Best Decision We Made

Our wedding day absolutely would not have been the same without Sasha there by our side. Throughout the planning process I was so anxious about things going wrong, problems needing to be fixed, many (many!) family members needing to be coordinated, and so on. My head was spinning. My husband and I made the decision to hire Sasha and we never looked back. Having Sasha be part of our wedding day was truly a dream come true. She was a calm voice of reason, always in exactly the right place at the right time, a wealth of knowledge about everything, and an overall incredible person. She knew what my husband and I needed even when we didn't know we needed it! It was like she could read my mind and for that I could not be more grateful. If you are even considering a wedding coordinator, do it! Just make sure it's Sasha!

A Stress Free Day :)

Sasha was essential in helping our wedding day go smoothly!! Prior to the wedding she helped create a timeline that on the wedding day she made sure was executed with all our vendors. As the reception was in progress she made sure we had EVERYTHING we needed (including pins for my pesky dress train bustle). At the end of the night she went above in beyond helping us to find a storage solution for all our stuff - and helped us to retrieve the light saber we left behind as we were driving away (yes, you read that right)!! There is so much little stuff I'm sure I would've stressed about if Sasha wasn't around - and I'm so glad I didn't have to worry on the big day!

Sasha is the wedding VIP!

I knew that on our wedding day, I didn't want to be asked a single question unless it was "would you like a refill", and Sasha was a KEY part in making that happen! Sasha is incredibly organized, having offered multiple pre-wedding meetings to review detailed timelines of the day. She's also incredibly kind and focused on building positive relationships with all the other vendors, which helped the day run smoothly. She made sure all decor was exactly how we wanted it and even took my phone so I could really focus and be present for the day. If you're on the fence about hiring a coordinator, this is an ABSOLUTE necessity, and you will NOT regret working with Sasha!

You need Sasha for your day!

If you don’t think you need a wedding coordinator, think again! Sasha was so amazing and such a vital part of our day! It was such a weight lifted off my shoulders to know that she was there for anything we needed. Your wedding day is such a whirlwind and you really do need someone to be there as your backup right hand gal when everyone else is busy. She did everything from helping me get ready, making sure the men were okay, getting my MIL’s flowers to her at the Church, decorating the Church for us and making sure everything we needed was there, coordinating our bridal party entrances, helping to bustle my gown, and even making sure I got photo booth pics with my hubby in the beginning of the night, and all of that is just the jist of it! Sasha and her assistant were so sweet and so awesome, don’t hesitate to book with them!

No stress, no worries, just Sasha!

Sasha was AMAZING!!! If you need someone who is going to take away any ounce of stress from your wedding day, look no further. We hired Sasha for our New Year’s Eve wedding and the day truly would not have been the same without her and her team. Starting with coordinating our rehearsal, she made sure everyone involved knew exactly what they needed to do to ensure the ceremony was smooth. It was so helpful to have a guide of what to expect. Day of our wedding she was on FIRE! We had a ton of DIY decor and candles and extras that needed to be set up AND broken down and Sasha did all of that, and even went above and beyond and packed our van at the end of the night. She truly took all of our stresses and worries away and I could not recommend her more. Hiring Sasha was like having an extra bestie/bridesmaid extraordinaire. I’d hire her again and again if I could!

Sasha is a rockstar!

Hiring Sasha was hands down THE BEST DECISION we made throughout this entire process! She is literally a lifesaver! I was definitely a little extra as a bride with DIY decor. To put it into prospective, I rented a Uhaul to bring all of my stuff to the venue 😆 That did not scare Sasha one bit. Sasha and her team totally dominated the setup and break down of my truck full of decor! They made all of the little things that I purchased over the years of planning, turn into my pinterest dream! When they revealed the ballroom to my husband and I, I actually cried because it was even more beautiful than I ever imagined. On the day of, Sasha kept my plan as her primary focus acting as my bulldog if you will when my venue tried to change something last minute. I knew I did not have to stress at all because she was handling it. Thanks to her and her team it was the perfect day. If you are on the fence about hiring her for whatever reason, budget etc....I am telling you DO IT! You will not regret it. She will become your most important and helpful vendor of all!
Sasha- you are a rockstar and any couple that hires you is beyond lucky to have you by their side on their big day!

Organized, helpful, communicative--what more could you want?

We hired Sasha as our day-of coordinator back in 2019 for a May 2020 wedding. She was super communicative and organized right off the bat, and she continued to be extremely accommodating and understanding when we had to reschedule our wedding twice due to COVID. We finally celebrated our wedding last week, and Sasha, though short-staffed, was excellent. We had a lot of complicated logistics with our wedding and venue, but we knew we could trust Sasha to execute and make sure everything--from putting together a cheeseboard and dessert table, to ensuring we got all the photos we wanted--went smoothly. Sasha handled everything with aplomb!

What would I have done without Sasha?

I hired Sasha for the day of my wedding. It was like having a personal assistant for the day. She has great attention to detail and is probably the most observant person I have ever met. Things magically appeared back where they belonged at the end of the night! When my feet were hurting at the end of the night, Sasha knew just where to go to find my slippers and brought them to me! She relieved so much stress from me that day. It was the best money I ever spent! Thank you so much, Sasha!

You Need a Sasha!

Where to begin? I hired Sasha to be our Day of Planner in 2019 for originally our big and ONLY wedding August of 2020. Well- a pandemic happened... and we ended up having a micro-wedding with 30 people in attendance, instead. Therefore- we went forward without Sasha but asked if she would save the date 8/14/21 for us (of course- she agreed). Now let me tell you- the micro-wedding was beautiful and perfect in its own way but we could have used a Sasha!! We needed a lot of help with timing and where/when to go and do things. For example, I was waiting in the house for my Dad to walk me down the aisle but we didn't really think of who would be the one to signal all of this lol... Luckily, it was in my parents' backyard, so we managed to make it work (sorry hubby standing at altar for 15 minutes) but fast forward to 2021- I was VERY excited to have the help of Sasha at our wedding reception/1 year anniversary party! Again, in my parents' backyard but I knew we needed all the help we could get coordinating everybody.

Being a teacher, I want to clearly lay out the benefits of having Sasha as your "Day of Planner":
-She creates a timeline that is very helpful and you can give to family/friends/wedding party.
-She reaches out to vendors to coordinate and introduce herself to them before the wedding.
-She picks up and brings lunch for the wedding party while you're getting ready (crucially important detail!)
-She greets vendors as they arrive on the day.
-She is the "go between" if a vendor has an issue that normally the bride would get bugged about. The bride can only handle so many situations on their day before their head will combust! -She has an emergency kit for almost all scenarios that could arise. For example, my Mother in Law's shoe broke and Sasha had something to help hold it together. She was very grateful! -She is extremely pleasant, calm and supportive which is very helpful when you have a million things running through your mind.
-Most importantly, she is open to just about anything you ask her to do.

Real quickly, as far as cons, I don't really have any. My only qualms would be with myself and a few family members (that tend to disappear when it's time for pictures- one of the issues with backyard weddings lol.) I forgot to communicate a few things in the house were supposed to go outside to the reception and we fell slightly behind schedule and had to rush through some of the last family photos. However, since we planned this second wedding for 2 years, we had A TON of details to incorporate and a few got forgotten but I mainly blame those on myself. No one is perfect and we had a team of people working their butts off on that day and the week leading up to it! So what, if we ended up with about 50 extra tonic/club soda bottles inside the house and bartenders saying they didn't have any? Haha! Someone once told me, all that is included and all that gets forgotten is all apart of your special day! I truly believe that. Overall- I say, look no further and HIRE SASHA! She was amazing to work with from start to finish. Her communication skills are top notch and her kind/caring demeanor means the world on your special day(s). Side note- if you are planning a backyard wedding, you got this! It's a lot of vendors and a lot to coordinate but you can do it and the freedom you have in your own backyard is unlike anything any venue can provide. With a little help from people like Sasha, you will have the best day(s) ever!

Hire Sasha Now! Absolutely Amazing!

Sasha was the glue that held the day together. She was absolutely amazing and our entire family and friend group keep raving how awesome she was. There were a few bumps in the day, but I had no idea until the week after (there may be some others I have no idea about)! Knowing she was handling everything took away from worrying all day and I felt so relaxed and excited. Sasha was great with the flower girl and ring bearer, even singing and dancing to make them smile in pictures! She even saw me getting tired of pictures at one point and was my advocate. She took me inside to cool down and relax a bit. If you are considering a day of coordinator and wondering if it is worth it, it is 110% worth it and you should hire Sasha right now!
