I was referred to VIP Vacations for wedding planning, I had never used a travel agent before and usually LOVE planning events and travel on my own but boy am I glad I used VIP! They were SO helpful, took my list of "what would make my perfect destination wedding" and found the most beautiful destination in Mexico. They even provided wedding planning help if desired that took some stress off for sure. The whole process made it streamline for my large group to stay together and book efficiently. Thank you for helping to create wonderful lifetime memories! I will use them for trips in the future!

If you are booking a destination wedding and wondering where the heck to even start…..CONTACT Perfect Circle Destinations!!!! They made all of this happen and we truly would not have made our dream wedding come true without Nicole and her team. I would recommend them to anyone, especially entrusting them with your most special day!!! Not only were my husband and I happy… so were our 55 guests! So many of our guests told us this was the best wedding they have ever been to. One of our good friends mentioned they now want to do a destination wedding when they get married! Thank you for the constant communication, answering our endless questions, ensuring everyone had a pleasant travel experience, and your much needed guidance!

Ally was amazing to work with. She had fabulous ideas and was super responsive. The itinerary she created was so easy to access and find everything in one spot. Would HIGHLY recommend if you're doing a multi-city trip and want to include fun activities such as a boat day or a cooking class. Thanks again Ally!

June 2026 bride Amy Jo was truly the BEST! From day one she took charge in helping us create a room block for our guests. From then on, she followed up with our guests, provided assistance for our guests, and made sure we were well informed. She was always very responsive and knowledgeable on all things destination weddings! It was amazing to have her help with our 43 guests. When one of our guests had a question, Amy Jo was quick to respond and help. It was so nice for my husband and I to not have to deal with everyone’s travel arrangements and questions. Amy Jo took over all of that and we are so thankful!  Once we arrived at the resort, Amy Jo was available for help with any questions. She also attended our final wedding planning meeting with the on site coordinator. She provided amazing insight during the meeting and made sure every detail was covered!  On the day of the wedding she was AMAZING too! She was there to help fan me, carry our bags, answer questions, get us our signature drinks to sip on before photos! She truly went above and beyond to not just be our travel agent, but she truly helped with everything and anything we needed.  My husband and I feel so lucky to have had Amy Jo during this destination wedding planning process. She was a huge reason as to why I wasn’t very stressed. I knew she had everything handled! Many of our guests shared how much they appreciated her attention to details. She sent every traveler a personalized travel itinerary with anything and everything they needed. I especially appreciated that she took the time to make a spreadsheet of arrivals and departure times/dates so we knew when our guests were arriving/leaving.  Amy Jo is the absolute best! I would highly recommend her! 

Susan was truly the only reason we made our multi-generational trip to Italy happen this Fall. She was incredibly patient and responsive with the multitude of questions we had spanning the 10 months prior to actually booking the trip. Her communication was almost instantaneous and she always hoped on the phone when it was an easier way to discuss certain questions. There was also a sense during the entire process that Susan genuinely cared about our family and the experience we had, which speaks to her as a person and how she runs her business. As a result, we felt the overall customer service went above and beyond what we could have hoped for and this was all BEFORE we even booked a single component of the trip. Once we had the framework built out Susan provided incredible recommendations for hotels and excursions, all of which we were thrilled with, and which was no small feat considering we had an age range from 2 to 75 years old. She also has such a depth of knowledge that she was able to tweak and guide certain parts of our trip based on what she knows is happening in the country or region during the time you're going. Some of those recommendations ended up being sanity saving for our family when we saw so many other travelers in more chaotic situations. It's worth noting that we also had two different groups of family that had trips to Italy at the same time and for a variety of reasons they didn't really enjoy their trip, which was of course disheartening to hear. However, my husband and I fully credit Susan with how overjoyed our entire group was with the trip when we returned home. They couldn't stop raving about the excursions, the expertise of the guides, the solid recommendations about hotels and food. I truly could go on. My husband and I are now lifetime customers of Sue and can't wait for our next trip!

The best travel agency for destination weddings. My partner and I spoke with several agencies, but Mitch and his team were by far the most knowledgeable, responsive, and proactive. They were always looking out for us throughout the process. Big shoutout to Laura as well for her impeccable coordination!

Randi from RanJan Travel was exceptional at helping us choose the perfect vacation for a special celebration. She has so much knowledge about various resorts and locations. We were very specific about our requests such as a smaller resort, excellent beach, ocean view room, and breakfast included daily. Randi went above and beyond to find the perfect fit. With her help we decided on Wymara, Turks and Caicos. Randi also sent us restaurant recommendations, car rental information and contacted concierge to request a higher floor for the best possible ocean view. With Randi’s help we enjoyed a fantastic vacation! We left knowing that we made the best decision for a perfect and memorable get away. Thank you, Randi!

Dodie is so nice and great to work with. She helped us find our dream honeymoon location by providing great advice and suggestions. She was attentive and responsive as well. She set up everything for us so that travel to and from our honeymoon was easy and seamless. They honeymoon was wonderful and we are so glad that we had Dodie to help us!
