I got to have my DREAM wedding and it couldn’t have been that way without Ashely!! From planning to decorating, set up and even clean up, my wedding day was a million times better and stress free because she was there with me every step of the way, without me even having to ask. She helped plan and organize different activities and dinners, provided certain signage that I didn’t have, in general was THE BEST VIBE, and literally so much more. Can’t stress enough how joyful she is every step of the way, and makes you excited for everything big or small. She’ll be your biggest hype woman, and your biggest asset on your wedding day (or literally whatever event you put in front of her). Truly a superwoman! Thank you Ashley!! My new huuuusband and I both agree, it wouldn't have been the same without you, and cannot recommend you enough.

Where do I start? Less than two weeks ago my fiancé and I decided we wanted to get married in 11 days. Ambitious? Sure. Impossible? Not after we were directed to Alexis and Lisa. From the first conversation we felt heard, understood, even a little sane-ish. What felt daunting and unrealistic started to flow and come together. We rented a tent and decided to get married at home. We quickly went from less than 20 people to close to 50. Flash forward to our wedding day on 1.10.26. The dream team swooped me and took control of the tent/food/decorations/flowers/everything else and made it the most seamless experience for us. Stepping into the tent for the first time was like stepping into a different world. One that was elegant and beautiful. After the ceremony the team served salads, made sure dinner was ready and warm (refilled food also), kept the drinks stocked, cut the cake for us, and brought out the other desserts. While we partied, this amazing team was able to clean the dishes, put away as much food and decor away as they could, and did so completely inconspicuously to the guests! They went above and beyond in all regard and did not expect them to handle as much as they did, virtually every aspect of the wedding! By the end of the night it felt as though we were thanking and saying goodbye to friends we have known for way longer than under two weeks! To say thank you will never be sufficient. We are so thankful and beyond grateful for making our dreams come true and making our day so special. Jen and Allie were truly the backbone of our wedding day, and I cannot recommend them enough. From the very beginning of the planning process through the end of the night, they went far beyond what we ever expected from day-of coordinators. One of the things that impressed me most was how incredibly organized they were. They remembered every detail we had discussed throughout the planning process, including the small details that I never expected anyone else to remember. They took all of the ideas, decisions, and moving pieces we had spent months planning and executed them flawlessly. It was clear that they were not just following a timeline—they genuinely knew our vision and made sure every detail came together exactly as we imagined. Because our wedding was held at an arboretum, there were many moving pieces involved. We had to bring everything in and out, coordinate multiple vendors, manage rentals, and transform the space into our vision for the day. Jen and Allie handled every single detail with professionalism, calmness, and grace. They took on the logistical stress that would have otherwise fallen on my family and me, allowing us to be fully present and actually enjoy our wedding day. What impressed me most was their ability to anticipate needs before they became problems. They handled behind-the-scenes hiccups seamlessly and shielded me from unnecessary stress so I could focus on the moments that mattered. They truly understood that the bride and groom should not be worrying about logistics on their wedding day, and they made sure we never had to. They were constantly communicating with vendors, ensuring timelines stayed on track, managing setup and breakdown, and making sure every detail we spent months planning came together exactly as intended. They were not just checking boxes—they were actively involved, solving problems, and advocating for us throughout the entire day. One of the biggest compliments I can give them is that multiple vendors commented on how wonderful they were to work with. Their professionalism, kindness, and ability to collaborate made such a difference. They created a positive environment for everyone involved and were truly the glue that held the day together. Looking back, hiring Jen and Allie was one of the best decisions we made. They allowed us to fully experience our wedding instead of spending the day managing it. Their dedication, organization, attention to detail, and genuine care for their couples are unmatched. If you are planning a wedding, especially one with a unique venue or many moving pieces, having Jen and Allie by your side will give you the confidence that everything is handled. We are beyond grateful for everything they did to make our wedding day everything we dreamed it would be.

Courtney and her team were great to work with. Courtney brought a strong knowledge of the PA wedding vendor landscape and provided thoughtful recommendations throughout the process, which was very helpful as I lived out of state. The day of support team was warm, organized, and I felt free to enjoy the day to the fullest knowing they had it covered.

Renee was our coordinator & words can't express how great she was!! She saw my vision, provided the best suggestions, the best everything!!! 10 out of 10 recommend. Our day exceeded everything we imagined, and we have Devoted To You to thank!!

I truly thought I could coordinate my wedding on my own, but I was completely wrong. My sister recommended Erin and her team, and hiring them was the best decision we made. I’m not exaggerating when I say they were absolute lifesavers. Erin was on top of every detail, even catching the little things we had overlooked. Knowing she had everything under control allowed me to actually enjoy my wedding day without worrying about a thing. If I have one regret, it’s that I didn’t hire Erin and her team months sooner. If you’re on the fence about getting a wedding coordinator, trust me you won’t regret it. They were worth every penny, and I can’t recommend them enough!

When my now daughter-in-law asked if she and my son could marry in our backyard, the first thing I requested was a day-of wedding coordinator. We interviewed a few and chose Something Blu, and it was THE BEST DECISION. During the couple of planning sessions leading up to the big day, decision making and planning was stressful, and Lauren handled everything extremely gracefully. She was gently encouraging but not pressuring - a definite balancing act. The day of the wedding, Lauren and her team went above and beyond to keep everything running smoothly. We forgot to buy mint for one of the signature drinks. I held up a pair of scissors and asked Lauren if she would be okay cutting mint in our garden – she didn’t bat an eye. This is how Lauren handled any out-of-the box issue that popped up. But more than that, because of Lauren and her team, the whole event ran smoothly and on time without any of us – bride and groom or parents - needing to think about what comes next, which vendor we need to speak to, etc. We could not have done this without Lauren. I cannot recommend her and her team enough. THANKS SOMETHING BLU!!!

Susan was incredible to work with. I work at a catering and event production company, and can say that Susan was one of my favorite planners I've had the pleasure of getting to know. Even though she was planning from a different state than where the wedding was being held, she was responsive, kind, and the wedding turned out gorgeous. I am so happy I got to work with Susan and get to know the wonderful person she is!

Kelly is a standout wedding and event planner. She paid careful attention to detail, listened to our feedback, and quickly implemented it, resulting in an event that even our guests called “once in a lifetime.” It was a joy to work with Kelly and we simply could not have had the wedding we did without her. She found incredible vendors for us, and then managed the entire team for an evening that looked and felt seamless. Guests came up to us to share how impressed they were with her calm, caring presence at our wedding. Her industry experience and insight proved helpful when we needed context to make the best decision, and her feedback was very helpful as we navigated this process. Kelly was a true asset during the wedding planning process, and I enthusiastically recommend working with her.

I cannot recommend Hello Productions highly enough! We were lucky enough to have Christina as our day-of wedding coordinator. Christina and her team made our day flow so smoothly. She went above and beyond our expectations to help make our day incredibly special. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, she was incredibly easy to communicate with, and even willing to answer questions at any hour of the day if we had them. Her positive energy and preparedness during our calls leading up to the big day made all of the planning stress-free. Her expertise allowed for our planning process to run smoothly, and she was able to give us advice and input that we wouldn't have known ourselves. On the day of the wedding, she and her team were able to keep the timeline on schedule, assemble all of the decorations, and tear down/clean up in a timely manner. As usual with weddings, there were a few last minute problems that needed solving, and Christina was able to fix them easily, so much so that we as the bride and groom didn't even know that they happened. Out of all of our vendors, we heard the most compliments about Christina from our guests, who noticed her incredible dedication to her job as well as her execution of her services. Investing in the services of Hello Productions truly had an enormous payout in the end, and I would recommend them to ANYONE planning a wedding. Christina's passion for her job and expertise are truly unmatched, and so evident when working with her, there is truly no one like her! We really cannot thank them, especially Christina, enough for all of their assistance in making our day so special.
