Lindsay is so amazing and having her as our day of coordinator truly made my wedding day stress-free. We started having conversations with Lindsay about three months out from our wedding day and then from there she really took over in terms of logistics. She was in communication with all our other vendors and made a SUPER detailed timeline for the day that helped calm all my nerves. She basically executed the event and made it happen. I did not think about anything in terms of logistics on my day, I really got to live in the moment and focus on what matters most. Not only is Lindsay professional and great at her job, but she is really kind, easy to work with, and supportive. I loved having her by my side that day as well as having her in charge! Even though a wedding coordinator technically is not required, it is the smartest decision we made and worth every single penny. Lindsay is the best of the best and you would be lucky to work with her!!! -

Lindsay had been recommended to us because our friends and their friends had used her for their weddings. We heard glowing reviews and she was truly just as amazing as we heard, if not more so. From the get go, Lindsay alleviated so many of our worries and helped answer so many questions. She made excellent recommendations and just made the entire process seamless. She worked extremely well with our venue and other vendors. On the day of our wedding, we were so thankful to have her there to let us really enjoy the moments of the day. Lindsay is amazing and we couldn’t imagine what wedding planning and day of coordination would have been like without her. Because we hired So Many Hearts, we were able to enjoy our wedding and not have to stress about a thing. Leading up to the wedding, it was easy to schedule calls with Lindsay and go over questions we had via email. Lindsay is super organized and put together a schedule for our wedding day that kept things running smoothly. She was always very professional and prepared for anything. Her giant emergency kit came in handy too. She was the point person who answered our vendors’ questions so we didn’t have to worry about a thing on our wedding day. She even went running to quickly find my bouquet after it had been left in another room right before I had to walk down the aisle. When my parents needed special transportation, she helped them secure an uber and made sure they got back to their hotel at the end of the night. We refer Lindsay and So Many Hearts every opportunity we get and are truly appreciative of the work she did for us.

My husband and I hired Lindsay as our day of coordinator for a 300+ person wedding this summer. We spoke several times before the wedding and she made sure to be well-versed on all aspects of our big day ahead of time. Lindsay scheduled the day so efficiently that we were AHEAD of schedule for the ceremony - when does that happen??? A big thing we were worried about was getting through all the bridal party and family photos but Lindsay ensured it all went smoothly. Also, my tailor forgot to do the bustle on my dress and Lindsay SEWED my dress for the reception right there on the spot and it looked beautiful. I had nothing to stress about that day. Lindsay is professional, kind, and an expert on all things wedding related. -

Where do I even start with Lindsay? She was an absolutely amazing wedding planner and 10000% worth every penny. She went above and beyond in her day-of coordination, and I can honestly say I had a completely stress-free and perfect wedding because of her.
From the moment she stepped in, Lindsay took care of every single detail — coordinating vendors, managing the timeline, handling décor setup, and somehow anticipating exactly what I needed before I even realized it myself. Everything flowed so seamlessly that I never once had to worry about a thing.
My bridal party, family, and vendors all commented on how incredible she was — calm, professional, and always two steps ahead. She truly treated our wedding like it was her own, and I felt so supported and cared for the entire day.
Thanks to Lindsay, I got to be fully present and enjoy every moment — which is the greatest gift any bride could ask for. I can’t recommend her enough. If you’re on the fence, just book her. You’ll be so grateful you did. 💕 -

Hiring Lindsay as our day-of-coordinator was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Lindsay steps in 3 months before the wedding and from the moment she’s involved, everything felt more organized, calm, and under control. Wedding planning is extremely stressful can she continue to give me guidance and reassurance. She handled every detail behind the scene with such grace and professionalism, allowing me and Steve to be fully present and enjoy our wedding day without stress. Lindsay managed timelines, coordinating vendors, and handling last-minute changes seamlessly. What I appreciated the most was that she prioritized my needs above everything else, constantly asking me if there was anything I need. I was so nervous and stressed out about our first dance that she helped me coordinate with the vendors to do several practice runs during cocktail hour. Lindsay hands down made my wedding come to life. From the first meeting with Lindsay, she listened to everything we had to say and made us feel at ease. She took all my stress away on the day of our wedding and I can not thank her enough. Lindsay brought on an assistant for the day which helped make sure things ran even smoother. She knew everything that had to be done and was ready for everything that came up. She listened to all our concerns and reassured us that everything would be taken care of and it truly was. The day after my wedding, my mom called me and said I do not know how that wedding would have happened if Lindsay was not there. We love Lindsay and HIGHLY recommend her.

Simply Amazing!
People’s advice to me was “no one knows what you planned, so whatever happens the day of, people will still enjoy.” On my wedding day, EVERYTHING went according to plan and that’s thanks to Lindsay!
She is so incredibly organized, communicative and calm. She was in touch with every single vendor and I had to worry about nothing. I sincerely do not know if there were any issues, she handled everything and was calm all day.
Her attention to detail is impressive. She focused on every single aspect of what was needed and was with me all day long, including standing outside in the freezing cold during our photo session.

When we started planning our wedding, my now husband and I thought we could get away without having a coordinator...oh how we were wrong! Luckily, Lindsay and the So Many Hearts team were available for our October 2024 date...and they CAME THROUGH!
From the moment we started working together, we immediately felt more at ease. Lindsay had everything so well organized, she was very communicative and quick to respond; she identified logistical things for our wedding day that we had not even thought of up until that point!

There are so many wonderful qualities about Lindsay, not even sure where to begin!
If anyone is looking for a wonderful day- of coordinator to help take every bit of pressure, stress off one’s shoulders, and keep everything together and run smoothly, PLEASE I cannot emphasize enough, hire Lindsay! She did all of this for me and MORE! I met her at my very close friend’s wedding, she ensured everything was together and organized and I knew I wanted that for when my day came, and she did just the same for me, on my special day. Lindsay will ensure she is 1,000,000% prepared for you and to ensure your special day goes off with a hitch! She doesn’t only focus on the bride and what is best to guarantee all is well with her but, she makes sure family, friends, wedding party, and guests are all taken care of also. Lindsay will also coordinate with all vendors and wedding venue to make sure everyone knows their role and performs/ shows up perfectly! Lindsay will keep you and others around you in good hands, throughout the planning process, and day of. All of those aspects that one may not think of as wedding day approaches or day of, she’s got it covered for you- marriage certificate, accessories, any makeup backup’s, whatever it may be/ is needed. We had a venue coordinator that provided a great amount of help, but having Lindsay with us was a breath of fresh air especially for the early morning organization. She was a true pleasure to speak with 2 months before the wedding, and helped to keep us on track and provided insight that sometimes couples may not think of for the big day. The best decision we made was hiring Lindsay! Our venue provided a coordinator but I wanted to have someone with me that I hired advocating for me and not the venue. I’m so happy we hired Lindsay because that is exactly what she did. She knew what was important to me the day of and she made all and more happen! I chose a full-service venue thinking I wouldn't need a day of coordinator but as the day got closer and details started popping up I realized otherwise. I spoke to about five different people and companies and knew Lindsay was the one the second I spoke to her. She was thorough but not overwhelming, sweet yet assertive with a get sh*t done attitude I love, she worked harmoniously with all my other vendors including my venue manager. I did not worry about a thing knowing she was there taking care of everything. She literally was my wedding angel and I cannot imagine the day going as smoothly as it did without her. Lindsay was one of the first vendors I hired, and it was probably the best decision I made. She is ON IT. You need anything? She’s got it. She’s 10 steps ahead of you in literally any scenario. As I said to my husband the day after our wedding, the best money we spent in our wedding budget, hands down. We hired So Many Hearts for day-of coordination, but Lindsay and team worked with us early on to understand our plans, ensure that everything was on track and smooth out any wrinkles. Lindsay had helpful ideas that we hadn’t thought about and her expertise was evident from our first call.
Day-of we worked with Nicole and Lindsay K., and it’s clear how on-point and detail-oriented the entire So Many Hearts team is - we didn’t feel anything from the transition of planning with Lindsay A. to working day of with her team. Nicole kept 28 people on time to make the Staten Island Ferry so we could get photos en route to our ceremony. If that’s not a five-star feat I’m not sure what is. Lindsay was instrumental in making our big day a success! She was great to work with as our day-of coordinator in the months leading up to our wedding. And she really pulled through for us when there were some last-minute issues with the venue. She understood what we wanted and fought for us to make sure the venue delivered what they had promised! Both Lindsay and her assistant, Ashlee, were fantastic throughout the entire day, juggling not only the typical wedding components like getting ready in the bridal suite, keeping us on time for photos, and packing up items at the end of the night, but also making sure our Chinese tea ceremony ran smoothly and ahead of schedule. When the timing of events during our reception ran a bit over, Lindsay was quick on her feet and seamlessly made some tweaks to keep the party going! We hired Lindsay as our day of coordinator/ planner. She made sure the day went smoothly and handled every detail seamlessly and no stress. She made sure that we didn’t need to worry about anything including the coordination of other vendors, floor changes, guest requests during dinner and seating and getting our things from the hotel to the venue and back to the hotel. Lindsay is simply the best. She goes above and beyond for your wedding day and the months leading up to it. There are so many moving parts when it comes to a wedding and the day of and Lindsay made sure everything was set up appropriately and any issues were handled. I felt at ease and stress free knowing I had lindsay in my corner. Her positive and outgoing energy was such a nice touch on our wedding day and made all of us feel so comfortable and supported. She made sure I was happy and everything was taken care of during the wedding. She kindly held my extremely heavy bouquet throughout the day and had all of my essentials with her at all times. Lindsay made sure the day of schedule was running smoothly and alleviated any issues that arose. She even made sure my sneakers were on me at the end of the night because I was a little drunk and insisted on being barefoot. I cannot say enough amazing things about Lindsay. I didn’t know much about what our wedding day would look like when we started planning, but I did know that I needed help. I didn’t want anyone (especially me) to have to worry about details and plans and timing and “did this arrive?” “are they here yet” “what about this?” I just wanted to enjoy the day and hiring Lindsay made that possible.
Not only did having her on our wedding day give me piece of mind that if something came up I didn’t have to be the one to take care of it, it also gave me so much more headspace in the weeks leading up to it. I was able to worry about what I wanted to, including my regular life, and not get bogged down by details and confirmations and schedules. Lindsay connected with all our vendors, confirmed everything we had planned, and took everything off my hands. Example: my MIL had been working with transportation and ended up having some last minute decisions to make. When she asked me about it I said, talk to Lindsay! She'll know what to do! The next I heard, my MIL was RAVING about how she wished she had turned everything over to Lindsay sooner because she made everything so easy. My entire family, bridal party, and husband, all told me how great it was to have Lindsay there on the day, how helpful she was with making the day run smoothly, and how glad they were to have her around. Another small example of this: during the transition from cocktail hour to reception, my husband and I were waiting for everyone to be seated and announced and we didn’t have any of our passed hors d’oeuvres that the venue had left for us (they were downstairs in a green room and we were upstairs). Without hesitation, Lindsay ran down and grabbed the platter for us and we got to enjoy our food while we waited. Little things like that, all throughout the night, were what put our wedding over the top and made everything so perfect. Our entire wedding went off without a hitch and Lindsay was a big part of that. Needless to say, I highly recommend her.

Lindsay is such a sweet, caring, and simply amazing person! I met Lindsay at a bridal expo and my husband and I honestly thought we would just go there just to browse. But literally the moment I saw So Many Hearts table, I was immediately drawn to the idea of having a wedding coordinator. To all of the fellow Friends fanatics, Lindsay is Monica with her wedding binder.
My husband and I got married in November 2022 in NY and we had a 11:30am ceremony time. YES. VERY early for a bride to wake up and do hair and make up and so many things to stress out about, but Lindsay helped me the entire day from the moment I opened my eyes to the moment I went to sleep. And even afterwards, she was so sweet to message us to enjoy our honeymoon and even did a sweet instagram reel for us.
So if you're just starting to plan or deep in your planning and can't do it yourself, I'm telling you now, Lindsay will help you feel at ease on your wedding day. And I could honestly say hiring Lindsay as our wedding coordinator was the best decision we've made in terms of the wedding.

Where do I even begin... Lindsay and her assistant Ashlee were literal angels. My venue caught on fire 2 days before my wedding and we had to switch venues. The minute I called Lindsay when I found out about my venue not being able to have my wedding, she started contacting my vendors. She made sure that she was their main POC for all updates/changes as I was dealing with a lot having to change everything 2 days prior.
I truly don't know what I would of done without Lindsay - she was truly a godsend and my day wouldn't of come together so seamlessly without her. She contacted every single vendor and told them about the change. She had to rearrange all of the limo/party bus times and make sure they were OK with the additional distance and she had to see if , we had to re-do the seating chart due to the fact that the set up at the Stone House was different and Lindsay worked with the Stone house to make sure everything was set up, she made sure all of my boxes we dropped off at The Rockleigh came over to the Stone House because it had everything in it (decor, cake toppers, money box, etc). I had to figure out where me and my bridesmaids were going to get ready since I planned to get ready in the bridal suites at the Rockleigh) so Lindsay made sure she figured that out for me. She literally did everything - I don't have enough words to describe how my day wouldn't of came together without her.
Lindsay didn't stop working until everything was set and literally worked like an animal throughout the wedding and into Sunday AM. I truly do not know what I would of done without her - the day wouldn't of came together without her.
Her assistant Ashlee was also absolutely wonderful - she went to go pick up our favors at Duck Donuts in Paramus for us since they wouldn't deliver to the new venue due to the distance and she also went to go pick up the breakfast for the groomsmen & bridal party and set it up in our hotel suites.
This review doesn't even explain how happy I was that I hired Lindsay for my special day. I cannot thank her enough for everything - she literally was running around all day making sure everything was perfect.So Many Hearts Event Planning's reply:

I am very demanding, quite stubborn, and extremely picky. From the start, Lindsay was able to accommodate my requests, mitigate my concerns, and put my plan down on paper and in to action. Lindsay did a fantastic job of letting me feel like I was in control while simultaneously making sure she had everything handled. It made it comforting to be able to let go of control and have Lindsay effortlessly manage the process. I couldn't tell you if anything went wrong on the wedding day as Lindsay had everything covered. All I did was just enjoy myself. Lindsay managed the vendors, the staffing, and music, all without me having to give a second look. When I did need anything, all it took was a look and a signal and Lindsay had the A/C lowered, or a staffer bring me a drink or snack. It was honestly magnificent to not have to worry, knowing Lindsay had already thought of everything and had my wedding under control. She was a major contributing factor to the wedding of dreams for my wife and I.

Hiring Lindsay was the best decision we made for our wedding without a doubt. She made my dream wedding come completely true without a single thing going wrong. My entire family agrees that she did such an amazing job and certainly worked hard from beginning to end. We had a large bridal party, 10 groomsmen and 9 bridesmaids, and they can be a non cooperative crew. Lindsay helped to rein them in, keep me clam and to keep the day focused on me and my husband. Lindsay thank you endlessly for everything you did for us on our wedding day, I do not think it would have been nearly as perfect without you and I am so grateful to have had you there with us. To helping change my shoes, bustle my dress, cut a stray stitch, get a drunk groomsmen away from me, or to make sure all my valuables were kept safe and brought home with me you always knew exactly what needed to be done whenever I needed it. I have had a few people ask me "what advice do you have for a future bride" and my answer is always you need to hire Lindsay.

All I can say is don’t hesitate when hiring a day of coordinator. As someone who is always in full control, the day of my wedding a coordinator was a necessity in making the day run smooth from start to finish. The minor details can be so overwhelming and Lindsay took the stress away. She created schedules and took full control of vendors and beyond. Other than marrying my amazing husband, hiring Lindsay with So Many Hearts for our wedding was the best decision we made.
As a Bride with a Type-A personality who fixates on small details, I knew I was at risk for being stressed and overwhelmed the day of the wedding. I was instantly put at ease the first time we met with Lindsay! Leading up to the wedding, Lindsay helped structure the timeline of our day, called all vendors to confirm and introduce herself as the day-of point of contact, and familiarized herself with all decorations/ set up that was brought into the venue. I felt extremely confident going into our wedding weekend because she helped up tie up all loose ends and made sure every single detail was in place.
Lindsay went above and beyond to make sure our special day went off without a hitch. Lindsay did it ALL- ran our rehearsal, picked up breakfast/coffee while we got ready, kept us on track with the hair and makeup schedule, coordinated with Photographer/ Videographer, steamed bridesmaid dresses, drove me to our first-look location, made sure all shuttles to the venue left from the hotel on time, prepped bridal party for the ceremony, coordinated with DJ and Venue Coordinator to make sure things ran smoothly and on time... the list goes on and on! (And I am sure there are so many more items that were handled without us knowing)! It was almost as if Lindsay could read our minds- before we could ask, Lindsay was already doing everything and anything we needed on our special day. Our other vendors raved about Lindsay and many remarked that they wish they could work with her on all their weddings.
My husband and I danced the night away and truly enjoyed every single minute of our day, stress free. Do yourself a favor and hire Lindsay, you will not regret it!So Many Hearts Event Planning's reply:

Lindsay is a magical wedding ninja... and I mean that in the best way possible. As a bride planning an out of state wedding ( I live in Kentucky and my wedding was back home in NY) I was under so much stress. When I realized I needed some help, a friend of a friend recommended Lindsay to me. When we first spoke on the phone, there was an instant connection - her passion and expertise for weddings came through loud and clear. On the days leading up to my wedding, Lindsay was there for me whenever I needed her help. She was unbelievably helpful on the day of the wedding. For example, the night before, our reception hall required we completely flip around the entire room - all 15 tables..I just called Lindsay and she handled it. The flower girls needed their sashes sewed- Lindsay fixed it. One of my bridesmaids needed two AA batteries for her breast pump - Lindsay found some. At the end of the night she gathered up all my things, checked into my hotel room for me and set up my room, put my cake topper in the fridge, plugged my phone into the charger and left me a hand-written note. Whatever I needed or wanted, Lindsay was immediately there. I do not have enough space here to write about HOW amazing Lindsay is! If you're thinking of getting a month of/day of coordinator... look no further.
We had a particularly difficult wedding as we rented a space and did everything DIY and Lindsay was incredible. She literally though of everything, every little detail or element we might have over looked she was on it making sure we thought about it an planned it. I work full time as a Producer - and I thought I was pretty organized. I was wrong. Lindsay is truly the most organized and prepared person I have ever met.
She worked amazingly with all of our vendors, checking in on them days prior to the event ensuring everything arrived and was set up on time and cleaned out on time. EVERY vendor I had said they would love to work with her again! (which goes to show she's one of a kind in the industry!)
She also just so amazingly easy to work with, adaptable when plans change and "on it" to solve any issues that might arise.

I think I said “Lindsay is a genius” at least 20 times the day of my wedding. She was invaluable to me on the day of and the weeks leading up to it. We had a very short engagement (five months) and did all of the vendor securing etc on our own but about two months prior I was overwhelmed and felt like I needed additional support. From the beginning she made me and my now husband feel calm and secure! She told me from the start that she would be “team bride” and she really was. She was one step ahead of me at every turn on the day of and did all the things I didn’t have time to do (steam my dress and those of my bridesmaids, deal with the hotel and their slow coffee delivery, order Uber for our musician, keep track of my shawl, carry around my lipstick, bring gifts to our hotel room, and so much more!) I cannot say enough about the amazing job Lindsay did with managing our wedding day. She was on top of every little detail; even monitoring the drive time from the hotel to the church all morning to make sure we would arrive on time. She also comes fully prepared for any disaster or issue that may come up - in the last moments before we left the hotel she was steaming the bridesmaids shawls with her steamer! Thank goodness she had one!
She also is really good at keeping the bride and groom calm - she could read me very well and knew immediately when to come over and check in to make sure I was not stressed and if I was, what she could do to fix it.
I don't even know what we would have done without her day-of timeline she put together - every minute was accounted for! We also had a pretty large wedding party, she kept them all in line (literally) for the processional. Everything was executed flawlessly.
She is with you from the moment you wake up until the very last guest leaves, making sure you leave nothing behind. She even checks in with you the next day! My whole family raved about her and honestly I could not have done that day without her!
Lindsay is amazing - book her! You will not regret it!
