  A true processional and sweetest team!

  We would not have survived the day without Alexandria. We woke up to strong winds and on-and-off scattered light drizzling rain, we ultimately made the call to move our ceremony inside. Working with Alexandria from the get-go was wonderful, she organized our timeline, and her team touched up all the decor and organized the pre-ceremony snacks wonderfully, she worked with the rental company Rustic Drift to move our ceremony indoors. She was attentive, kind, and great at managing all the moving parts of our wedding day, I really did not have to feel like anything other than a bride the day of. Can't recommend Alexandria enough for day of/month of coordinating services!

  Alexandria is the best!

  We had the pleasure of having Alexandria as our month of coordinator and we could not recommend her enough! She was so organized and detailed oriented during the month of and day of the wedding. Having Alexandria as our coordinator alleviated a lot of stress from us and our families. She confirmed and worked with all of our vendors and even helped me get a stain out of my wedding dress and helped with my tricky bustle. She is so kind and helpful and we are so glad we had her assistance for our big day. Absolutely recommend her!

  Great guidance and tips from Alexandria

  Alexandria was very knowledgeable on wedding etiquette and gave us insight on things we might want to add at our wedding. She did a lot of the vender communication and confirmed details with all of them. The day before our wedding she fell sick but had an amazing assistant step in for her, Julia! Julia was very helpful and put me at ease. I thought it would be good for others to know that overall you’re in good hands come what may.

  The Best Coordinator EVER

  Leading up to the wedding day, Alexandria took so many things off of our to-do list, from reserving our hotel block to finalizing all the vendors to helping with the timeline. She was always responsive, professional, and helpful.
  
  As for the day of, she was even better than we could have ever imagined. Not only did she make sure everyone was where they needed to be, but she helped with decorating, moving decor, and even took a ton of content for us. 2 days after the wedding I received a message with over 200 videos/photos of our wedding day. We both left our phones in the suite the entire time and because of her, we got to relive the day while we wait on our professional photos/video.
  
  If you’re hesitant to book a coordinator, please do it. She was such a huge help to us and I firmly believe our day wouldn’t have gone as smooth as it did, if it wasn’t for Alexandria. THE BEST! Thank you!!!!

  Alexandria was awesome!

  Alexandria did a great job helping us make our wedding special. She helped before the wedding to calm me down and keep us organized as well as on the day of with setting up and making sure everything ran smoothly. I would definitely recommend her to anyone!!

  Wonderful organizer, helped us make the day perfect

  Alexandria was incredibly helpful far beyond just the day itself. She was always a phone call away and eager to help with anything possible. The day of went incredibly smoothly thanks to her work with our vendors and making sure we still had time to ourselves. We were very lucky to have her!

  We absolutely loved having Alexandria as our month of coordinator for our wedding. She was so kind and patient with us and made sure that all the vendors were ready and coordinated in advance! A bonus that she also took behind the scenes photos as well which was so nice to have immediately afterwards.

  Alexandria was extremely responsive, organized, and helpful. We hired her for her day-of services and it was definitely valuable to have her there to manage the day and ensure everything ran smoothly, so we didn’t have to worry about logistics on wedding day.   I hired Everlasting Events for my wedding day which was on 11/20/2022. We absolutely loved her and her work ethic. She is the sweetest and most down to earth person.   Alex, has been extremely helpful not only keeping me within budget but taking a lot of the research of my plate. I’m really busy with work so I don’t always have the time to do wedding tasks. She has helped me stay organized and set deadline for me so I stay on track with my planning.

  We hired Alexandria as our month-of coordinator and had a great experience from start to finish. She was always extremely professional, calm, and organized. During the month before my wedding, we had multiple planning calls and she chatted and coordinated with each of my 7 vendors. On my wedding day Alexandria flawlessly managed all decorating and coordinating at both my church and my reception venue, neatly packaging all of my decorations and gifts after the reception ended. We have all been saying that hiring Alexandria was the best investment of the wedding process!

  I was skeptical about hiring a month of planner, but it ended up being one of the best decisions i made! Alexandria was sweet, resourceful and always available to calm my fears. I can't imagine the day without her. would one hundred percent recommend!

She understood the assignment to find us the most fun, artsy venue in our budget! And even with all the ways we turned tradition on its head, Alexandria trusted our vision and helped make it come true. Her organizational skills complimented our artsy chaos to truly make the perfect wedding day. And afterwards, everyone talked about how calm and kind she treated everyone.   Alexandria did a great job helping my husband and I execute our wedding. We hired Alexandria as a day-of-coordinator, and she was very patient with us as we first decided we weren't going to be able to afford a day-of-coordinator and then went back to her later and hired her. She helped make everything run smoothly and on time, and helped manage the other vendors (and there were a lot) beautifully). She was also always professional even when family members were... not the best. Thank you, Alexandria, for keeping your cool, and helping make our wedding day happen!
