With me not being a very organized person and having a destination wedding in the Dominican Republic where we’ve never been here and knew nothing about, Kate took the bull by its horns and truly made the process for us as stress free and easy as possible. Kate was our wedding planner for our Punta Cana wedding this year, between having to switch destinations and picking new resorts, Kate was so helpful and patient every step of the way! As an anxious person, Kate really put my mind at ease throughout the whole process. She really is an expert and I can not recommend her enough! We met frequently and always discussed any concerns. Even though Kate was not physically there on our wedding day, she made sure to consistently reach out and help in any way she could. I couldn’t have imagined planning my wedding without her. Kate was amazing!! I did the day of coordinator package and I got so much more support than I anticipated. She also offers planning services and I can only imagine how incredible she is with that. Kate and I had regular communication leading up to the wedding and she provided helpful resources that helped guide my next steps along the way. She worked with all of my vendors and created a timeline for us, which as far as I know, we stuck to. I didn’t have to do anything on my wedding day except enjoy the moments. Kate was extremely supportive throughout the night with little things too like having some socks for me since I forgot them for my change of shoes and fixing my bustle when it got messed up. She also stayed at the venue after we left to make sure all of our decor was gathered for us to get the next day. In my opinion, Kate went above and beyond for us and I highly recommend her for your event!

Our other vendors, families, and wedding party even commented on how amazing Kate was to work with throughout the night. 


Because of Kate, we were able to fully soak in our ceremony, enjoy our reception, and truly remain present. She removed all the extra stress and allowed us to simply celebrate. We are SO grateful and would recommend Kate to any couple looking for a reliable, thoughtful, and exceptional day-of coordinator. Kate helped make our wedding day absolutely perfect.

I don't even know where to start. Kate was nothing short of amazing throughout the entire wedding planning process! From meeting with her on monthly video calls more than a year before our wedding to having her present on our actual wedding day, I truly don't think I could have done it without her! Planning a destination wedding sounded so stressful and I had no clue where to even begin. I was very hesitant on getting a Wedding Planner as I thought that it was easy enough for me to do myself. My sister-in-law who had Kate for her wedding, suggested her as she was very pleased with how Kate helped her out. So eventually I gave into the thought and we hired simply Sapphire. Well, Kate literally saved me this entire wedding process. She was helpful. She was quick to respond. She was on top of everything and she was genuinely a good and nice person.
