I am SO incredibly thankful I had Krista, Meg, Nadia and the Champagne Magnolias team as my day-of wedding coordinators! I’m a very type A, need-to-know-everything person, and from our first video call starting 90 days out, Krista made me feel supported and completely at ease! She and her team are the most knowledgeable about my venue, Renault Winery - and many other venues across the NJ/PA/etc area - which made answering my million questions a total breeze. Krista got our timeline/vibe/decor vision and made it a reality, while making sure we and our whole party were feeling good and ready all wedding day! She coordinated with all my vendors and made sure everything ran smoothly... I didn't have one worry on my wedding day because of her and Meg! They are fun, chill yet bosss, awesome human beings. You and your wedding are in the BEEEST hands with the Champagne Magnolias team!

Enlisting Simply Sapphire Events was one of the best decisions I made for our wedding. From the moment Kate stepped in as our day-of coordinator, she brought a level of organization, calm, and professionalism that truly allowed me to enjoy every moment of our day. My only regret is not hiring her sooner in the planning process. 
 Leading up to the wedding, Kate was responsive, detail-oriented, and genuinely invested in understanding our vision. She reviewed our timelines, vendor list, and all our contracts. We had several planning meetings leading up to our wedding day. During our meetings, Kate brought so many things to my attention that I would have never considered on my own. She was able to fine tune all our event details in a way only someone with exceptional experience and talent can do. 
 On our wedding day, Kate handled everything seamlessly. From managing vendors to troubleshooting any and all issues, Kate ensured the entire event flowed effortlessly. She kept us perfectly on schedule without making us feel rushed, and somehow managed to be everywhere at once while still remaining warm and supportive. Our other vendors, families, and wedding party even commented on how amazing Kate was to work with throughout the night. 
 Because of Kate, we were able to fully soak in our ceremony, enjoy our reception, and truly remain present. She removed all the extra stress and allowed us to simply celebrate. We are SO grateful and would recommend Kate to any couple looking for a reliable, thoughtful, and exceptional day-of coordinator. Kate helped make our wedding day absolutely perfect.

Kelly is a must have for any wedding or event. Her skills and commitment are incomparable. I am a particular bride and Kelly was able to take my vision and bring it to life as our Day Of Coordinator. I cannot express my gratitude to her and all her hard work on our wedding day. We had planned for months together this sunny beach wedding and it quickly turned into an indoor hurricane party the day of and Kelly was quick to adapt and change up the plans and schedules we had created and make a completely new wedding plan! I am so thankful for her hardwork. Her personality is radiating and I'm so thankful to have had her for our wedding day. I highly recommend Kelly's services to any bride or anyone planning an event! Amazing wedding planner and overall person. Ms. Tuesdi puts the needs of her clients above anything else. She will make a way for your special day to happen regardless of budget. My husband and I didn't have much to offer, but she made my wedding a wedding that I have always dreamt of. She is amazing!

I decided to make all the decorations for my wedding ceremony and reception. I was able to purchase all of the parts of my decorations. But my problem was, "Who was going to set this up?" Miraculously I found Sara. I met her 3 months before my wedding. I gave her the specifics and she gave me suggestions. We had unlimited email contact and I would ask her opinion on which items she thought would look the best. I was able to send her mock up photos and she made suggestions. We met a second time the month of the wedding and I showed her how everything should be assembled, the details of the day, my vendors' phone numbers, and everything else that goes into a wedding. Sara called all of my vendors for me including the surprise belly dancers that only she and the band knew about. Since I was having my reception at a hotel and my ceremony in the church across the street sara stayed over the night before. She assembled the manzanita branches in vases with my mother, husband, and I. (and added more decorations to it the day of) Afterwords she went back to her room and assembled the bouquets (I ordered them in bulk), the boutonnieres, and made up gift bags for my maids. She was up early the next morning, showed the hair stylists and make up artists to the room where we were getting ready, and they got to work on my maids (while I slept in). Anything I had to get the caterer for the tables she took, as well as, the cake topper and cake serving set. I literally did not have to worry about a thing. She paid the vendors, she decorated the church, the cocktail hour, and the reception. In fact when the waiters were setting the table they broke a vase and sara came to the rescue, found a different vase that was left behind from another wedding, and went to work. ALL I had to do was wake up, get ready, have my picture taken, go to the church, and show up to the reception. I was actually able to enjoy my wedding and talk to everyone! At the end of the night she brought everything up to my room and I went to the after party. She is worth sooooo much more than what she charges! We could never thank her enough. She helped make my day amazing.

Amy was a life saver! It was such a weight off my shoulders when she took over handling the vendors and everything else. I was then able to relax and enjoy my day. She was fun to work with and had great ideas to share.

Sara and her team at Confetti & co are truly next level. I simply have no words. From the moment I spoke with Sara, I felt so loved and cared for and that feeling was carried thought out the entire wedding planning process. Sara time after time had brilliant ideas and took my simple words/thoughts and turned it into absolute perfection. No detail was missed, everything was stunning and truly defied every expectation. On the wedding day she was filled with energy and made me so comfortable and calm moments before walking down the aisle. She went above and beyond every step of the way. We will be eternally grateful to Sara and her team. The wedding was surreal and I owe it all to the confetti team. Go go go and hire this team. They will not disappoint and will make your dreams and beyond your dreams come true. Thank you to Sara and everyone else for everything !!!!

We came across Virgo Event Planning through referral of friends who enlisted their help for their wedding in October of '23. Going with the six-month package since we had already begun our planning process in 2022, bringing in Virgo Event Planning was still easily the best decision we made. We cannot put into words how relieving it was to have them as our wedding planners and day of coordinator. Through the company Founder, Marissa and her team's flawless execution, the assistance of their experience and software, we were able to plan and execute the masquerade wedding of our dreams. Marissa is personable, highly organized, and detailed focused. She was able to take our vision and really expand it for a wedding that we knew would take a step out of convention. Virgo Event Planning was responsive from the moment we reached out, and up front about costs, parameters of each package, and what might best suit our needs. In our initial consultation before signing, Marissa was also gracious, understanding, and gave us time to think on it before signing on which spoke worlds of her high customer service. Throughout the process, she was willing and ready to help us tangle with vendors and had useful lists for that a new bride and groom needed for how to get our brains wrapped around the wedding industry. If you are thinking of working with this planning group- definitely go for it!
