When my husband and I got engaged in 2018, Birdhouse was one of the first wedding vendors that we hired. I had fallen in love with their wedding videos long before our engagement. Natalie and George captured our Fall 2020 COVID wedding day and we feel so lucky to have shared our special day with them. Not only are they true artists at what they do, but they are the nicest and most genuine people you’ll ever meet. Getting to know Natalie throughout the wedding planning process was so much fun, and allowed us to feel completely comfortable on our wedding day because she felt like a long-time friend. You will hardly see them with their cameras on your wedding day - they’ll be too busy capturing all of the beauty while you and your partner are enjoying your time with each other, your family, and your friends! I will admit I was a little nervous to receive our wedding video just because of how COVID had changed our wedding plans so many times, but especially because it went from a 120-person event to us only having 48 guests. I should have never doubted Natalie for a minute! When we finally got our wedding video back there were tears of joy. The footage she and George captured was absolutely beautiful, and the story they were able to create of our relationship was even better. All of our family and friends who have watched our wedding film have said it’s one of the best they've ever watched and many were brought to tears. If you’re considering the Birdhouse team for your wedding videographers - just book them! You will not regret it!

Matt was AMAZING!! He worked with our photographer so seamlessly that it felt like they'd been working together for years. He captured some beautiful film during my prep time, and to my astounded surprise, managed to get part of the footage to my brother in time for him to add it to the father-daughter dance video for that night. It was one of the sweetest and most emotional moments of the night. Matt was so easy to work with, and he made the whole process fun and memorable for both of us. His fun personality and sense of humor calmed our anxiety and truly made our night unforgettable. We can't thank him enough for the quality of service and care he provided to us during the entire day. It was truly exceptional.

Joe (Mr. C) is fantastic! He definitely delivers on his promises. When he says he's just going to fade into the background and be unobtrusive, that's exactly what he does. Sometimes you'll forget that he's even there with you that day! This is exactly what you want because who wants to feel like they have a cameraman right in your face for hours? The greatest thing about Joe's work... He is very quick (in most cases anyway)! He does not guarantee how quickly he can produce and edit video but within 24 hours, he sent us a quick highlight reel of still photos from the day set to our first dance song... Under 24 hours!! The following day he sent us another short video of our private reveal. Then the day after that, we received our full-length highlight video via YouTube that is about 15 minutes long. We were able to watch all of these before we even left for our honeymoon! We'll have our full feature-length blu-ray video of the entire day shortly after we return from vacation. You would think that with the unlimited number of hours Joe puts in on the wedding day and how quickly he provides his work to his clients that he would be expensive to hire... Wrong. He is one of the most affordable videographers in the Central PA area. You do not want to pass up having your special day captured on video forever. You do not want to pass up having Joe Catalano capture those moments!

Films by J was recommended to us and we are SO happy we were able to have J capture our wedding! After chatting with J and watching some of his work we knew immediately he was the guy! He is so incredibly talented and blew us away with our video! I’m embarrassed to admit how many times I’ve watched it and cried. We have received so many compliments from our friends and family. He captured all of the key moments and was able to cohesively tie it all together. There’s nothing we would change and forever grateful we’ll have this video to watch for all the years to come. Initially we were on the fence about including the drone and raw footage, but added it a couple of months before the wedding and it was the BEST decision. Being able to rewatch the ceremony, introductions, first dance and speeches is something we’ll forever cherish. J even captured our reactions throughout the speeches, which was so much fun to rewatch. Throughout the entire process he had great communication and we didn’t have to worry about a thing. J had an assistant and 2nd shooter with him the day of and they were so much fun to work with! If you are thinking about working with Films by J, stop thinking and hire him! He is worth every penny and we promise you will not be disappointed!!

We almost considered not having a videographer. So glad we changed our minds. We always thought of wedding videos as that thing people occasionally dig out and bore their friends (or future kids) to death with. Stefan at SV Media has forever changed that notion with the work he did on our wedding video. It is, in a word--EPIC. The artistry that he put into first composing the images he captured and then afterwards in the almost lyrical way he edited it all together was nothing short of magical. He has a profound vision of what a wedding video can and should be. And he accomplished it all like a phantom in the night--we hardly ever even noticed their presence. When we saw the final product we were like, "how'd you get all this footage???" So now, not only do we bore our friends and family to death with our video, everyone is so impressed after seeing it that they all show it to their friends and so on down the line. It's truly that good. My wife still tears up every time she watches it. I can't recommend these guys enough. They will capture and preserve your big day in way that can't be matched.
