Nicole is hands down the best wedding planner around. She was available any time we needed her and did whatever she could to make our requests happen. She is flexible and efficient and gets the job done. She helped with decision making and offered suggestions whenever we were stuck. Outside of planning, Nicole is kind and beyond personable. I never felt judged by her and felt I could go to her with any crazy request or question I had. She makes you feel like you've known her forever. Throughout the very stressful wedding planning process, Nicole was truly a comfort. There is no one better than Nicole!

As someone who is always anxious especially about timing and making sure everyone is where they need to be, I knew I needed help on our big day. Nicole was always there to answer my questions and went above and beyond what I asked of her. She planned the timing of the day seamlessly and we were ahead of schedule almost the entire day and any hiccups were handled flawlessly. I will recommend her to anyone that I come across because I think my wedding day would’ve been completely different without her! :)

Nicole worked with us for over a year to create an amazing bar mitzvah for our son. She was always available to take calls and answer questions, helped us select the best vendors, and always went the extra mile.

Nicole was absolutely amazing. She helped the day run smoothly and took away any stress I was feeling. She brought every single thing you could imagine with her in case it was needed. She kept everyone on time and it was so nice to be able to direct any questions to her so we didn’t have to worry about it during the day. She also helped so much with planning leading up to the big day and answered any questions we had. She went above and beyond and gave me the literal socks off of her feet because I forgot to bring socks to the venue for my change into sneakers. She also captured great content throughout the night. I highly recommend getting a wedding coordinator and Nicole is the best out there

Nicole was amazing in every way. From early phone calls to seamless transitions and set up. Nicole exceeded my expectations and was fantastic. She set up all my decor it looked so beautiful, she helped manage timeline and contacting vendors. She assisted with venue issues and I would not have had a perfect wedding without her. If you are getting married please hire your own day of coordinator and hire Nicole!!!! You won’t regret it!!!

We hired Nicole to be our day of coordinator for our wedding, and we’re so glad we did! She was available from the moment we booked her for advice and guidance and even made a trip to our venue since she hadn’t been there before! We also hosted a welcome party the day before and brunch the day after and we could feel the difference - I felt like we had to play host for the other events but with Nicole handling everything for the actual wedding, we were able to relax, enjoy the night, and be the guests of honor without the stress. Nicole was great with the details - she made our welcome sign (a lot better than we could’ve), set up our DIY seating chart, and even wrapped my moms old veil around my bouquet beautifully. She made sure the photographer got the photos we wanted with the shotlist handy, picked up bagels in the morning for us, and coordinated with all our vendors to bring our vision to life. We really wanted an outdoor ceremony and she pulled it off even with rain minutes before! She even took some photos and videos after the videographer/photographer left so we’d remember the last dance, and it was so special to watch it back. If you’re on the fence about hiring Nicole, do it!

Hiring Nicole as my Day of Coordinator was the BEST decision I made for my decision. Initially, I looked into a DoC to help set up the venue the morning of my wedding not expecting the value Nicole would bring to my day. It turns out I am much more Type B than I thought so having someone to keep me on track was great.
From the initial meeting, Nicole was professional and easy to work with. Every conversation was efficient and she was prepared to answer anything I asked. She coordinated with all of my vendors which took so much stress off of me. She attended each of the meetings I had with the venue and asked the questions I didn't even know I needed to ask.
The day of she kept everything on track, told me exactly where I needed to be, and fielded all questions so I didn't have to do any more planning or thinking. There were a few instances where I couldn't find items that should have been out and when I asked Nicole where they were she ran and found them immediately. If there was a single thing that went wrong during the wedding, I have no idea about it.
Every person who talked to Nicole said she was professional and kind. As much as she was a huge help to me, she was a HUGE help to my mom and the rest of the bridal party as well. Hiring Nicole was worth every penny and I would recommend her to anyone hosting a wedding or large event!

Hiring Nicole was the best decision I could have made. She made my dream wedding come true! I am extremely type A and wanted things a certain way and she always delivered. She was always available 24/7 around the clock to answer my calls and texts. I trusted her expertise and knowledge and she helped me make several decision. She was very resourceful, helpful and tentative to my needs. I worked with Nicole for over a year before my wedding and she kept things in line. She made sure I never missed anything and all my boxes were checked off. I’m not sure if I would have been able to do it without her. She constantly checked in on me. Nicole truly cares and it shows. From my signage, to my invites, to my favors, and meeting me at hobby lobby. She knows what she’s doing! Her suggestions were great and I wouldnt have thought of them on my own. On the day of she was excellent. She had everything you could think of in case of emergency. She kept me on my timeline to keep everything moving smooth as possible. Nicole even ran out to the store to get a few things the night before I had forgotten about. Her dedication is phenomenal and deserves to be recognized. She even followed up the day after the wedding and on after my honeymoon. Nicole is the perfect wedding planner and I would choose her again and again and HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
