Claire was everything I could have wanted in a wedding planner and then some! On the business side, she was beyond incredible handling all organization and paperwork with our vendors, helping us prioritize tasks on our tight 3-month timeline, coordinating all venue requirements and timelines, and truly making sure every last detail or scenario was accounted for. On the personal side, Claire could not have been kinder, more patient, and a true joy to work with! It speaks for itself that every vendor we reached out to was thrilled to find out Claire was our planner and excited to work with her again. The wedding day could not have gone smoother, and she really was a master at herding cats (aka our families) to ensure everyone knew where to be and when. Claire was like the quarterback of our wedding day. From the weeks leading up to the day through the whole night, she kept everything running smoothly and stress free. Her familiarity with Rule of Thirds and their staff made a huge difference, and she handled all logistics, vendors, and timing seamlessly.
She was calm, organized, and totally on top of every detail. She also made us an awesome Instagram reel that let us relive the night afterward! Highly recommend using Claire!!WedWell's reply:

Claire was the best wedding planner we could hope for. She was with us every step of the way, from looking at venues to the very end of big day.
She was very friendly, very meticulous, and did a great job keeping us on schedule during every part of the process, from booking the venue, to picking out a cake caterer, to doing a rehearsal schedule the day before.
We never felt overwhelmed as she laid out everything we needed to do in detailed spreadsheets. She helped us schedule visits with wedding venues and coordinated calls with all of our vendors. She had a great list of recommendations for catering, photography, a photobooth, a DJ, and everything in between. We always felt like we were in the best of hands and that everything was under control.
Claire did a great job coordinating with all of the different the points of contact for each vendor so we didn’t have to worry about anything but enjoying our day. Whenever we had a question for a vendor she would make sure that the right person was asked and could answer it. She even joined most of the calls we had with our vendors to make sure we got all the information we needed.
She also was very encouraging about ideas we had for making our wedding unique and showing off our personality. When we decided to use pez dispensers as escort cards for each guest, she was super excited and made sure we had everything we needed to execute our vision. She was able to turn our ideas into a reality that wowed us!
When it got closer to the wedding she made sure that we had a finalized schedule that we could go over and ensured all the vendors and speakers were on the same page.
The day of the wedding was absolutely wonderful! She made sure that everything was running smoothly and that we knew where to go. She made sure that we got some quiet moments with each other to take it all in. Thanks to her we had such a magical evening.
The day after she put together a highlight reel on instagram that we’ve watched about 2000 times - we are seriously obsessed with it!
Overall she made sure we had the best wedding possible and one of the best most special days of our lives. We would highly recommend working with Claire! She will ensure an amazing and smooth event with special memories to cherish forever.WedWell's reply:

Where to even start when praising all of the hard work and time Claire at WedWell put in for our wedding?! We had seen all of the great reviews prior to bringing Claire on board for our wedding and we can now confirm (2 weeks out from our big day), the rumors are all true. Claire was incredibly thorough and organized prior to our event and she was quick and covered all of the bases on the actual day. We even had a slight mishap with one of our vendors during the wedding and we actually didn’t even notice until Claire informed us the following day. That goes to show how smoothly Claire runs the show on the day of the wedding. We hired Claire for her day of coordination service and it was really nice that she jumps into planning a month out so she can get to know the couple and really understand the vision you want to bring to life. She’s realistic about what is possible and also incredibly helpful in helping you achieve everything you’re imagining. We are so thankful for WedWell for helping us have the most perfect wedding we could’ve dreamed of. Thank you Claire!

We could not have imagined a better wedding planner than Claire. She didn’t just make our wedding day flawless—she made the entire 17-month planning process smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free. From start to finish, she anticipated every detail, kept us organized, and always thought a step ahead. She was incredibly knowledgeable when it came to navigating contract challenges, kept us calm during the inevitable lulls, and made what could have been overwhelming feel easy and exciting.
On the wedding day itself, Claire was nothing short of a miracle worker. She handled every curveball seamlessly—from A/C issues at the venue, to carrying the train of my dress, to having my second pair of shoes waiting at my seat, to making sure we had leftovers packed up in our room for later. She thought of everything, big and small, so that we didn’t have to worry about a thing.
And on top of all that, Claire surprised us the very next morning with a video she had put together of clips from the day. It was the most thoughtful, unexpected gift, and brought us right back into the joy of it all.

We got married in the Hudson Valley and Claire had extensive knowledge and connections to vendors in that area. Every vendor she suggested was great and did an excellent job at our wedding. Claire also kept us on track which was very important for two people who had very demanding jobs. If you get the chance to have Claire work on your wedding, consider yourself lucky. Claire is a DREAM to work with and elevated our wedding beyond expectations. We came to her with a big ask: pull off a multi-day, inter-religious, multi-cultural wedding weekend in NYC. Claire more than delivered on both our Bangladeshi Gaye Holud and American wedding events. Her full planning service was the best wedding decision we made, hands down.
Claire is well-connected in the industry because everyone she works with loves her. This helped us select top-quality vendors. Her 10+ years of experience pulled through when she uncovered problematic vendor contract clauses that we initially overlooked. She led every site visit and asked important questions we wouldn’t have thought of. She kept us on track over the course of 14 months, so we didn’t rush or make hasty decisions as our wedding date approached.
Planning with Claire was a great experience. She always returned our emails quickly and thoughtfully (and trust me, we emailed her A LOT). The fact that she is a part-time planner gave us no cause for concern. Her corporate experience came in handy for us as a working couple; we bonded over our love for spreadsheets and lists. Our Gaye Holud event in particular had many moving parts and vendors, but Claire swiftly kept track of everyone’s responsibilities. Her efforts helped uncover and resolve problems before the event took place. Claire is a creative force, too. She never planned a Bangladeshi event before, but gave us great ideas and solutions when we encountered a problem. Her flexibility and creativity is a large part of why we chose her as our planner.
Day-of coordination was fantastic. Claire dealt with locked out vendors, missing items, and delayed timelines seamlessly. We were so impressed with how Claire handled every situation with poise, and it really made our day feel so much less stressful. A bonus? She captures amazing day-of content so you have photos and videos right away, the day after!

The BEST Wedding Planner and Cheerleader!
TLDR: Claire is the absolute best!! If you are looking for a wedding planner, you can stop looking now. I am a very type A person with high expectations and Claire has exceeded them all! First: She is a real problem solver - our dream venue was non-negotiable (and one she found/recommended!), but we had issues finding certain vendors (not the venue’s fault, mainly had to do with timing). For example, we were having trouble finding our perfect florist, transportation and hair and makeup - Claire used her contacts and relationships and were able to find the most wonderful team for us and we could not be more grateful. It was true dedication for her to take matters into her own hands when my husband and I were thinking of giving up (i.e., we started looking into DIY options) and it is a testament to her reputation, character, and professionalism that certain vendors decided to make exceptions for us just to be able to work with her again
Second: She has great judgment - many parts of the wedding process are not straightforward, and it was great to have Claire be a sounding board for what to do and what not to do. She will always try to give us what we want, but that does not mean that she’s a “yes-woman” and she will always offer her perspective with clear rationale when asked.
Third: She cares so much - you can tell she genuinely wants to have each wedding be the best it can be! As you look through her portfolio (check out her instagram “@wewedwell”, where she began making reels post weddings) you’ll see that each wedding is unique and beautiful - no cookie cutter copy and paste here! Our respect for Claire grew through the little moments, whether it’s her proactive emails/lists telling us our immediate next steps (many of which would never occur to me), following up with vendors without prompting, super organized Google drive for resources, and just being extremely responsive (or proactively telling us when she may be slower to respond while working a wedding/on vacation/etc)

My husband and I were married in June 2024 and our wedding was an absolute success because of Claire! From putting us all at ease in our first meeting to handling everything that came our way on the day of, I couldn't have asked for a better coordinator/planner. Hire Claire for her expertise in all things organizational -- she will think of the things you won't, and she'll take the pictures at your walk throughs you didn't begin to think you would need, but of course you did. Also hire Claire because weddings are emotional whirlwinds, and she will keep you on track and go with the flow of YOUR needs and be an advocate for you as a couple 100% on the day of. Claire was by far the easiest, calmest, and most organized planner around. She made the wedding planning process feel easy & affordable for a couple who wasn’t from NYC. Her recommendations were perfect for what we wanted and her spreadsheets to help us compare/decide were above and beyond. She was honest with her opinions and helped us stay within a very tight budget for the city - which no other planner felt was possible or was even willing to work with us for. Claire followed up the month of our wedding with all the vendors and made sure nothing was missing & the timing was perfect. Every single detail I would have never even thought of was mapped out and answered by the time of the rehearsal, so the week of our wedding was nothing but fun and celebrations. Claire was professional, but personable, and was very easy to talk to. She even dealt with my night shift schedule (emailing her constantly in the middle of the night) and handled everything during the day (business hours) so I didn’t have to worry about it. After the wedding was over, she helped us find some ceremonial items that were misplaced & even helped us dig through contracts to get money back when we were wrongfully charged by another vendor! Claire isn’t just a superb wedding planner, she is also a diligent and delightful human being. My wife and I could not possibly imagine planning our wedding with anyone else. We had the pleasure of working with Claire on Venue Selection and “Month-Of” planning, which worked great for us; however, Claire has flexible options that meet each couple’s needs. Throughout the leadup to the big day, Claire not only helped galvanize all of our vendors and information, but also built out an incredibly robust timeline that manifested as the perfect wedding day. We were already incredibly impressed with Claire leading up to the wedding; however, the day of, Claire took it to a whole ‘nother level, and ensured that every single detail went well. Claire was both behind the scenes and everpresent, in the perfect way. We cannot begin to explain how much Claire helped us throughout our wedding planning process. We hired her after we had our venue/date locked down and she helped us with literally every other thing we could think of and especially with the things we couldn't think of. Claire is an extremely calm, chill and cheerful person, which makes talking to her delightful and made the whole process feel easy and more stress-free than we could have imagined. Claire is also extremely organized which is what you want in a person who's helping you pull together the most important day of your life. She immediately set us up with a shared Google drive filled with all the vendor recommendations we could need and various other planning tools and kept files up to date there as the planning progressed. She has amazing relationships with everyone she works with, which makes vendor outreach and initial phone calls incredibly easy -- and having Claire on those calls with us gave us a much greater level of comfort and sense of preparedness going into each one. We honestly could go on and on.
There were countless times over the year+ we worked with WedWell that we out loud said to each other "Claire's the best" and it's because she proves time and time again that she is. She doesn't raise crazy alarms if something goes off course, she's assuring about pace/progress throughout the process, but also knows when to nudge you to make sure things are getting done. She gave us amazing guidance when we were weighing options and it always gave us a way to accomplish what we wanted from the day knowing what our priorities and budget were. All of this made us feel excited about our wedding vs. stressed and it's impossible to put into words how much that means, especially now looking back on an experience that was nothing but joyful. An absolute dream wedding made so easy!
Claire at WedWell made our wedding dreams come true! We started planning in summer 2021 for a wedding in summer 2022. Claire helped us navigate the various factors to consider relating to COVID uncertainty. We weren’t sure what the state of the world would be, and she was fantastic in guiding us through options and contingencies and making sure our vendor contracts were solid. She did tons of site visits with us all over New York and once we picked our venue we felt completely comfortable handing over the reins. Claire was incredibly organized and kept on top of the entire event planning process - she made it so easy, we’d do it again! Claire communicated constantly with all of our vendors to make sure everything was exactly what we wanted and the logistics were perfect. When it came to the actual event, Claire was the most incredible manager, running the show the day of which meant doing everything from adding our finishing touches to each place setting to wrangling guests who showed up early into their proper places, to keeping us on schedule (which she planned for us down to 15 minute increments), to making sure my husband and I took a break from entertaining to eat our dinner. As two people who like to be very much in control of life, we had absolutely no concerns putting our whole event in WedWell’s extremely capable hands. 10/10 recommend!!WedWell's reply:

I don't know how I would have gotten through the day of our wedding without Claire from WedWell. We hired her for "month of" services which included advice about other vendors earlier in the process, a planning structure and timelines for day of, vendor coordination and her full attention day of running the show. Everything was flawless and exactly how we imagined it. Her vendor recommendations all turned out great. If I had it to do over again, I would probably hire her to do more as planning could get pretty stressful and using a pro will make the whole thing go so much better.WedWell's reply:

WedWell is the way to go for truly best-in-class wedding coordination. My husband and I have already said this so many times that we're playing like broken records at this point, but hiring Claire was, hands down, the best decision we made.
From the very beginning, my husband and I knew we needed help with planning and coordination. My husband and I were the first of our friend group to get married, so we knew very little about the wedding planning process to start with. On top of that, as a first generation immigrant, I definitely felt thrown into the deep end when I started learning about American weddings and how many different pieces went into them. Everything was new to me -- welcome bags, seating charts, favors, even the purpose of the rehearsal dinner.
Claire was deeply thoughtful, kind, practical, creative and infinitely reliable. Before we even hired her, she had already graciously sent us vendor recommendations and logistical suggestions for us to ponder. Claire truly thinks of all the details that you would never think of yourself. Over the weeks and months leading up to the wedding, her emails and our in-person meetings routinely kept us on track. On the day of our wedding, we were able to totally relax not only because she helped us prepare so well, but also because on the day of she made sure everything was right where it needed to be, when it needed to be there! We especially loved the initiative she took on wedding day to just take some things up a notch. For example, when we walked in to sign our marriage license, we arrived to a gorgeous setup she had created with leftover bud vases and props. On top of everything, Claire also took extra videos and photos throughout the event, which have helped tide us over while we wait for our photographer and videographer to share their final work.
Our guests are still remarking about how smoothly everything went and how much they felt taken care of. From the insect repellent at the welcome station to the escort card setup, it all truly would not have happened without Claire. We truly could not recommend WedWell enough!!WedWell's reply:

Claire was absolutely amazing. She was everywhere we needed her to be, at just the right time. She was focused, energetic, and really listened to us and understood our needs. She showed deep experience that helped guide us to better decisions by understanding all the implications of our choices - both expense-wise and logistically. On wedding day, she worked her butt off making sure everything was perfect. She handled all any glitches with absolute grace and was always in the background just making things work. Claire was amazing from the get go. We hired her as an all-in planner as we are currently based in Australia and wanted to have the wedding in NYC. As a same-sex couple, we also wanted to ensure the ethoses of our various vendors were aligned with ours; Claire made this a breeze and we always felt comfortable with vendors that were suggested which we found to be professional and of outstanding quality.
From the beginning and throughout the 11 months we collaborated, Claire has emerged as someone who has a keen eye for attention to detail, risk prepared, and brings a broad overview to steer us and keep us on track in the direction of the vision we had detailed to her. This, despite staggering time differences (14 or 15 hours; we live in Sydney, Australia) demonstrated to us her flexibility of her time as well as the gravity of her commitment.
Some of the detailed things that Claire undertook for us can only be detailed in the following examples (in no particular order):
- Reading through a 1908 Remington typewriter manual
- Awaiting and chasing down the delivery of paper from Echizen, Japan
- Finding a Chinese tea ceremonialist in NYC
- Organising the transport of a rickshaw to the venue
- Cueing the wedding party to walk down the aisle to the exact specification of timing (down to the second. Yes, she was there with a stopwatch) to the music
This is testamony to the tenacity and willingness to go the extra mile that this amazing lady has done. The end result was truly a night to remember for our guests and us. The multitude of effusive praise cannot be understated including from ever-critical family members.
She really exceeded our sky-high expectations and quirky requests. I would easily and highly recommend her services to anyone looking for a truly extraordinary experience.

As artists, we both had a specific vision for our wedding day, and organizing this event was an enourmous task I was very nervous to take on. Wedwell and working with Claire really made all the decision making fun. Not only did she keep us on track, but she kept all the moving parts required to plan a dream wedding oiled and in motion at all times.

While we've attended many weddings, both in the states and internationally, we didn't realize everything that went into planning one - and being from Italy, I was unfamiliar with American wedding expectations. Claire was right when she said that it came down to the fact we're inviting people to fly from all over the world for a celebration of us and a party.
We hired Claire to help us with everything - start to finish - and she came through at every turn - when it got overwhelming, she took over; when we had decisions to make, she nudged us along. The WedWell team are, well, wedding experts! They perfectly meet you where you are across the entire wedding planning experience, whether it's a sounding board for an idea, a difficult email to a vendor, some updates to a spreadsheet they will make it easy! With a wedding planned for NYC and ourselves based in Sydney, Claire helped us select and coordinate efforts across 15 different vendors to remain true to our theme. The result was amazing: from venue to décor, to food. Even finishing touches like finding a rickshaw - she tackled all of the minutiae, and allowed us to focus on the bigger picture. I'd highly recommend her.
In the end: we were thrilled, my father-in-law went out of his way to comment on how elegant everything was, and numerous guests mentioned it was the "best wedding I've ever been to". -
