We hired Just in Time Events for day-of coordination after unexpectedly losing our original coordinator at the last minute—and we are so grateful we did. Angelina and her team stepped in seamlessly and executed our wedding day flawlessly. Olivia and Victoria were the perfect duo—calm, organized, attentive, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. Angelina Hanratty and her team at Just In Time Events did a fantastic job as the Day of Wedding Coordinator for my daughter’s wedding at The Hotel du Village in New Hope, PA! Angelina is extremely organized and professional and a total delight before and during the wedding!

Get a wedding coordinator/planner, and then make sure it's Angelina and her team! I used Just In Time for their month of services and my only regret is not bringing the team on to help sooner. Angelina reworked my timeline to ensure I could get done all the things I wanted to. She even gave some great ideas like a receiving line from cocktail hour into the reception, which ended up being one of my favorite parts. Her team relocated flowers from ceremony to reception and brought in SO much additional decor for the space. She was so fun to work with, kept me calm throughout the day, but also kept things moving, which, as a Type A bride, I was very grateful for someone else taking charge. My favorite thing I found out after the wedding...we had last minute asked Angelina to put together a bathroom basket. I trusted she would put in the odds and ends like bobby pins, deodorant, flossers, etc. We found out that she even included earbuds that one of my younger nieces used (the music was very loud at reception and upsetting her). She really thinks of EVERYTHING. Hire them, and consider for more services than you think you need, you won't regret it.

This is your sign to get a coordinator!! Angelina is a rockstar. We booked her as a day-of coordinator, but she goes above and beyond that. She organized a timeline down to 10 minute increments. She always made herself available to ensure our vision for our wedding was flawless. There were so many aspects of the day I hadn't even considered, but Angelina was on top of absolutely everything. She communicated with our venue and other vendors to make sure everyone is on the same timeline. On the day of, we actually got to enjoy our wedding. Angelina and her fellow coordinator, Gina, made sure my husband and I got to eat, drink, dance, and enjoy the night. If anything went wrong, we didn't even know about it. She takes the cutest behind the scenes pics/videos throughout the day that she shared with us the next morning, and she is also just a blast to be around. Truly your wedding bestie! We are so so grateful for Angelina's hard work.

I am the most type A personality ever- and I literally CAN NOT imagine if I didn't have Angelina at my wedding. She was hands down the most important vendor I booked, and had no idea of that, until AFTER the wedding.

For any couple who is debating whether or not they should hire a day of coordinator and/or wedding planner... DO IT WITH JUST IN TIME EVENTS!! This is your sign. I'm giving it to you. Angelina and her team were exceptional to work with and made our whole wedding run smoothly and organized as possibly! Angelina was literally like my fairy god mother and made our wedding perfect. I can go on and on about how much I love Angelina and her team but that would take forever. My key points: 1) she helped organize and edit our timeline until we felt comfortable with it, 2) made sure our vendors and bridal party were all on the same page, and 3) she communicated with us to ensure the small things were taken care of and not forgotten.

Angelina was a delight to work with. As a fellow crafty person she was able to nail my vision after one meeting. She even surprised me with some extra touches that I never thought of. She is professional and extremely understanding of what her customers are looking for. After a bad experience with our venue coordinator who really wasn't helpful at all Angelina sent me the information and answered all my questions. She made us super happy with her all her designs and how she decorated a huge room. Also, she can design a package for you which was extremely helpful since I wanted to create some of my own decor. I highly recommend Just In Time Events for your next event. You will not be disappointed.
