We are a passionate team of professionals with a unique knack for both precise logistical coordination, but also the creativity behind eye catching styling and design. With a mission to make each event or space unique and reflective of our clients, we love getting to know you, what makes you excited to wake up in the morning and what your interesting quirks are. We then take this knowledge into crafting an experience that is completely personal and most importantly fun and stress free. Our overarching aesthetic: clean, timeless and modern with pops of fun!

Best decision ever; We miss working with them!!
Since our first interview with Sara, she kept us so excited for our big day - we felt so seen and so taken care of and loved. Sara's vendor lists and timelines at the beginning of our process were so helpful. Even outside of her original vendor lists, every vendor we spoke to had nothing but nice things to say about Confetti & Co. They have a reputation and for very good reason.
The day of our wedding, we experienced so much joy watching Sara and her team execute our wedding flawlessly. My husband is an interior designer and was happy to bounce ideas off of Sara. On wedding day, her team executed his vision so perfectly - we truly feel like we didn't have to worry about a thing when it came to the decor setup. Sara, John, Abby, and Christina were all so excellent on our wedding day, demonstrating the perfect combination of logistics, competence, and people skills.
We would totally have another wedding just to work with Confetti & Co again!

Confetti's professionalism is top tier - we felt comfortable asking any question and were truly supported throughout the whole process, and the whole confetti team was so excited for us along the way. The organization was phenomenal, we loved having the different stages of design and planning spaced out in an accessible way through PDFs and phone calls. It was extremely helpful to have a clear timeline to help folks the day-of.
I don't know what I would have done without the Confetti team, I truly cannot recommend them enough for any event. My husband, parents, and I felt so seen, heard, and supported. They're truly the best - angels with their life-saving fanny packs!

Sara was not only open to my ideas, she helped turn my requests into something elegant, fun and very “on-brand” for the things my friends know me for in a way that made my bride happy and proud. The best decision we made
THEIR PROFESSIONALISM
From the first time we spoke through the wedding day and some loose ends afterwards, Sara was incredibly professional. We knew we needed help but we were conscious of how much we wanted to spend. Sara worked with us to create a hybrid contract that worked for us and explained everything in a super clear and helpful way. We also had a few hiccups along the way, our original photographer cancelled on us so we quickly had to find a new one. She immediately sprung into action, provided recommendations and helped us pick another photographer we ended up loving even more than the first!
I had a vision for our welcome bags which required ordering supplies from multiple places and creating canvas bags with our wedding map included. In the first round of bags, the map image bled through because it was so much color. Sara called me and we figured out a Plan B within budget. Then delivery of some of the materials for the welcome bag were delayed and not only did Sara track them down, she pre-packaged as much as she could (for free!) and then drove them over an hour to our apartment so we could finish the packing.
THEIR PERSONAL TOUCH
In early conversations with Sara, I told her "I want the day to feel like us". I feel like weddings are so over publicized and I was worried it would feel like something I saw on someone else's instagram. We got married in a tent so we knew we needed a lot of help personalizing the space and the vibe. Sara understood the assignment....after our in person design session at the venue, she texted me shortly after to say she had to pull over on her drive home because "she had some inspiration and didn't want to forget it". She brought that excitement and energy to all of our interactions. Fast forward to our day, it was dripping with personalization - (1) We shared with Sara that we love to bike together and she had the idea of turning a flower adorned vintage bike into our card basket. Later in the planning I told her I wanted to surprise my husband with a nod to the first time we said I love you (in line with the bike theme). She brought my vision to life and placed an A-frame sign next to the bike with quotes re-living the moment. My husband loved the special surprise! (2) When my husband proposed, I was mid-bite into a macaroon. Sara translated that moment into beautifully packaged macaroons at each guest's seat at the reception. (3) We got married at the Pearl S Buck Estate and I really wanted to go with the pearl theme. It showed up EVERYWHERE! Sara wove it into the cake, the head table menus, our signature drink menus, the seating chart mirror, etc. Many times throughout the planning, Sara felt like an extension of myself. She listened so closely to our vision and translated that every step of the way. Once we got to final planning with vendors, it almost felt like I didn't even need to be on the calls, she read my mind.
Also, huge shout-out to Gina - she was with me throughout the wedding day. One of my parents' favorite moments of the day was the 20 minutes we had after the bridal party had left for the church and before we got in our car to head over. It was just the three of us and an incredibly special moment that wouldn't have happened without Gina's incredible ability to keep everyone on time and on schedule. It rained a bit on our wedding day, primarily during the ceremony and a bit during pictures right after. After the ceremony, Gina came to me and asked if they should move the cocktail hour under the tent, I immediately responded "definitely not, unless its pouring." She smiled and said "absolutely, I'll let the team know". It was such a nice feeling to have someone, side - by - side with me, on the day making sure everything went smoothly.
THE WEDDING DAY
Our wedding day was the incredible day it was because of Sara and her team. A lot of people say to expect 3 things to go wrong on our wedding day. I can honestly say I barely noticed anything. We had a guest who had not RSVP'd reach out mid afternoon the day before our wedding saying they were on their way. I called Sara in a bit of a panic and she sprung into action. Not only did she quickly figure out what table to put them at, coordinate with the caterer to get them a meal but she matched my energy about the whole thing. I think the exact quote was "I've got this, I'll personally escort them to their table, but I won't be nice about it!!"
Every detail of the day was beautifully designed and brought to life. We had a large floral chandelier that was quite tricky to install. I remember going through our first look in the tent with Sara, probably 30 minutes before guests would be coming in, and our florist was still working on it (you can even see her laser focused on the installation in one of the pictures I included haha). But when the reception started, it was perfect. My mom told me the next day - "I don't know what Sara did but she worked some kind of magic to get that up there."
One of my favorite moments debriefing the next day with my family was my dad's reaction to the whole day. When we first hired a wedding planner, he didn't get it. Why do you need one? What will they actually do? I explained Sara was going to help us with design and day of coordination. Design...what do you need to design? The venue gives you everything you need. I told him that we wanted a personal touch and we wanted ourselves and our family to be stress free on the day. We were that and so much more. The next day my father could not stop talking about how beautiful the plates were and how cool the floral installment was and how the silverware and glassware really brought everything together. I have NEVER heard my father speak in this way or notice details like this. And it was because of Sara and her team...
THEIR IMPACT
For months after our wedding, friends and family couldn't stop talking about it - the beautiful detail, the personal touches, the welcome bags ;) and how happy Joe and I looked. When we hired Sara, my husband and I said it was an investment in our stress relief. It was so much more than that - I confided in Sara, we worked through difficult family dynamics, we were able to find middle ground across differing opinions and we had so much fun. Sara also always made sure to ask Joe what he wanted and if he had an opinion. There were a few things he felt strongly about and he always felt like she heard him. Wedding planning is stressful and brings out a lot of different emotions and behaviors from the people you love - if it's in your budget to hire a wedding planner, I would seriously consider hiring Sara. Our wedding day was one of the best days of our lives and it was because of the dedication, creativity, kindness and authenticity Sara and her team showed up with.
