A true processional and sweetest team!

We would not have survived the day without Alexandria. We woke up to strong winds and on-and-off scattered light drizzling rain, we ultimately made the call to move our ceremony inside. Working with Alexandria from the get-go was wonderful, she organized our timeline, and her team touched up all the decor and organized the pre-ceremony snacks wonderfully, she worked with the rental company Rustic Drift to move our ceremony indoors. She was attentive, kind, and great at managing all the moving parts of our wedding day, I really did not have to feel like anything other than a bride the day of. Can't recommend Alexandria enough for day of/month of coordinating services!

If you're looking for a wedding planner in the Philadelphia/Camden area, we highly recommend checking out Everlasting Events! We loved working with Alexandria throughout the final months of our wedding planning! We appreciated all of the work that she put in to make sure that our wedding day went smoothly. We were planning our wedding from another state, so we had extra logistical challenges involved in the planning process. Alexandria was so helpful throughout our wedding planning process, especially when it came to creating a timeline for the wedding day and ensuring that all of our vendors were on the same page. On our wedding day, we appreciated her help with everything from making sure we were ready to walk down the aisle to bustling my dress so I was ready to dance! Our guests also enjoyed the photo booth and we loved getting to see the pictures everyone took!

Choose Everlasting Events to Plan Your Wedding

Alexandria helped us plan our wedding at home on our farm and we are grateful for her assistance! We chose the full planning option she offers so she guided us every step of the way from budgeting to vendor coordination and more. Her colleague, Julia, assisted us in day-of coordination and the transition of final details from Alexandria to Julia was seamless. Both Alexandria and Julia were attentive, involved and shared the excitement my now husband and I had around our big day. It was a pleasure working with Everlasting Events.

Outstanding!

Alexandria is the best!

We had the pleasure of having Alexandria as our month of coordinator and we could not recommend her enough! She was so organized and detailed oriented during the month of and day of the wedding. Having Alexandria as our coordinator alleviated a lot of stress from us and our families. She confirmed and worked with all of our vendors and even helped me get a stain out of my wedding dress and helped with my tricky bustle. She is so kind and helpful and we are so glad we had her assistance for our big day. Absolutely recommend her!

Great guidance and tips from Alexandria

Alexandria was very knowledgeable on wedding etiquette and gave us insight on things we might want to add at our wedding. She did a lot of the vender communication and confirmed details with all of them. The day before our wedding she fell sick but had an amazing assistant step in for her, Julia! Julia was very helpful and put me at ease. I thought it would be good for others to know that overall you’re in good hands come what may.

Amazing!!!

The Best Coordinator EVER

Leading up to the wedding day, Alexandria took so many things off of our to-do list, from reserving our hotel block to finalizing all the vendors to helping with the timeline. She was always responsive, professional, and helpful.

As for the day of, she was even better than we could have ever imagined. Not only did she make sure everyone was where they needed to be, but she helped with decorating, moving decor, and even took a ton of content for us. 2 days after the wedding I received a message with over 200 videos/photos of our wedding day. We both left our phones in the suite the entire time and because of her, we got to relive the day while we wait on our professional photos/video.

If you’re hesitant to book a coordinator, please do it. She was such a huge help to us and I firmly believe our day wouldn’t have gone as smooth as it did, if it wasn’t for Alexandria. THE BEST! Thank you!!!!

Alexandria was awesome!

Alexandria did a great job helping us make our wedding special. She helped before the wedding to calm me down and keep us organized as well as on the day of with setting up and making sure everything ran smoothly. I would definitely recommend her to anyone!!
