Nicole is hands down the best wedding planner around. She was available any time we needed her and did whatever she could to make our requests happen. She is flexible and efficient and gets the job done. She helped with decision making and offered suggestions whenever we were stuck. Outside of planning, Nicole is kind and beyond personable. I never felt judged by her and felt I could go to her with any crazy request or question I had. She makes you feel like you've known her forever. Throughout the very stressful wedding planning process, Nicole was truly a comfort. There is no one better than Nicole! -

As someone who is always anxious especially about timing and making sure everyone is where they need to be, I knew I needed help on our big day. Nicole was always there to answer my questions and went above and beyond what I asked of her. She planned the timing of the day seamlessly and we were ahead of schedule almost the entire day and any hiccups were handled flawlessly. I will recommend her to anyone that I come across because I think my wedding day would’ve been completely different without her! :) -

Hiring Nicole as my Day of Coordinator was the BEST decision I made for my decision. Initially, I looked into a DoC to help set up the venue the morning of my wedding not expecting the value Nicole would bring to my day. It turns out I am much more Type B than I thought so having someone to keep me on track was great.
From the initial meeting, Nicole was professional and easy to work with. Every conversation was efficient and she was prepared to answer anything I asked. She coordinated with all of my vendors which took so much stress off of me. She attended each of the meetings I had with the venue and asked the questions I didn't even know I needed to ask.
The day of she kept everything on track, told me exactly where I needed to be, and fielded all questions so I didn't have to do any more planning or thinking. There were a few instances where I couldn't find items that should have been out and when I asked Nicole where they were she ran and found them immediately. If there was a single thing that went wrong during the wedding, I have no idea about it.
Every person who talked to Nicole said she was professional and kind. As much as she was a huge help to me, she was a HUGE help to my mom and the rest of the bridal party as well. Hiring Nicole was worth every penny and I would recommend her to anyone hosting a wedding or large event! -

Nicole is absolutely the BEST!!
Hiring Nicole was the best decision I could have made. She made my dream wedding come true! I am extremely type A and wanted things a certain way and she always delivered. She was always available 24/7 around the clock to answer my calls and texts. I trusted her expertise and knowledge and she helped me make several decision. She was very resourceful, helpful and tentative to my needs. I worked with Nicole for over a year before my wedding and she kept things in line. She made sure I never missed anything and all my boxes were checked off. I’m not sure if I would have been able to do it without her. She constantly checked in on me. Nicole truly cares and it shows. She always made my last minute requests come true. Her attention to detail is amazing. I know I wasn’t an easy bride and she made sure everything was perfect. From my signage, to my invites, to my favors, and meeting me at hobby lobby. She knows what she’s doing! Her suggestions were great and I wouldnt have thought of them on my own. On the day of she was excellent. She had everything you could think of in case of emergency. She kept me on my timeline to keep everything moving smooth as possible. Nicole even ran out to the store to get a few things the night before I had forgotten about. Her dedication is phenomenal and deserves to be recognized. She even followed up the day after the wedding and on after my honeymoon. Nicole is the perfect wedding planner and I would choose her again and again and HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Thank you Nicole for everything you have done!!! -

I was simply browsing the idea of a wedding planner about 90 days before my diy decor wedding. At the time, between work, mommy-hood, life, and making / planning everything myself..I found myself overwhelmed and not as happy as I should’ve been at this exciting time. I found Nicole and her reviews were why I reached out. However, after chatting with her and hearing the several options available and that ‘the day of coordination’ started that very moment..I was sold! Nicole continued to exceed our expectations from her dedication, answering late night calls, taking care of our cake and flowers (including pick up the day of wedding); all the way up to checking on me at the hotel and staying at the wedding as the last to leave. Nicole, you are amazing and we are so thankful for ALL that you did. You truly played a HUGE part in making our day and not having me do anything on the day! Just to add, Nicole was the only wedding planner our venue had on their referral list, and we had no clue until after we booked her because we didn’t look at the list. However, it totally made sense after connecting with her! If anyone reads this because you or someone you know is in need of a wedding planner or just unsure of what to do etc..do NOT second guess anything and book her in advance! Nicole outdid herself!! She was amazing! We hired her for full wedding planning and she helped me plan the best wedding of all time. Not. One. Thing. Went wrong. The dj was perfect, the drinks were flowing, the food was spectacular, the flowers were sensational, the centerpieces are amazing, even the details came out perfect! She put up with our crazy shenanigans. She was patient, kind and worth every single penny! I’d recommend her to anyone! A million stars wouldn’t be enough! -

Best of the Best
Nicole was our day of coordinator for our wedding day and I cannot say enough good things about her! Nicole was highly recommended from one of my best friends, and after I saw what she was capable of I knew I had to hire her! She truly exceeded our expectations!! We had a hiccup on the day of where there were only 2 hours to get the reception area turned around due to two unforeseen parties that were booked prior to our wedding ceremony/reception. I was a bit panicked, but Nicole assured me that it would get done, and sure enough it did. The decor looked even more amazing than we could have ever imagined! She literally went above and beyond to make our day extra perfect and stress free! She was so attentive and checked in on us to make sure we didn’t need anything or to just refill our drinks. I cannot recommend Nicole enough if you are shopping around for an event coordinator. I will certainly be booking her for any major events going forward, she was just simply amazing! -

Without a doubt, hiring Nicole was the best decision I made throughout wedding planning! I have a very type A personality and thought that I could do it all on my own. Halfway through the planning process, I started to feel the stress and decided it couldn’t hurt to reach out to a coordinator for information. After that first brief call with Nicole I knew we NEEDED to hire her! She immediately requested a list of my vendors and got to work handling it all – timeline, creating décor, set up, break down, rehearsal, vendor meetings, etc., she did it all! I had a vision and Nicole brought it to life! She is extremely responsive and made herself available anytime I had a question or concern (even at 10:30PM the night before wedding when venue emailed that we had to change the seating chart LOL), which really helped to ease my stress levels. I wasn't planning on hiring a day of coordinator and i’m so glad I did!!! It was so nice having Nicole be there for me, my husband & entire bridal party for anything we needed from start to finish!!! She helped set up decor, coordinated with my other vendors, helped with make-up emergencies and made sure the day went smoothly! Nicole was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. My mother and aunt were the ones doing the most work for the wedding and very anxious about everything, and about six months before the wedding we found Nicole to help with planning and it alleviated a lot of stress on our end. She is always available to talk and was so helpful in the day of planning, making sure we were set with timeline, decorations, etc!
Having Nicole there at the day of the wedding to make sure everything ran smoothly was a lifesaver and she always kept in mind everything I wanted. We ended up getting a lot of rain on and off but she was able to help us have the wedding of our dreams! After our first look and outdoor photos my train was very wet, she had someone deliver her Dyson blow dryer for us and was even helping blow dry it before the ceremony. Thank you so much for all your help Nicole! -

Like hiring a friend to plan your wedding
Working with Nicole was efficient, productive, and easy. She personalized my process since I was flustered to get started but eventually I was able to establish some things myself. She was understanding of the change and considerate about the price difference for her services. Something I desperately needed was follow up assistance and she handled the vendors without question, making sure things were aligned and accounted for. She also has a keen eye for details in contracts and asked all the right questions that weren’t even on my radar. Her organization was so appreciated.
On the day off, I felt like I could trust her completely to set up the reception with all the bits and pieces that I had acquired. She gladly brought her own decor, while respecting the vibe I was going for. She was attentive without being pushy and she did her best to make sure everyone was on schedule even when the blur of time was hard for us to keep track of. The day went by very fast and she made sure that the things we wanted were catered to. It was like hiring a friend to plan the wedding and I believe she was absolutely necessary to have on my team. I highly recommend Nicole and Enchanted Events to anyone who is looking for assistance with their planning and their day of needs. -

Any vision that I had, Nicole pulled through and made it happen. She created our save the dates, wedding invitations, and all wedding sign decor for the wedding. She provided uplighting, gobo, and Photo Booth. Nicole was very professional and instrumental in finding vendors like extra bistro lighting at our venue and a trolley when we had no luck on our own, she was able to negotiate pricing with various options.
She designed the wedding invitations as well as the detailed signage in the same theme. She also provided uplighting and a beautiful personalized gobo. I would highly recommend Enchanted Occasions.
Also, having her there the day of my daughter’s wedding was absolutely the best decision having made my day so stress-free and being able to enjoy the entire day!!! -

We highly recommend Nicole for full wedding planning. It was so nice to have someone guide you through the entire process and Nicole is truly a pro! We had a backyard wedding which probably requires a lot more work on her end and she made it appear effortless.
I also loved that she could handle all of the signs, save the dates, invitations, and anything else we needed to keep it personal.

Nicole was an absolute dream to work with! I honestly can't say enough great things about her to do her justice. We hired her as a "day of coordinator", but she turned out to be SO MUCH more. I knew from my initial call with her that she is the type of person to go above and beyond to make her couples happy, and she truly did. She designed, printed and framed all of our signage and brought it to the wedding so we had one less thing to worry about. She even designed our rehearsal dinner signs for us. She ran to hobby lobby countless times to buy things for our wedding. She assembled and mailed all of our invitations at no additional charge, which was a HUGE help for someone like me who is super busy. She also designed our custom high def monogram! She was always there for me to vent, responded at any time of the day and always responded very quickly. She helped me stay organized and honestly took so much of the planning stress away. She is also the sweetest person you will ever meet!! On the day of the wedding, she was there for almost 12 hours, helped keep us on track of time, made sure everything was set up correctly, handed out all of our thank you cards/gratuity. We also hired her company to do our photobooth which was such a hit. They made us a guestbook with printed photos from the booth that guests could sign which came out so amazing! If you are considering booking a day of coordinator and not sure if you need it or if it's worth it, book Nicole because I guarantee you won't regret it! -

Professional, personable, and enjoyable!
Nicole came into our wedding planning process about 10 months before we got married and worked with us for partial planning as we already had most of our vendors booked. After debating back and forth whether we needed a wedding planner, I am SO glad that we decided to, and Nicole was our saving grace the week of the wedding. As a Type A personality, I am always trying to be involved in perfecting details which meant I spent a lot of time texting or emailing Nicole at random hours about random thoughts throughout the process. She always responded quickly and was able to help me come up with options if I needed them, or just take care of whatever I was asking about. The day of the wedding Nicole kept us to our timeline, made sure I didn’t have to think about where I needed to be, and took care of every detail - making our wedding dream come true. Where can I start? My friend from college had her wedding last year, in 2020, in the height of the pandemic. We met Nicole at her wedding, and she did such a beautiful job organizing my friend’s wedding, making everything look so nice and making sure her day ran smoothly. I reached out to my friend, letting her know how beautiful her wedding was and how everything was so organized. She messaged back to me, recommending Enchanted Events as a wedding planner. At first I was doubtful. I didn’t need a wedding planner, since I was so into planning things out by myself, did I? I had all the details down, picked most of my vendors, and I thought I had everything under control… however, I did need a day-of coordinator. So seeing that enchanted events did an amazing job at my friend’s wedding, I decided to give Nicole a chance. I reached out to Nicole, and she responded instantly, and was extremely easy to talk to from the get go. I hired her immediately, for my wedding on September 5th, 2021. Nicole has been nothing but kind, understanding, and supportive since the day I hired her. She was always there for me to reach her, always just a text away. She recommended many vendors for us, that we needed. She pointed me towards where to look whenever I asked for her help. When our limo cancelled a week prior to the wedding, Nicole was quick to give a couple of recommendations for some limo reputable companies. And then the unspeakable happened. On the day of our wedding, my videographer cancelled the day of. He had an emergency regarding his wife. I was devastated. Nicole found out that my videographer cancelled and she immediately pulled out her phone and started taking video herself. I had no clue, and just moved on with the wedding while holding back tears, keeping a happy face outside. Inside, I was so upset that we wouldn’t have video of our wedding. Not only did nicole take videos, she also spent 6+ hours putting together the video for us, to surprise me and my husband a couple days later. We are so grateful to enchanted events, and Nicole is truly a godsend - I am so happy I hired her. She is worth every Penny she charges - and more. I could go on and on about how great she is; and how she made my wedding day perfect, but I will settle with what I have written. Thank you so much Nicole for making my wedding day a blast. I will never forget what you did for us! -

My husband & I decided to hire Nicole as our day of coordinator because we were having our reception at a private residence. We needed someone to facilitate and be our eyes & ears the day of our wedding. She did an amazing job! We didn't have to worry about ANYTHING. She gathered all our vendors numbers before hand and told them she was the person of contact for the day. She came to reception space and did a walk thru a week before so I could share my vision with her. She was amazing! Definitely recommend her for your event. -

Full planning service review
Hiring Enchanted Occasions (Events) was the best decision we made when wedding planing. Nicole always responded quickly to any questions I had no matter the time of day. She would go to appointments with vendors with me and handle any issues with them, including a last minute disaster with the limo company not responding to us just days before the wedding. She was able to book me a new limo service at an even better deal because of all of the issues with the first company. I was also not going to do a seating chart but when our venue required one due to Covid just a few weeks before the event, Nicole went right to work and designed one for me.
Now if you are like my husband, thinking why do I need a wedding planner, that’s a waste of money, I can book vendors all by myself; let me tell you that you at a minimum need Nicole for the day of. Even my husband afterwards was saying how great it was to have her there and that he would recommend her to anyone planning their wedding. The wedding day itself is stressful and you have a million things going on. Nicole was able to meet me at the salon to give me the girls bouquets and then go across town to meet my husband to drop off their flowers. Then she went to the venue and set up/decorated everything. She added little details/touches throughout the venue that I didn’t even think of which pulled the whole look together. Throughout the wedding night, Nicole stayed and handled any issues I had. When a sign was out of place she would run over and fix it for me. When the dj wasn’t playing the correct songs, she went up to him and complained for me. It was so nice to have her there to handle those issues because I was so busy trying to meet with all of my guests and still have time to actually enjoy my wedding night.

The best thing I did for myself while wedding planning!
I will begin by saying that I am a very type A personality and really thought I could do everything myself but about a month before my wedding I had the realization that it is ok to ask for help... and I am so glad that I did!
Nicole was exceptionally helpful not only on the wedding day but when I had mini panic attacks about minor details leading up to the big day. She answered every text and e-mail and kept a positive and helpful attitude the whole time.
On the day of, she wrangled my vendors, put out a couple fires due to misunderstandings with the floor plan/venue and set everything up exactly how I envisioned. We had the most perfect day and I would hire Nicole a million times over! -

Nicole was absolutely amazing throughout the wedding day planning process! She was always available to talk on the phone, meet me at my wedding venue, and answer all of my emails. She made my wedding day unforgettable and I absolutely wouldn't have had the same experience without her. She set up all of my wedding day decor details and communicated with all of my wedding day vendors, in order to create a seamless experience on my wedding day. There was absolutely no stress in my mind, because I knew Nicole was always there to make sure everything was in place. Anyone who doesn't have a planner or coordinator should definitely go to Nicole! She will be there every step of the way and help make your day just as beautiful and memorable as mine was. -

Nicole was supposed to help coordinate day of but she went above and beyond by checking in on me in the months leading up to my wedding and putting together a candy bar. Nicole is amazing she does way more than your average “coordinator.” She will fight battles with you and never leave you hanging all while holding a Starbucks drink (lol). There was definitely areas I could have saved money in but you won’t regret her service, day of wedding went smoothly just because of her! Post wedding she even went out of her way to help me get items left behind. (I highly recommend) Thanks Nicole! -

**Review for Nicole**
I’m disappointed to give Nicole just 1 out of 5 stars for her wedding planning services. We hired her for her expertise and experience, particularly because she had worked at our venue before, but the reality was far from what we expected.
While Nicole did send out our invitations, the custom design was something I could have easily done myself on Canva. Although she handled the sending, we still had to follow up with every guest to confirm they received their invites—at least four did not.
When it came to planning and coordinating with vendors, we ended up doing 90% of the work ourselves. We had to arrange our own hotel, shuttles, and private cars since Nicole didn’t manage these logistics. The wedding website was 80% complete when we handed over the logins, yet I later discovered discrepancies in the event timings that had to be corrected.
Nicole's absence from the rehearsal dinner was particularly frustrating. Initially, she said she couldn’t attend but later contacted the venue to reschedule for her availability. I cannot fathom a professional planner dictating their schedule to a bride and groom like that.
The final straw came just 36 hours before the wedding when we received a text (not a call) informing us that she had just had a baby and wouldn’t be able to attend. The person she sent in her place, Gabby, initially had no details or information about our wedding, which sent us into a panic. This lack of transparency and professionalism was deeply concerning. We would have been happy for her if she had been honest about her situation and communicated a backup plan. Instead, we feel she did not fulfill her contract and left us completely in the lurch.
For the multi-thousand dollar package we paid, we expected an engaged planner, not a last-minute notification of absence. I would strongly advise anyone considering hiring Nicole to think twice. Save your money and plan the event yourself; you’ll likely end up doing most of the work anyway.
I also want to note- we found out that Nicole had an event a few days before ours and had a plan with her customers as to what would happen if she did go into labor. we are saddened she did not offer us the same
My review for Gabby- (the woman Nicole (owner) sent on her behalf):
Gabby was unfairly thrown into our wedding 36 hours before. At the time we were notified via text that Nicole (whom we paid for) would not be attending because he had a baby (and did not tell us nor have a plan or be prepared). Gabby has no details, notes, or information about our wedding - sending us into an absolute chaos of panic. what bride wouldn’t panic ? The day of wedding: Gabby was absolutely wonderful. Gabby had reviewed all our emails we had to send the night before and she knew exactly what needed to be done. Gabby was friendly, professional, and did a great job. I /we cannot thank Gabby enough, especially after she was uninvolved in any planning for the last 6+ months. I would HIGHLY recommend Gabby to anyone looking for a planner- I think she should create her own business honestly and separate herself from this organization. although Gabby had no experience at our Venue- she really made the best of it -
