With both of us being busy professionals with very little spare time, we hired Elika in early June to plan our wedding at our home in September. Elika really knocked it out of the park! We had weekly planning meetings for transparency. She anticipated many issues we had not considered. She transformed our space into an elegant one of a kind wedding venue that was perfect for us. She found us wonderful vendors, reviewed all contracts, and resolved issues proactively as needed. Our wedding day was a beautiful experience both for us and for our guests thanks to EA Wedding Planner!

Elika planned our dream wedding with us over the course of a year and a half. She not only planned and coordinated with vendors, but on the day she warmed up trays of food, washed plates, helped with the bar, and cleaned up. Her decorations were on point even though we didn't really know what we wanted, she figured it out and nailed our personality to a T. She made sure we stuck to our budget, but our wedding didn't feel like we had a budget on the day. Every penny was worth it in hiring Elika as our planner, designer, and florist.

I desperately needed someone to come in the months prior to the wedding so I could hand off all the work and not worry about it! Elika did just that and went above and beyond. She's not only extremely organized, but she's kind, compassionate and listens to your needs. She's not at all overbearing and works within your schedule. EA Wedding Planner is amazing! I first called Elika about 6 weeks prior to our daughters Wedding. We planned to host the reception under a tent in our yard, but as time grew closer to the June 26th 2021 date. I was getting nervous about how my husband and I were going to execute the day of the Wedding by ourselves. Elika is a true professional. She listened to my concerns and assured me that she would be able to work with my vendors and create a timeline for them to help the day run smoothly. The 2 things we had not done when I first called her was the seating chart and the program for the church. She came thru with flying colors on both! The programs came out beautifully and her the seating chart idea was the most talked about at the wedding. She offered beautiful old white windows, which our daughter wrote all the table numbers and names on. It was the perfect addition to our rustic DIY décor. Elika and her team listened carefully to what our vision was, and executed it with perfection. They decorated all of our tables under the tent and stayed tirelessly until midnight until everything was packed away. Her years of experience made our daughter and her husbands day everything they had dreamed of. I was able to relax and my husband and I enjoyed the day more that we ever could have without her. If you are looking for a wedding planner, look no further! Elika is the best of the best and from start to finish made our wedding everything we imagined it to be and more! We are a same sex couple and was a little nervous finding someone who would be understanding and accommodating to a non traditional wedding with a lot of unique requests. We hired Elika for our weekend wedding at Trout Lake. When we met with Elika for the first time we knew she was the wedding planner for us. She has a warmth about her, and strong understanding and vision as far as wedding planning goes. She was able to provide us with direction and kept us on track providing us with a timeline of when things needed to be accomplished leading up to our big day. Elika created centerpieces, and other decorations that were accommodating to our style and vision for our decor. She found a reliable and affordable scooter service that my mother was able to use to get around the campground the weekend of our wedding since she has trouble walking. She also brought two reliable people along to help us throughout the entire weekend. They were so attentive to our needs and did everything that we asked of them and more from getting cabins ready, checking in guest, setting up our pizza party that we had Friday night, picking up 20 pizzas for the party, decorating for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. We truly found a friend in Elika and my wife and I couldn't have been happier with all the services she provided. She even went out of her way to pick up our marriage license since we didn't live in the area. As a non-traditional bride who was completely open to the expertise of my wedding planner, my experience was unique. Elika knew my style and personalty; she decorated my ceremony setting and reception more beautifully than I could have imagined. Every look around the venue filled my heart with so much joy. Elika was a key element in creating my picture-perfect wedding!

It took me a long time to finally decide to hire a wedding planner. I was worried about spending the extra money, but about 3 months before the wedding I came to my senses, and I couldn't be happier that I did. Elika was absolutely amazing to work with and I can't recommend her highly enough (also, I'm sure she ended up paying for herself after everything she saved us!)

We had our wedding on a very remote family property, and not only did Elika stick with us once she saw what she was getting herself into, she went above and beyond in every way. For example, there are no big hotels around our property, so our guests were spread out in rental cabins and little B&Bs all over the area. I was really worried about people getting home safely, with no central location to carpool to our bus company to charter. Without us even asking, Elika offered to rent a van and shuttle people to and from the venue. Her amazing intern, Dana, showed up with the cutest chauffeur's hat (customized to our wedding) and got my friends home safe until about 2am.

Elika also ended up acting as florist for our wedding. Hiring a professional to come out to our location was cost prohibitive and Elika stepped right up! I showed her a couple photos of the the flowers/aesthetic I liked and she ordered everything, transported it all to the venue, and made all the arrangements. I gave her minimal direction and she was able to accomplish exactly what I wanted!

I could literally go on and on - from cake deliveries, emergency vodka runs, porta-potty rescues, I didn't have to worry about a thing :) Hire Elika and I guarantee you will not be let down!

Elika was the wedding planner for my wedding last month. With barely any planning done on my own, I contacted her 2 months before my wedding day! She helped me make my wedding very beautiful and successful. The wedding was elegant, exactly how I envisioned it would be. She kept me on the right track with planning and prioritizing. Her team also kept me stress free on my wedding day! Elika was very understanding and patient with me.
