I was referred to VIP Vacations for wedding planning, I had never used a travel agent before and usually LOVE planning events and travel on my own but boy am I glad I used VIP! They were SO helpful, took my list of "what would make my perfect destination wedding" and found the most beautiful destination in Mexico. They even provided wedding planning help if desired that took some stress off for sure. The whole process made it streamline for my large group to stay together and book efficiently. Thank you for helping to create wonderful lifetime memories! I will use them for trips in the future!

Jacqueline is amazing to work with! She took much care and paid attention to our desires to make sure we had the honeymoon of our dreams. Ally was amazing to work with. She had fabulous ideas and was super responsive. The itinerary she created was so easy to access and find everything in one spot. Would HIGHLY recommend if you're doing a multi-city trip and want to include fun activities such as a boat day or a cooking class. Thanks again Ally!

Amy was absolutely wonderful in helping with our destination wedding! Her communication was 10/10 — she was there for every question I had, no matter the time of day, and was always quick to respond. Amy coordinated our room blocks and handled all travel-related communication with our guests, which was a huge load off my plate since guests could go directly to her with any travel or room questions. She also created a website for us with all — and I mean ALL — the information needed for travel. It was incredible and such a useful tool for guests to access answers to any questions that came up. On top of everything, Amy volunteered her time to be at our wedding, which meant so much to us. She was my right-hand woman the day of, doing anything I needed and keeping me at ease throughout it all. She truly felt like part of the family from the moment she arrived, and we are so grateful for her help during one of the best times of our lives. We highly recommend using Amy for wedding services. She is not only incredibly talented and professional, but also such a wonderful person. We adored working with her and hope to continue our relationship going forward.

Susan was truly the only reason we made our multi-generational trip to Italy happen this Fall. She was incredibly patient and responsive with the multitude of questions we had spanning the 10 months prior to actually booking the trip. Her communication was almost instantaneous and she always hoped on the phone when it was an easier way to discuss certain questions. There was also a sense during the entire process that Susan genuinely cared about our family and the experience we had, which speaks to her as a person and how she runs her business. As a result, we felt the overall customer service went above and beyond what we could have hoped for and this was all BEFORE we even booked a single component of the trip. Once we had the framework built out Susan provided incredible recommendations for hotels and excursions, all of which we were thrilled with, and which was no small feat considering we had an age range from 2 to 75 years old. She also has such a depth of knowledge that she was able to tweak and guide certain parts of our trip based on what she knows is happening in the country or region during the time you're going. Some of those recommendations ended up being sanity saving for our family when we saw so many other travelers in more chaotic situations. It's worth noting that we also had two different groups of family that had trips to Italy at the same time and for a variety of reasons they didn't really enjoy their trip, which was of course disheartening to hear. However, my husband and I fully credit Susan with how overjoyed our entire group was with the trip when we returned home. They couldn't stop raving about the excursions, the expertise of the guides, the solid recommendations about hotels and food. I truly could go on. My husband and I are now lifetime customers of Sue and can't wait for our next trip!

The best travel agency for destination weddings. My partner and I spoke with several agencies, but Mitch and his team were by far the most knowledgeable, responsive, and proactive. They were always looking out for us throughout the process. Big shoutout to Laura as well for her impeccable coordination!

Randi from RanJan Travel was exceptional at helping us choose the perfect vacation for a special celebration. She has so much knowledge about various resorts and locations. We were very specific about our requests such as a smaller resort, excellent beach, ocean view room, and breakfast included daily. Randi went above and beyond to find the perfect fit. With her help we decided on Wymara, Turks and Caicos. Randi also sent us restaurant recommendations, car rental information and contacted concierge to request a higher floor for the best possible ocean view. With Randi’s help we enjoyed a fantastic vacation! We left knowing that we made the best decision for a perfect and memorable get away. Thank you, Randi!
