Krista was the life-saver, best-friend-for-a-day, confidant, and organizer I didn't even know I needed. I was so stressed before finding Krista, but as soon as she came on board, my husband and I were instantly more calm. She also handled our signage and a ton of event design. I really feel so lucky to have had Krista at my event and I would recommend her to ANYONE. She took so much off our plate, most importantly she took all of the month-of vendor coordinating off our plate which was incredible. We just had to show up, she took care of the rest (vendor timelines, parking, instructions, handing out tips, etc...). HIRE HER!!!

One of the best decisions I made for my wedding was hiring Champagne Magnolias. Although my venue had a coordinator, I knew I needed someone who truly *got me* and could help keep my sanity in check throughout the planning process and on the wedding day.

I chose the Wedding Day Management package, and Ally was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She took the time to listen to each and every one of my questions and I always valued her expertise, guidance, and quick responses. Having Ally on vendor calls and included on all emails gave me such peace of mind and I always felt like someone had my back.

She was incredibly organized and created a detailed timeline that kept everyone on track. When we got to the wedding day, I was SO thankful to have her there. The moment she arrived, I immediately felt a sense of calm. We truly had the most stress-free wedding day, and owe a huge part of that to Ally!

Seana, Ally’s assistant, was also wonderful. She was sweet, kind, and organized. They were always one step ahead and worked behind the scenes to make sure everything was in place and running smoothly. It truly was a perfect day.

Several of my other vendors complimented how great the Champagne Magnolias team was. We were all thankful to have Ally running the show. My friends and family couldn’t stop talking about how amazing she was – kind, fun, professional, and somehow able to keep everyone in line at the same time.

I feel SO lucky to have worked with the Champagne Magnolias team on my wedding day. All I can say is this: Hire. Them.

As the mother of the bride, I approached my daughter's wedding with equal parts excitement and anxiety — a combination any seasoned parent will recognize. What I did not anticipate was how quickly Krista would transform that anxiety into genuine confidence.

We received so many compliments about how beautiful the room was from our guests, including one who is an interior designer.

There was not a single moment where I felt left to navigate a problem alone. For example, the specialty linens shipped were lost in the mail. Krista tracked them, knew they were lost, and worked with the vendor to have new ones delivered the morning of the wedding. All without troubling us until after the problem was resolved.

For any parent stepping into the organized chaos of wedding planning, I cannot recommend Krista highly enough. She didn't just plan a wedding — she protected the joy of the entire experience. And her steady work to make the day special allowed us as parents and family members to enjoy the wedding as much as the guests.

From our first initial meeting with Krista, we did not even need to think twice about booking Champagne Magnolias. We were within 3 months and made a somewhat last minute decision to book a wedding planner, and Krista worked with us to make a plan that would work best for us. She forced us (gracefully) to work on the things were procrastinating or having decision fatigue on and we went into every vendor meeting feeling completely prepared. Our only regret was not booking Champagne Magnolias sooner to help with the vendor process!

Ally also joined us for every single vendor meeting and answered any questions no matter how big or small. If there was something I wasn't sure of, I was confident that Ally would be prepared to help or think of the little details that would have never crossed our minds. Knowing that the communication between our several vendors was being handled, was such a huge relief.

On the day of wedding, having spoken with Ally so many times it felt like just another bridesmaid/friend that was with us on the whole day. I never even had to think of the getting ready/photos/timelines/ once because Ally was there to wrangle everything and everyone. Most notable, during our wedding, Todd's feet were hurting and Ally (even though we told her NOT to) ran back to our hotel two blocks away to bring him another pair of shoes. We couldn't believe it!

When I think back on our wedding now two months later, if anything at all went wrong we had no idea because I'm confident Ally dealt with it. If you are on the fence about booking Champagne Magnolias, I can promise you ten toes down that you will not regret it.

When I asked if she would travel to Texas for our wedding, she immediately said absolutely and jumped right in without hesitation. She took care of everything so I never had to worry about communicating with vendors or setting anything up myself.

I also have to brag on Ally! She is not only an incredible planner, but also such an amazing person. She made sure not only I, but our entire bridal party, was taken care of on wedding day. She is kind, patient, organized, and truly exceptional at what she does.

On wedding day, Krista and Ally made everything run so smoothly. All my husband and I had to worry about was having fun and getting ready with our favorite people. I know for a fact our wedding would not have been nearly as stress-free if they hadn’t been in charge. This duo will truly do anything in their power to make your day the best day ever!

I am so grateful for the time I got to spend with Krista and her team. I wish I could get married every year just so I could work with them again and again. Working with them was truly an honor, and I will recommend them over and over forever!

A lot of people thought I was going overboard booking a wedding planner but let me tell you, it was so worth it. I am such a perfectionist that I knew I would not be able to fully enjoy myself if I had to worry about details. You hear horror stories of wedding problems and you alway think "ohhh that won't happen" BUT to me it did and Champagne Magnolias were there to help me. I lost my wedding venue 5 weeks before my date and the whole team stepped in to help me navigate the incredibly stressful situation. They had contacted venues on my behalf to see who else could possibly hold my wedding with such short notice. Megan was a dream to work with leading up to my actual date. She helped keep me on track with my decor and sat in on my venue and other vendor meetings. She dealt with all my vendor communications leading up to the wedding; this was a huge help especially with my change of venue. Megan and Ally were so on it when it came to my wedding day. They thought of things I didn't even realize like remembering to put on my perfume or take selfies of myself all done up! Ally was lovely and by my side during lot of my pictures in the morning. You do really get some nerves and she kept me chit-chatting and comfortable during the lulls of the day. I absolutely loved working with both of them; such kind and genuine people!

I am SO incredibly thankful I had Krista, Meg, Nadia and the Champagne Magnolias team as my day-of wedding coordinators! I’m a very type A, need-to-know-everything person, and from our first video call starting 90 days out, Krista made me feel supported and completely at ease!

She and her team are the most knowledgeable about my venue, Renault Winery - and many other venues across the NJ/PA/etc area - which made answering my million questions a total breeze.

Krista got our timeline/vibe/decor vision and made it a reality, while making sure we and our whole party were feeling good and ready all wedding day! She coordinated with all my vendors and made sure everything ran smoothly... I didn't have one worry on my wedding day because of her and Meg! They are fun, chill yet bosss, awesome human beings.

Hiring Krista & her team was easily the best decision we made through the wedding planning process! Krista was with us for our recent wedding on 3/15/25 as our day of coordinator. From the moment we hired Krista, I knew we were in amazing hands. She is always one step ahead of you in the wedding planning thought process and BEYOND organized. I will say it on this review, but I had also said it probably one hundred times on our wedding day, "I don't know how people have a wedding without a Krista!!!" Everything ran absolutely seamless and we did not have a worry in the world because Krista and her team made sure everything and everyone was taken care of. From having a stain on my dress, to perfecting my florals, always making sure my lip gloss was fresh... Krista & Champagne Magnolias did it all. Best money you will spend in the grand scheme of wedding planning will be hiring the Champagne Magnolias Events team!!! Could not recommend more!!!

If there was one person who was the MVP of our wedding it would be Krista! We hired her for wedding day management, however she starts 90 days before the wedding date and that was a god send. She is thorough, organized, and personable. She had such a calming presence that even in the midst of the most stressful days leading up to our wedding she calmed us down and reassured us she had it under control. At our rehearsal and wedding day she was everywhere and everything was seamless. Krista created an hour by hour schedule for us and our bridal party to ensure everyone was on track leading up to the ceremony. Apart from coordinating with vendors she put up all of our decor and even moved it to their secondary locations. She was such a joy, everyone loved her, and we couldn’t be more thankful!

Krista and her team were absolutely amazing!!! We were unsure of getting a day of coordinator at first - but I am so glad we did. The meetings leading up to our day helped me make sure I was on track and not missing any details. On the day of - there was no stress because of them. Our family, bridal party, and ourselves were able to show up and enjoy the ENTIRE day while knowing everything else was being taken care of. They kept everything on schedule and put everything together exactly how I imagined. Krista and Megan were with me throughout the day and were so easy to talk to and an amazing presence the entire time. I could not recommend them more if I tried!
