When my husband and I got engaged in 2018, Birdhouse was one of the first wedding vendors that we hired. I had fallen in love with their wedding videos long before our engagement. Natalie and George captured our Fall 2020 COVID wedding day and we feel so lucky to have shared our special day with them. Not only are they true artists at what they do, but they are the nicest and most genuine people you’ll ever meet. Getting to know Natalie throughout the wedding planning process was so much fun, and allowed us to feel completely comfortable on our wedding day because she felt like a long-time friend. You will hardly see them with their cameras on your wedding day - they’ll be too busy capturing all of the beauty while you and your partner are enjoying your time with each other, your family, and your friends! I will admit I was a little nervous to receive our wedding video just because of how COVID had changed our wedding plans so many times, but especially because it went from a 120-person event to us only having 48 guests. I should have never doubted Natalie for a minute!

When we finally got our wedding video back there were tears of joy. The footage she and George captured was absolutely beautiful, and the story they were able to create of our relationship was even better. All of our family and friends who have watched our wedding film have said it’s one of the best they've ever watched and many were brought to tears. If you’re considering the Birdhouse team for your wedding videographers - just book them! You will not regret it!

Where to begin with Natalie and George and the Birdhouse team? After watching their films at the beginning of our planning process, I knew we absolutely had to work with them for our wedding day. Their talent and creativity are unmatched and it’s clear from their work that they are not making cookie cutter wedding videos. Their films truly capture the feelings of the day. We had the honor of getting to know Natalie throughout our planning process and it was such a pleasure to have her and George share our wedding day with us. They were so kind, fun and easy to work with. We feel so lucky to be part of the Birdhouse family and can’t wait to relive our wedding day for years to come through our film.

Natalie and George were incredible to work with for our wedding. I fell in love with their films years before I was engaged and just knew that hey had to film my wedding someday. We haven't seen our film yet, but I just know it will be magic. They are the most kind-hearted duo and make you instantly feel like a lifelong friend. They brought the laughs all weekend and did an incredible job of making us feel relaxed and genuinely like ourselves on our wedding day. Beautiful films and the sweetest filmmakers?? It doesn't get better than that!

I honestly have no idea how I stumbled upon Birdhouse Wedding Films, but boy oh boy, am I glad I did. Early on, I wasn’t sure whether I wanted a wedding videographer for my wedding. Most of the wedding films I’d seen seemed pretentious and more like a vanity exercise than an actual celebration of the day and the couple. Then I watched the films from Birdhouse and my entire outlook changed. Natalie and George have a knack for capturing people’s souls and spirits and the essence of the wedding day. Their style is so authentic and full of beauty and love. From the very beginning, they were so easy to work with and made a point to get to know us on a personal level — something that absolutely showed when Natalie sent us our final wedding film. The first watch, we cried continuously. The second watch, we laughed continuously. The third watch, we traded between laughing and crying. For the fourth watch, we just hugged each other and repeated again and again and again how lucky we were to have Birdhouse there to so perfectly, poignantly, joyously capture our wedding day. I cannot recommend Birdhouse emphatically enough. Entrust them with your wedding day, and you will be given a time portal to relive it again, and again, and again for the rest of your lives.

Natalie and George were so amazing to work with! My now husband was really against videographers as he thought he would feel like there were cameras in his face the whole time and just that he would be “watched” the whole time but after working with Birdhouse he was a changed man. We never even knew they were there! And when they did ask us to do little things for certain shots, it was like having your friends there because they are such kind and lovely people. We never felt uncomfortable around them - they truly have a gift of making you feel instantly at ease even after just meeting them. We would recommend them to anyone and everyone. We loved them!

Natalie is amazing in her entire being and also in the product she produces. No one even realized we had a videographer (something my family was very against) until she made such a great video. She really tells love stories.

Working with Birdhouse was a dream come true. Some of our best friends used them for their wedding, and not only were they wonderful on the day of, but we were blown away by the finished video. In fact, we were so impressed that we really didn't consider working with anyone else when we were planning our own wedding. Natalie is so kind and thoughtful. She really gives special attention to each couple, making a concerted effort to get to know you on a personal level and understand your visions for your wedding. On our wedding day, Natalie and her brother, George, were our videographers and they were excellent. They worked seamlessly with our photographer, and were so much fun to spend the day with. They put us at ease, kept us smiling, and felt more like family than a wedding vendor. We are so excited to see our video and cannot recommend Birdhouse highly enough.

Long story short: BOOK BIRDHOUSE AS SOON AS YOU CAN!!! I am going to be honest, we have not even received our video yet. But given the wait time, I felt it a disservice to wait until we got our video as there would be a lot of brides missing my review until then! I cannot say enough good things about Natalie and George. They were one of the first vendors that we booked and they truly went over and beyond for us. We knew from the get go we wanted wedding videographers who crafted a story, not just a video with music in the background. Natalie and George were with us for 3.5 days capturing all of the wedding festivities and throughout the weekend posted some sneak peaks on social media. I can tell you those 10-15 second clips on Instagram are exactly why I'm writing this review. They are truly magicians (just stalk their previous wedding videos and you'll understand why). They focus on getting to know you and emphasize the importance of human connection and spirit. I know for a fact when we get our video we will be brought back to our glorious wedding weekend and the emotions and feelings we felt that day. We could not be happier with our choice and I encourage you to book Birdhouse ASAP if you can. PS: They love dogs....that was an added bonus. :)

You know you have good videographers when those facebook friends you have that you haven't talked to in years reach out to you to let you know they cried when they saw your wedding video. I did my research when it came to wedding videos. I watched about 20 videographers and narrowed it down to 3. I made my husband watch the top 3 and hoping he had the same reaction I did. AND he did! Nothing compared to the video we saw from Birdhouse. We instantly booked them! The Birdhouse Crew, Natalie & George were absolutely incredible not only on our wedding day but leading up to it. I felt as if they really took the time to get to know us, even if it was only through skype come the wedding day we both felt so comfortable around them. It also helps they are nicest most laid back videographers you could ask for. Come the day we got out wedding film, we watched it 10 times that night. They captured every moment so beautifully and uniquely. I thought I may be biased since it was our wedding video but the reaction we have gotten from family & friends proved me wrong. Everyone was blown away by our video. Truly the best videographers you can ask for! Don't waste your time with anyone else this is the BIGGEST day of your life you want it captured right :) !

The Birdhouse team is fantastic: they are professional, responsive, talented, and
very easy to work with. They made sure we were comfortable working with them, gave advice
on any timing and planning items, and made sure they knew us as a couple and what was
important to us. Natalie and George were very friendly and approachable throughout our
wedding day and put us at ease in front of the camera (no small task!).
They took great care to make sure they didn't miss any special moments and that they
understood our priorities for the day. It really felt like two of our close friends filming us vs some
impersonal cameraman jumping in and out of view!
All of their videos really bring out the story of the couple, and their work is beautiful and
emotional, clearly grounded in who the couple is that they're filming. We can't wait to see the
final product!
