I don’t even know where to begin — working with Gavin for our destination wedding was an absolute dream come true! He made the entire planning process feel effortless, organized, and (dare I say) fun — even from thousands of miles away. Every detail, from coordinating with vendors to creating a seamless timeline, was handled with such professionalism and care. Gavin anticipated things I never would have thought of and made sure everything ran flawlessly on the big day. I was able to truly relax and enjoy every moment, knowing we were in the best hands possible. Our wedding turned out to be everything we imagined and more — stunning, joyful, and perfectly “us.” Guests are still talking about how beautiful and well-organized everything was! If you’re considering hiring Gavin for your wedding — especially a destination celebration — don’t hesitate for a second. He is truly a magician in the world of weddings and made our dream day a reality. 💕

We loved our experience with Roxanne. She went out of her way to make sure our day was perfect and that we had everything we needed. Her draping installations and rental decor with absolutely stunning and I regretted not hiring her on as my day of wedding planner because I know she would have knocked it out of the park! If you need someone to handle any and all of your wedding decisions, she's the gal!

I cannot say enough good things about Cheryl and the Oak Hollow Designs team! My wedding was this past weekend and they were truly able to create the wedding of my dreams. I may be in the minority, but I had NO idea where to start when it came to designing and planning for my wedding. I knew I wanted a weekend surrounded by friends and family and to spend as much time as possible with my now husband and guests. But I had no idea how to enjoy my weekend and still have a beautiful wedding. Cheryl to the rescue. From the first meeting I knew I was in good hands. Walking into her studio, I was able to see different options of how I wanted my venue decorated and made the process SO EASY! For someone who doesn't quite have a decorative eye, I felt like I was still able to create something that was completely me and yet far beyond what I would have ever been able to do by myself. The decorations were beyond what I could have ever imagined. And on top of making sure my venue looked flawless, Cheryl and her team were able to make the day of my wedding easier than I could have ever dreamed. I literally was able to have a bridal Olympics (that I participated in!!) the morning of the wedding, left to start getting ready at 1pm and was ready for my ceremony at 4:30. And everything that needed to get done was just, done! Perfectly, with such detail. My guests kept on complimenting how smoothly everything went, and I couldn't take an ounce of credit. If you want your wedding or event to look beautiful and run smoothly throughout the entire day, Cheryl is the way to go. Thank you so much for everything. We had a wonderful day and we have you to thank for it!!

Willa Atoms was our day-of coordinator and I cannot thank her enough for everything she did. We hired her last minute and she did an absolutely amazing job jumping in head first coordinating with the vendors before the big day and the day of. Her professionalism, organization, and most importantly, composure, amidst chaos and stress was everything we could have asked for. Not to mention she did a fantastic job bringing our vision to life. Would absolutely recommend her!!

We 100% recommend Jilian and the We Do Events team! From start to finish, they made our entire wedding weekend run seamlessly. We were so happy (and surprisingly calm!) our entire wedding weekend, and Jilian and her team were a huge part of that. They kept everything on track, answered every question, and somehow made the entire process feel effortless. Our families were thrilled with how perfectly everything went — they still can’t stop talking about it! All of the planning truly felt worth it. Throughout the process, it was such a relief to have a calm, rational third voice helping us make decisions. We were initially on the fence about whether wedding management was necessary since we personally knew several of our vendors, but we are so glad we did! Having Jilian and her team there gave us the freedom to actually enjoy the weekend without worrying about a thing.

I don't know how anyone could possibly get married without a wedding planner anymore!!!! Nancy is absolutely fabulous to work with and consistently goes ABOVE and BEYOND! Every wedding has a few "bumps" in the road leading up to the final day but, Nancy makes it so simple, she has contingency plans to her contingency plans! Nancy is such a professional and a delight to work with, so professional in every possible way and leaves nothing to chance. Do yourself a favor, enjoy your wedding and let Nancy do all the "worrying" and "stressing" for you. Leave it to the expert, Nancy will make your day magical. Thank you again Nancy!
