Nicole is hands down the best wedding planner around. She was available any time we needed her and did whatever she could to make our requests happen. She is flexible and efficient and gets the job done. She helped with decision making and offered suggestions whenever we were stuck. Outside of planning, Nicole is kind and beyond personable. I never felt judged by her and felt I could go to her with any crazy request or question I had. She makes you feel like you've known her forever. Throughout the very stressful wedding planning process, Nicole was truly a comfort. There is no one better than Nicole!

Having Nicole coordinate our wedding was one of the best decisions we made in the whole planning process! We came to her with an idea of where we wanted to get married, which was a bit unconventional given the location had never had a wedding there before, and was not set up to host any kind of sit down dinner or dj with dancing in its normal state. From the beginning, she made the entire process so easy and seamless, more than what we could’ve asked for! She helped us navigate with the venue and rentals to be sure we had asked all the right questions and had all of the puzzle pieces properly lined up. As we got closer to the day, she became the point of contact for all the vendors and made us feel very comfortable that she was handling all aspects of communication from then onward. On the day, Nicole was fully involved in every single detail of the event, whether it was keeping everyone on schedule or squeegeeing the ceremony space - she was on top of it! I would recommend Nicole to anyone who was getting married, no matter the complexity of their event!

We hired Nicole as our wedding coordinator and can’t express how grateful we have been for her assistance! Before connecting with her, I was so nervous to put so much time and effort into all the details of our big day and then have to trust someone else to execute it for us, but it was clear from our first phone call that Nicole is extremely professional, experienced, and dedicated. I felt so much more at ease with her on our team! She is super responsive, took the lead when necessary, and took so much off of our plates. I felt she had a genuine investment in making sure our wedding was a success and minimizing as much stress for us as possible. Our wedding day involved moving to and from four different locations and she ensured it all went seamlessly. Of course every wedding has its hiccups, but I didn’t know about any until the following day because Nicole handled it all!

I can’t recommend Nicole enough. She was there throughout our entire day, as well as our rehearsal, and absolutely helped the day run as smoothly as possible. She was very easy to reach during the planning process. We used her as a day of coordinator, and she took care of far more things that I could have ever imagined. She worked with our vendors and coordinated their meals and asked for dietary restrictions (I would have never remembered to do this!) before the event. We had a few brief planning calls as well. She set up a venue tour on her own to make sure that she was familiar on our wedding day. On the day of she was always there ready to help and kept everyone on schedule. She is incredibly kind and trustworthy. Our day wouldn’t have been the same without her!

Nicole was absolutely incredible to work with from start to finish. She truly listened to my vision and was always available by text or phone whenever I needed guidance. I honestly don't know what I would have done without her expertise during the planning process, and her day-of coordination was flawless. I highly recommend her to any couple she is a phenomenal planner and a wonderful person!

As someone who is always anxious especially about timing and making sure everyone is where they need to be, I knew I needed help on our big day. Nicole was always there to answer my questions and went above and beyond what I asked of her. She planned the timing of the day seamlessly and we were ahead of schedule almost the entire day and any hiccups were handled flawlessly. I will recommend her to anyone that I come across because I think my wedding day would’ve been completely different without her! :)

Nicole worked with us for over a year to create an amazing bar mitzvah for our son. She was always available to take calls and answer questions, helped us select the best vendors, and always went the extra mile.

Nicole was absolutely amazing. She helped the day run smoothly and took away any stress I was feeling. She brought every single thing you could imagine with her in case it was needed. She kept everyone on time and it was so nice to be able to direct any questions to her so we didn’t have to worry about it during the day. She also helped so much with planning leading up to the big day and answered any questions we had. She went above and beyond and gave me the literal socks off of her feet because I forgot to bring socks to the venue for my change into sneakers. She also captured great content throughout the night. I highly recommend getting a wedding coordinator and Nicole is the best out there

Nicole was amazing in every way. From early phone calls to seamless transitions and set up. Nicole exceeded my expectations and was fantastic. She set up all my decor it looked so beautiful, she helped manage timeline and contacting vendors. She assisted with venue issues and I would not have had a perfect wedding without her. If you are getting married please hire your own day of coordinator and hire Nicole!!!! You won’t regret it!!!
