Lindsay was the absolute best and hiring her to be our day of coordinator was the smartest decision I made during planning. My wedding venue provided a planner, day of event manager, and both a bridal and mother of the bride attendant for the event. So Initially I didn’t think I needed a planner or coordinator. HOWEVER, about 6 months out from the wedding I started getting overwhelmed by all the other non-venue related items that went into planning a wedding i.e. stationary, timing of invites, coordinating with all the vendors you meet before going to the venue (photographer, HMU, videographer, transport, etc) and a family friend recommended Lindsay who was the coordinator for her son’s wedding. After our initial conversation about what I was looking for, Lindsay made me feel less overwhelmed and I knew she would make my life so much easier. We started working together about three months out from our wedding day on high level planning, timeline and logistics. A week or two out she really took over – handling confirmations and week of/day of communication with all our vendors. She also made a very thorough timeline for the day that I was able to send to vendors, family and wedding party. From the time she arrived at the hotel early Saturday AM to when she left at night, she handled everything and executed the day perfectly. People keep asking me what went wrong on my wedding day and my response is “I don’t know!”, which to me is the best answer I could give. If anything went “wrong”, Lindsay handled it without my knowledge and made sure I had the most stress-free, amazing day ever! She also kept me humbled and pushed me to have back up plans for rain and transportation, which I wasn’t going to do initially but ended up needing to have in the end! Lindsay is kind, detailed, supportive and extremely professional.

Lindsay did such an amazing job on our wedding day. She was very helpful months in advance when it came to crafting our timeline. She knew all the right questions to ask and what to look out for. She needed very little instruction to make things happen! Everything was set up and organized perfectly and our day was on time! My biggest fear was following our tight timeline and she made sure everything was taken care of. She also assisted with our packing list, inventory, bustling of the dress, and so much more. If she wasn't there, I do not know how it would have been possible. There were ZERO issues that came up on my wedding day on my side and I know Lindsay had a lot to do with that! We love you!

My husband and I hired Lindsay as our day of coordinator for a 300+ person wedding this summer. We spoke several times before the wedding and she made sure to be well-versed on all aspects of our big day ahead of time. Lindsay scheduled the day so efficiently that we were AHEAD of schedule for the ceremony - when does that happen??? A big thing we were worried about was getting through all the bridal party and family photos but Lindsay ensured it all went smoothly. Also, my tailor forgot to do the bustle on my dress and Lindsay SEWED my dress for the reception right there on the spot and it looked beautiful. I had nothing to stress about that day. Lindsay is professional, kind, and an expert on all things wedding related.

Where do I even start with Lindsay? She was an absolutely amazing wedding planner and 10000% worth every penny. She went above and beyond in her day-of coordination, and I can honestly say I had a completely stress-free and perfect wedding because of her.

From the moment she stepped in, Lindsay took care of every single detail — coordinating vendors, managing the timeline, handling décor setup, and somehow anticipating exactly what I needed before I even realized it myself. Everything flowed so seamlessly that I never once had to worry about a thing.

My bridal party, family, and vendors all commented on how incredible she was — calm, professional, and always two steps ahead. She truly treated our wedding like it was her own, and I felt so supported and cared for the entire day.

Lindsay was truly a dream to work with. She was always quick to respond to any random question that I had while going through the planning process. She also went above and beyond on the actual day. She made sure that she was the go to person to ask questions, kept the timeline on perfect track and truly made sure that we were able to enjoy the whole day and wedding.
