Claire was absolutely phenomenal as our wedding coordinator. From the initial planning stages to the day-of execution, she ensured everything was seamless and stress-free. Her professionalism, kindness, and thoughtfulness stood out at every turn. Claire handled countless logistics and details we wouldn’t have even thought of, making the entire process effortless for us.
On the wedding day, she was incredibly flexible and proactive, adapting to any changes without missing a beat. Her high standards and attention to detail set a remarkable bar for quality service. Most importantly, Claire genuinely cared about how we felt throughout the process, balancing emotional support with meticulous organization.

We cannot begin to explain how much Claire helped us throughout our wedding planning process. We hired her after we had our venue/date locked down and she helped us with literally every other thing we could think of and especially with the things we couldn't think of. Claire is an extremely calm, chill and cheerful person, which makes talking to her delightful and made the whole process feel easy and more stress-free than we could have imagined. Claire is also extremely organized which is what you want in a person who's helping you pull together the most important day of your life. She immediately set us up with a shared Google drive filled with all the vendor recommendations we could need and various other planning tools and kept files up to date there as the planning progressed. She has amazing relationships with everyone she works with, which makes vendor outreach and initial phone calls incredibly easy -- and having Claire on those calls with us gave us a much greater level of comfort and sense of preparedness going into each one. We honestly could go on and on.
There were countless times over the year+ we worked with WedWell that we out loud said to each other "Claire's the best" and it's because she proves time and time again that she is. She doesn't raise crazy alarms if something goes off course, she's assuring about pace/progress throughout the process, but also knows when to nudge you to make sure things are getting done. She gave us amazing guidance when we were weighing options and it always gave us a way to accomplish what we wanted from the day knowing what our priorities and budget were. All of this made us feel excited about our wedding vs. stressed and it's impossible to put into words how much that means, especially now looking back on an experience that was nothing but joyful. So yeah - HIRE CLAIRE! You will lose count of the times you reflect on what an amazing decision it was.WedWell's reply:

Claire was amazing from the get go. We hired her as an all-in planner as we are currently based in Australia and wanted to have the wedding in NYC. As a same-sex couple, we also wanted to ensure the ethoses of our various vendors were aligned with ours; Claire made this a breeze and we always felt comfortable with vendors that were suggested which we found to be professional and of outstanding quality.
From the beginning and throughout the 11 months we collaborated, Claire has emerged as someone who has a keen eye for attention to detail, risk prepared, and brings a broad overview to steer us and keep us on track in the direction of the vision we had detailed to her. This, despite staggering time differences (14 or 15 hours; we live in Sydney, Australia) demonstrated to us her flexibility of her time as well as the gravity of her commitment.
Some of the detailed things that Claire undertook for us can only be detailed in the following examples (in no particular order):
- Reading through a 1908 Remington typewriter manual
- Awaiting and chasing down the delivery of paper from Echizen, Japan
- Finding a Chinese tea ceremonialist in NYC
- Organising the transport of a rickshaw to the venue
- Cueing the wedding party to walk down the aisle to the exact specification of timing (down to the second. Yes, she was there with a stopwatch) to the music
This is testamony to the tenacity and willingness to go the extra mile that this amazing lady has done. The end result was truly a night to remember for our guests and us. The multitude of effusive praise cannot be understated including from ever-critical family members.
She really exceeded our sky-high expectations and quirky requests. I would easily and highly recommend her services to anyone looking for a truly extraordinary experience.

WedWell is the way to go for truly best-in-class wedding coordination. My husband and I have already said this so many times that we're playing like broken records at this point, but hiring Claire was, hands down, the best decision we made.
From the very beginning, my husband and I knew we needed help with planning and coordination. My husband and I were the first of our friend group to get married, so we knew very little about the wedding planning process to start with. On top of that, as a first generation immigrant, I definitely felt thrown into the deep end when I started learning about American weddings and how many different pieces went into them. Everything was new to me -- welcome bags, seating charts, favors, even the purpose of the rehearsal dinner.
Claire was deeply thoughtful, kind, practical, creative and infinitely reliable. Before we even hired her, she had already graciously sent us vendor recommendations and logistical suggestions for us to ponder. Claire truly thinks of all the details that you would never think of yourself. Over the weeks and months leading up to the wedding, her emails and our in-person meetings routinely kept us on track. On the day of our wedding, we were able to totally relax not only because she helped us prepare so well, but also because on the day of she made sure everything was right where it needed to be, when it needed to be there! We especially loved the initiative she took on wedding day to just take some things up a notch. For example, when we walked in to sign our marriage license, we arrived to a gorgeous setup she had created with leftover bud vases and props. On top of everything, Claire also took extra videos and photos throughout the event, which have helped tide us over while we wait for our photographer and videographer to share their final work.
Our guests are still remarking about how smoothly everything went and how much they felt taken care of. From the insect repellent at the welcome station to the escort card setup, it all truly would not have happened without Claire. We truly could not recommend WedWell enough!!WedWell's reply:

WedWell is run by the ever-amazing Claire Letourneau We hired her as our day-of coordinator. We can truly say she made our day feel like utter perfection. She’s incredibly organized and thoughtful, providing structure and the timeline for our entire event. She met with us several times before our big day — on the phone and in person — and put our nerves at ease in the lead-up to our big day. She then made sure everything worked the way it was supposed to at our reception. So many people told us it was the best wedding they'd ever been to — and multiple people commented that the terrific organization stood out for them. We highly, highly recommend her!WedWell's reply:

We could not have imagined a better wedding planner than Claire. She didn’t just make our wedding day flawless—she made the entire 17-month planning process smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free. From start to finish, she anticipated every detail, kept us organized, and always thought a step ahead. She was incredibly knowledgeable when it came to navigating contract challenges, kept us calm during the inevitable lulls, and made what could have been overwhelming feel easy and exciting.
On the wedding day itself, Claire was nothing short of a miracle worker. She handled every curveball seamlessly—from A/C issues at the venue, to carrying the train of my dress, to having my second pair of shoes waiting at my seat, to making sure we had leftovers packed up in our room for later. She thought of everything, big and small, so that we didn’t have to worry about a thing.
And on top of all that, Claire surprised us the very next morning with a video she had put together of clips from the day. It was the most thoughtful, unexpected gift, and brought us right back into the joy of it all.
Hiring Claire was the best decision we made during this whole journey. She is not only incredibly talented and professional, but also kind, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in making her couples’ day special. We can’t recommend her highly enough!WedWell's reply:

Claire was by far the easiest, calmest, and most organized planner around. She made the wedding planning process feel easy & affordable for a couple who wasn’t from NYC. Her recommendations were perfect for what we wanted and her spreadsheets to help us compare/decide were above and beyond. She was honest with her opinions and helped us stay within a very tight budget for the city - which no other planner felt was possible or was even willing to work with us for. Claire followed up the month of our wedding with all the vendors and made sure nothing was missing & the timing was perfect. Every single detail I would have never even thought of was mapped out and answered by the time of the rehearsal, so the week of our wedding was nothing but fun and celebrations. Claire was professional, but personable, and was very easy to talk to. She even dealt with my night shift schedule (emailing her constantly in the middle of the night) and handled everything during the day (business hours) so I didn’t have to worry about it. After the wedding was over, she helped us find some ceremonial items that were misplaced & even helped us dig through contracts to get money back when we were wrongfully charged by another vendor! Always went an extra mile for us. I have recommended WedWell to any and all of my friends/coworkers who are recently engaged. I can’t recommend her enough!!WedWell's reply:

I don't know how I would have gotten through the day of our wedding without Claire from WedWell. We hired her for "month of" services which included advice about other vendors earlier in the process, a planning structure and timelines for day of, vendor coordination and her full attention day of running the show. Everything was flawless and exactly how we imagined it. Her vendor recommendations all turned out great. If I had it to do over again, I would probably hire her to do more as planning could get pretty stressful and using a pro will make the whole thing go so much better.WedWell's reply:

The BEST Wedding Planner and Cheerleader!
TLDR: Claire is the absolute best!! If you are looking for a wedding planner, you can stop looking now. I am a very type A person with high expectations and Claire has exceeded them all! First: She is a real problem solver - our dream venue was non-negotiable (and one she found/recommended!), but we had issues finding certain vendors (not the venue’s fault, mainly had to do with timing). For example, we were having trouble finding our perfect florist, transportation and hair and makeup - Claire used her contacts and relationships and were able to find the most wonderful team for us and we could not be more grateful. It was true dedication for her to take matters into her own hands when my husband and I were thinking of giving up (i.e., we started looking into DIY options) and it is a testament to her reputation, character, and professionalism that certain vendors decided to make exceptions for us just to be able to work with her again
Second: She has great judgment - many parts of the wedding process are not straightforward, and it was great to have Claire be a sounding board for what to do and what not to do. She will always try to give us what we want, but that does not mean that she’s a “yes-woman” and she will always offer her perspective with clear rationale when asked.
Third: She cares so much - you can tell she genuinely wants to have each wedding be the best it can be! As you look through her portfolio (check out her instagram “@wewedwell”, where she began making reels post weddings) you’ll see that each wedding is unique and beautiful - no cookie cutter copy and paste here! Our respect for Claire grew through the little moments, whether it’s her proactive emails/lists telling us our immediate next steps (many of which would never occur to me), following up with vendors without prompting, super organized Google drive for resources, and just being extremely responsive (or proactively telling us when she may be slower to respond while working a wedding/on vacation/etc)
