We can't recommend Lauren and her team enough! We hired Lauren for her day of wedding coordinator services and it was by far one of the best decisions we made in the wedding planning process. When our wedding day rolled around, Lauren handled EVERYTHING! The world could have fallen apart and we wouldn't have known it. She just took care of it all and made sure our day went off without a hitch. We had an initial meeting with her to discuss our needs and one other meeting about a month prior to the wedding. We completed a detailed GoogleDoc listing everything we needed her to manage on the wedding day and how we wanted our decor arranged. She was present for our rehearsal the day before and showed everyone exactly what needed to happen. On the day of the wedding, all we did was drive my husband's truck to the venue and parked it out front. She handled all the unloading, set everything up in the way we discussed, coordinated and managed all our vendors, and kept the entire day on schedule. I literally just sat in the bridal suite getting ready and enjoyed my wedding day. I did NOTHING, which was the best gift ever. She went so far above and beyond. She worked to ensure my grandparents got from the ceremony to the reception. At one point my mom was helping get my grandparents to an elevator, and Lauren's assistant walked over and took over for my mom so she could go back to the reception. Both our families and all the members of the bridal party commented how wonderful Lauren and her team were. She worked perfectly with all of our vendors. At one point, my husband and I turned to each other and commented that we had no idea what didn't go according to plan during the day (and I'm sure there was something). Lauren just handled it. Our day went seamlessly, and I attribute a large portion to Lauren and her team. We also paid the small additional fee (extremely reasonable) to have Lauren and her team clean up from the wedding, which I also can't recommend enough. When the wedding was over, my husband and I, the entire bridal party, and all our family members hopped on the the shuttle bus with the rest of the guests and went back to the hotel. We did zero clean up. We left a truck parked at the venue, Lauren loaded it up, and we picked the car up the next day. If there's one piece of advice I could give a soon to be bride, it's to hire a day of coordinator, and more specifically, hire Lauren.

We used Lauren and her team for day of coordination for our wedding this past April. She was absolutely fantastic! From rehearsal organization to day off, she made sure everything was in order. It rained the entire wedding day, but Lauren did a great job keeping my spirits up. She worked well with my other vendors and took care of issues that I didn’t even know happened. Hiring LGE was well worth it and I can’t thank them enough!

My right hand girls lol. What can I say….the girls handled everything that was thrown your way. I literally did nothing but focus on getting ready while they handled all the vendors, set up outside, and did the decorating. I’m sure there is so much more behind the scene that we don’t even realize happened. I would recommend Lauren to anyone

Lauren was so amazing to work with and she really made our wedding day go off without a hitch! She was very communicative and professional throughout the entire process. The day of, she kept our wedding timeline running smoothly and also very gracefully handled any of the inevitable mishaps that come with any wedding. Her and her associate really made my dreams come true with their set up of the venue/reception space. I would absolutely recommend her, you won't regret it!

Lauren was a gem throughout our entire wedding planning process. We booked her as our day-of-coordinator but she truly took the time before the wedding to make sure everything was smooth sailing. When the pandemic hit and we had to postpone our wedding, she was also super easy to work with. In terms of the actual wedding and the day itself: She understood our vision from the very beginning vision and helped us to execute that. I always wanted to hire a day-of-coordinator cause I can get stressed easily, Lauren and her assistant took the stress out of the day and it was perfect.

I hired Lauren as a day-of coordinator for my wedding. The venue that we fell in love with required a day-of coordinator, which I was not thrilled about. I figured I would be fine on my own. But I’m SO glad I needed one for the venue because I would have completely regretted not hiring Lauren! She gave me vendor suggestions as soon as I hired her, way before her 30-day help started. I reached out to her a few weeks before the wedding about creating a timeline, and she had already contacted all my vendors and was almost finished with a timeline! Her communication is absolutely stellar. I’m a very anal person and a perfectionist, and she did a beautiful job setting everything up exactly how I wanted it the day of. We opted to not have a rehearsal, so she helped instruct the groomsmen what to do at ceremony time and cued everyone for the ceremony. She helped moved things along so well throughout the night, and checked in with us at key times to make sure we were ready to move on to the next event. We got so many compliments on how smoothly everything ran. I can’t thank and recommend Lauren enough!

We hired Lauren to be our day of coordinator which included some planning 30 days before the wedding. I had dropped the ball many times with planning and needed help along the way, and she was there to save the day each and every time. She created and revised the timeline (4 hour total for ceremony and reception) as needed to fit everything we wanted— which to be frank, we wanted everything a full length wedding had… in half the time. On the day of the wedding, only a few hours before the ceremony, we advised Lauren that my husband, the groom’s parents, we’re likely no call no shows. She stepped up and created a whole new seating arrangement, printed them out and had them prepared in time! We only had 1.5 hours to set up all decor and everything for the entire wedding prior to the ceremony. From the moment Lauren and her assistant showed up, they were on top of it. Lauren orchestrated every move, made last minute calls, paid attention to every detail. All the while her and her assistant made sure that my husband and I had a drink nearby and they even made sure to get us plates from the buffet to ensure we ate during dinner! Everything ran so smoothly and came out so much more beautiful than I could have imagined.

We weren’t sure we could afford a coordinator or if it was worth it. I can confidently say YES. It’s so worth it, hire Lauren and enjoy the peace of mind. 10/10 ABSOLUTELY recommend

Lauren did an incredible job executing every detail of my wedding day. I was one of those brides that had a full plan and wasn’t even sure I wanted to hire a day of coordinator, but man am I so glad I did.

Thanks to Lauren and her sister I was able to rest, relax and enjoy my wedding day. She made all my plans a reality. I so appreciate all of her help in making my day run smoothly and highly recommend you hire her. I promise you will not be disappointed!

I asked my husband to find a coordinator once I started freaking out about the tiny tiny details of our wedding day. He found Lauren with these reviews on wedding wire. We hired her for day of coordination. She answered any and all little questions we had moving towards the day, which was great but she blew me away on the day of.
We had rental decor and dinnerware from two different vendors as well as our own decor and she sorted through all of it effortlessly. Our florist wouldn't travel to our venue and we brought buckets of stems for little vases instead of centerpieces for our guest tables. I was intimidated just looking at them but Lauren's team tackled it with ease. We also had paddles of flowers for our arbor and they were attached perfectly by her team. They even repurposed them in front of our sweetheart table after the ceremony and they looked amazing! We showed them what we wanted our tablescapes and other tables to look like and they nailed everything I pictured in my head. Anything I asked or mentioned throughout the day to Lauren she took on with ease, and didn't forget any little detail. She checked in with us throughout the reception to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed. We paid for her clean up services and I have no regrets. She took care of everything and seemed so relaxed during all of it. Our venue was very firm about some things and she worked through all of it very gracefully.
We also hired Lauren's bar service, the Cantering Cocktail, and these two services combined really complimented each other....and the cocktails were great. Our friends like to drink and the bar was never too crowded. We had some hiccups with some of our guests during and after the wedding and Lauren and her team were so patient in kind.
If it isn't clear, we loved Lauren and she exceeded our expectations. I could go on and on. Our wedding day was great, thank you Lauren.

Lauren was absolutely incredible from start to finish! Our day was absolutely perfect and WAY more than I even imagined, and I truly believe that our vision would not have come true if it wasn’t for her! She made sure that I didn’t have to be involved on the actual day, so I could enjoy my time with my family and bridesmaids. There were also a significant amount of items that needed to be moved from the ceremony area to the reception, and it wouldn’t have been possible without her. I hired Lauren for day of coordination, and I could argue that I could have used her for planning services throughout the process for my own sanity, but if you’re questioning for a second if you need a coordinator, DO. IT!!! And choose Lauren! I promise you won’t be disappointed.
