Simple Soiree, and specifically Brei and her day-of-helper Marissa, were FANTASTIC! They were on top of everything, and we had multiple comments from guests saying how well the wedding flowed. We had no issues on our timing or schedule thanks to the wonderful coordination and help from Brei! Leading up to the big day, she was always available and very responsive to her email/calls and helped us with so many questions. She even helped us book a fabulous hair & makeup team that we would have never thought of without her experience. Everything felt absolutely seamless on the big day, and I can truly say I was at ease despite everyone always saying how stressful it is for the bride on wedding day. I knew things would be taken care of and handled by Brei, and she did not disappoint. Marissa was also a great help on the day, and both of them truly made it a fun planning process and special day! Highly recommend them for your big day!!

Can I give a review of 100 instead of only 5?! Where do I even start. I got to work right with the owner Kaci and boy is she something! From working with me over the last few months to put all the pieces of our day together to keeping me fed and hydrated on my wedding day. Even when I forgot to mention something because my brain was all over the place she was able to step right in and made it all perfect! She was sweet, caring, comforting but got sh*t done!! I had 100% trust in her to make sure our wedding day was perfect and she delivered everything and more! I would recommend simple soirée 200/100 times.

Simple Soiree made the planning process and the day of our wedding as stress free as possible. Kaci kept me on track with everything I needed to do leading up to the wedding, helped with so much of the planning, and answered my millions of questions. Brei & Pam made our wedding day relaxing - yes, relaxing! We were able to relax and spend time getting ready with our friends and family and then celebrate and party without worrying about anything. It truly was an amazing day and so much of that was due to the help of the Simple Soiree team. You will absolutely not regret hiring them for your wedding!

Best money we spent!! Kaci and Courtney at Simple Soiree were amazing! From the beginning communication was easy, fast and answered all the questions that would pop into my head. Kaci helped me organize and made it so I didn't need to answer a single question on wedding day. These women helped me from getting my shoes on at reception to pinning me into my dress when I popped a button- they helped with set-up, clean up and creating a timeline for everyone. Would definitely recommend to other couples :)

We were blessed to work with Kaci and Michaela for our wedding day, and if there's anything I have to say about them is that they were absolutely worth every penny. Both sets of parents, our guests, and our vendors complimented us on the professionalism and hustle of our coordinators. When we first met, I told her that we wanted to enjoy the day with our family as much as possible and she made that happen. She answered all of my questions, was incredibly thorough, and I was able to let go of all of my day-of worries and just put my trust in Kaci. They were like wedding fairies making things come together and problem solving issues before I even knew about them. I would recommend her to any of my friends in a heartbeat.

I don’t even know where to start in sharing how phenomenal it was to work with Simple Soirée!! Amy was our coordinator and main point of contact throughout the planning process and she had Gretchen as her assistant on wedding day. They were both AMAZING. We can not say enough good things and we can never thank them enough for making our day a dream come true. We hired Simple Soiree as “day of” coordination but got SO much more. Amy was with us at our 2 planning meetings with our venue, she had zoom meetings with us to make sure we were doing ok and to answer any questions, she wrangled all our vendors, coordinated our entire timeline, and was immediate in responding to texts/calls/emails, etc. Amy ran our entire rehearsal and commanded a wild wedding party with ease. The next morning, wedding day, she showed up ready to roll, with a hangover and emergency kit prepared for us and was eager to do anything and everything we could have ever needed or wanted and then some. She kept the entire day running smoothly, executed all of it exactly to my vision, and could not have made it all more perfect. Amy was truly the hero of our entire wedding and I have no idea how we would have done it without her. 100/10 for Simple Soirée and 1000/10 for Amy!!!!

Words cannot describe how grateful myself, my husband, and my family are for Kaci and her team! We hosted our wedding at my family’s farm never having thrown a party of this scale at our home, and never having hosted a wedding! While we had the grand ideas and were happy to help execute, it was so helpful and so much less stressful to have Kaci’s expertise and for her to take over communication with the vendors. She was always so calm, focused on what we wanted, honest, had the best advice and knew how to make what we wanted happen. Leading up to and the day of our wedding, we were so calm and confident everything would run smoothly - and it did! It was everything we could’ve dreamed of and none of it would’ve been possible without Kaci. Truly so grateful for her and her team!! If you think you don’t need a coordinator… I’m telling you now you do and it needs to be Kaci! You won’t regret it.

We couldn't be happier with our decision to hire Simple Soiree for day of wedding coordination. All of the women I have spoken to and worked with at Simple Soiree have been very kind and quick to respond. Amy was the lead coordinator for our wedding and she was a fantastic help not only on wedding day, but for months beforehand. She was so easy to communicate with and is very knowledgeable, offering us guidance and tips to help us through the stresses of wedding planning. As for day of, as soon as Amy and Kaylee arrived wedding morning, you could feel the sense of calm they brought with them to the venue. If any problems actually arose, my husband and I didn't even know about them because these ladies are so gifted at keeping things running smoothly. The team was so detail oriented and came extremely prepared to execute the vision we had for our big day. The biggest asset this team brought to my husband and I was that we were able to truly enjoy and be present for our special day without stress because we knew this team had each and every detail covered. We're so grateful to have found such kind, hard working individuals to help our dream wedding come to life. Thank you Simple Soiree! We highly, highly recommend hiring them.

Where do I even begin!? Noah and I hired Kaci with Simple Soiree as our day-of wedding coordinator TWO years before our wedding date of 9.17.22 and I felt like we had a Full-Time wedding planner from day ONE. Kaci set me up with their planner system from the beginning, which made planning over the last two years a dream, and she always made me her priority anytime I had questions (even though our day was so far away).

On our wedding day, Kaci and her assistant Michaela made ALL my visions come to life and every little detail I planned was executed perfectly! Overall, you know that you hired the right wedding planner when you have a huge sense of relief when you see them arrive in your bridal suite the morning of. My now husband had 14 groomsmen (I had 8 bridesmaids) and from the very start of the weekend, she organized and got ALL 14 men to listen to her. We cannot recommend Kaci with Simple Soiree enough!!

Simple Soiree was the BEST value for our money on our wedding day---thank you SO much Kaci and Michaela!!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. We were on the fence about hiring a wedding coordinator and it was hands down the best decision we made. Simple Soiree was more than just "coordinators", they went out of their way to make sure our day/month was seamless and perfect. I felt so calm and at ease the day of my wedding because I knew they had everything under control. Thank you x a million!!!!!!
