Amy was a life saver! It was such a weight off my shoulders when she took over handling the vendors and everything else. I was then able to relax and enjoy my day. She was fun to work with and had great ideas to share.

Amy was so attentive every step of the way. She was extremely organized when dealing with our other vendors. Since Amy has been in the business for numerous years, she was able to provide a wonderful list of vendors (florists, hair and makeup, invitations). She was CCed in every email and she was always available to discuss any changes promptly. Amy kept our wedding day on schedule and was a calming voice when our cantor was late for our ceremony! Amy from always a planner helped me quickly plan a beautiful wedding on a very modest budget. From arranging my DIY flowers, to helping me choose outside vendors, to setting up all the tables and cleaning up, Amy made my wedding day elegant and stress free. Working with Amy was amazing! Very easy to get along with. I had a vision for my wedding and she made sure it went as planned. She was very accommodating for planning meetings and would respond quickly to emails. On the wedding day she was always in reach if I needed anything. When I wasn't able to do my sparkler send off due to the rain she quickly helped me re-organize end of the night. I didn't have any worries about the night. My maid of honor even used her for her wedding a few months later!

Simply put, Amy of Always a Planner is amazing. She is extremely knowledgable of all things wedding, from the venue, to the flowers, decor, DJ, limo...anything you can imagine, Amy can recommend ideas, give suggestions, and steer you in the right direction. She is never "pushy" like some planners- she always wants to help you make your wedding how you envision it. She is the "go-to" person you need when planning. My husband and I were not into the planning, so we were able to rely on Amy for many vendor recommendations without having to research much on our own. Our wedding ran so smoothly as Amy had a timeline planned, and she often reassured me of "backup plans" for the many scenarios I imagined happening (rain, etc.). The day of our wedding, unbeknownst to us, our Photo Booth arrived late. Thanks to Amy, who handled the situation without us even knowing, it was taken care of and she helped keep our day stress-free. I would recommend Amy to anyone planning a wedding. She is highly professional, hard-working, and will help you plan your dream wedding while staying within your budget.

Amy, of Always A Planner, was some of the best money we spent for our wedding day! I was able to plan most of the day by myself, but I really needed someone to tie it all together towards the end and make sure I wasn't forgetting anything. Throughout the planning process, she would check in just to see if we needed anything, make sure we were on track. And, if we had any questions, thoughts, concerns, anything we wanted to run by her, we could email anytime! She also had some recommendations for other vendors that she has worked with. For the actual wedding events, she was seriously amazing. She worked seamlessly with my other vendors to make sure everything ran smoothly and according to plan. She came to our rehearsal, worked with our priest, had a printed schedule for everyone for the next day, and just helped me to feel ready for the big day! Amy provided ten hours of service on the wedding day, which was perfect. Amy kept me calm, kept the bridal party on track, and was back and forth between the vendors and the groom/groomsmen without me even realizing it! One especially helpful moment: we were going to write our own intercessions for our Catholic Mass. Of course, I had forgotten, but remembered to jot some down the night before, but the priest didn't have them. Since we were doing pictures, putting on final touches, and getting ready to walk, Amy took care of working with our priest to ensure our custom intercessions were read in the Mass. Just one more thing I didn't have to worry about! By the end of the wedding planning and process, Amy was more a friend than a vendor! Book her, you won't regret it!

Choosing to work with Amy to coordinate my day-of wedding details was one of the best decisions we made! Amy and her team of professionals were absolutely fantastic. She was always prompt in correspondence, made herself available whenever we needed a quick huddle, and executed all of the decor so wonderfully the day of our wedding. Amy made my daughter's wedding day, as well as the weeks leading up to the day, run so smoothly. She was so organized and willing to jump in whenever we needed her - including the crazy wedding morning when our flowers were later than we expected. She even sewed a groomsman's jacket that split in the back of the church! She communicated with the vendors and established a timeline which was distributed to everyone involved. We had quite a bit of decor that we DIYed and were bringing to the venue. She made sure that everything looked exactly as we envisioned. During the wedding she was there for anything we needed, but somehow managed to remain behind the scenes. She even stayed to help us pack everything up. She is really pleasant , extremely responsive and very professional. I highly recommend her!

Amy did an amazing job putting my mind at ease so I could fully enjoy my wedding day! From planning meetings to the detailed itineraries, I knew I was in good hands! To be able to enjoy your day without any stress or worry is priceless!!!!!

Let me start out by saying I can be slightly OCD - I had this vision of my day and I wanted everything to be nothing short of perfection, as does any other bride. I tell everyone and continue to tell people that the absolute best investment we made for our wedding day was hiring Amy. I didn't have to worry about a thing!
A major storm was approaching and our ceremony was outside, I had no Plan B for our ceremony. Amy watched the doppler, gathered all the guests to take their seats and made sure the ceremony started promptly at 5:30 pm. We got through the ceremony and were inside no more then 10 minutes and the skies opened up and it POURED!! All of my guest mentioned the perfect timing - but I knew it was all thanks to Amy!!
I had no questions from vendors, everything was set up perfectly, the venue looked stunning, everything ran on time - all thanks to Amy!
I had looked into other coordinators and the prices I was quoted were insane, how could anyone ever afford a coordinator I thought? After speaking with our florist they had suggested we give Amy a call. She is so sweet and lovely, wants everything to be perfect and is affordable! We met at Barnes and Nobles to get to know each other over coffee and we hit it off perfectly. She responded to all of my emails and crazy questions timely and was as sweet as pie the entire process.
Can't forget to mention - she created a timeline and sent it to all of my vendors and bridal party so everyone knew where they had to be and when. Even what time I needed to get dressed!!
I literally had no worries the entire day. I had family and friends tell me how how calm and stress free I seemed the day of the wedding and it's because I had nothing to worry about. Everything was absolutely perfect!! Amy - I can never thank you enough!!
