A Nice Little Wedding provides month-of coordination and wedding-day management for smaller celebrations in Easton and throughout the Lehigh Valley.

Small weddings still have timelines, vendor arrivals, deliveries, ceremony cues, setup responsibilities, payments, cards, gifts, rentals, and cleanup plans. They still need someone who knows how the day is supposed to work.

Our coordination begins before the wedding because nobody should run an event they walked into cold. We review the plans you have already made, finalize the wedding-day timeline, confirm vendor logistics, clarify who is handling each responsibility, and prepare the ceremony and end-of-night handoffs.

On the wedding day, we become the point of contact for the venue, vendors, wedding party, and designated helpers. We manage the timeline, oversee the details you already planned, coordinate the ceremony and reception, and handle logistical questions before they find their way back to you.

We are especially well suited to restaurant weddings, backyard celebrations, private homes, breweries, parks, smaller venues, and couples creating a wedding that does not follow a traditional format.

Our approach is organized, candid, inclusive, and intentionally uncomplicated. We help you identify what needs a decision, what needs a person assigned to it, and what can stay simple.

Note: Officiant services are paused for now, but we’re happy to help you find someone wonderful or show you how Pennsylvania’s self-uniting marriage option works, so you can marry each other without an officiant. Honestly, it’s one of the Commonwealth’s best little wedding quirks.
