Willa Atoms was our day-of coordinator and I cannot thank her enough for everything she did. We hired her last minute and she did an absolutely amazing job jumping in head first coordinating with the vendors before the big day and the day of. Her professionalism, organization, and most importantly, composure, amidst chaos and stress was everything we could have asked for. Not to mention she did a fantastic job bringing our vision to life. Would absolutely recommend her!!

Stephanie was AMAZING! I could not have survived the planning process or the wedding day without her. I paid for Day of Ceremony and Reception coordination as well as Set Up and Clean Up, but she helped me so much even before the big day. She answered a million questions, helped me make decisions when I was indecisive, contacted vendors who weren't answering me and the list goes on. She is 100% worth it and more! I had the best day EVER! She takes care of everything!!

My wife found Designing Memories in Berks County Living Magazine shortly after we got engaged and we are so happy she did. It was one of those chance encounters in life that really work out. We wanted to have a large wedding at our house and Shannon immediately came out to meet with us. We took her out to the area where we wanted to have it and showed her the area. She immediately took on the challenge of hosting a wedding on our property with 0 infrastructure in place. She was able to answer all questions we had, and answered all emails/phone calls promptly. Unfortunately we had to postpone our wedding twice because of Covid, Shannon was right there for us each time. Leading up to the wedding, she prepared the itinerary and made sure all of our vendors were in place. We knew we were prepared as long as we had Shannon. On the date of the wedding, Shannon was at our home way in advance. She was able to take over directing for me which was a huge help. I knew once Shannon was there that I could relax and enjoy the day. Our wedding ran very smoothly and a great time was had by all. Shannon (and her team) stayed the entire time and made sure everything was on track. I am very, very happy with having Shannon running our wedding. After the wedding, our guests continue to talk about how great it was and how well it was planned. We would highly, highly recommend Designing Memories.

Such an amazing experience. Everything was organized and went smoothly. Super accommodating to the various changes I had requested on little notice! Would definitely recommend!

Stephanie was SO nice and attentive, she was seriously the best. I never felt worried, she always had an answer for all my questions. She was available for emailing and calling, and made sure to keep in touch with us as well, especially once the wedding became a lot closer. All my guests had such nice things to say about her too! They said they never saw a wedding planner/coordinator so active and polite. Love her!!

I could not have asked for a better experience with Designing Memories! They went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations- they allowed me to just give them my decorations and do whatever they thought best and boy did they deliver! I highly highly recommend them, my venue had a day of coordinator, and my venue did have a list of things they would decorate but I designed to hire them anyways and I’m so grateful I did! Stephanie and the Designing Memories are what dreams are made of. These guys are true pros. My husband and I were planning our wedding from afar working full-time++ jobs and really needed someone who could keep things rolling, help us make decisions and make sure we had everything in place for a seamless wedding day.
