Lois is also an instructor at the Celebrant Academy, and wrote a wedding column for the USA Today Network for 10 years. She has received numerous awards and accolades. She is open to all paths and performs secular, spiritual, humanist, interfaith, and multicultural celebrations.

Lois creates a custom ceremony, whether you're having an intimate gathering, or a lavish affair. If you're eloping or envisioning less than 35 guests, she offers her beautiful, outdoor ceremony space called Harmony Gardens. It features a large circle with a an arbor with lights over an altar rock. Next to this area is a pavilion, where your guests can mingle for social hour, and serves as a backup for inclement weather. Situated on a large, private property, Harmony Gardens is perfect for those seeking an outdoor ceremony that is relaxed and inspired by nature.

Meeting Lois was so zen. Clicked with her right away. We had so many similar views of the world and I was so excited to have someone like her taking us to married life!
Words could not possibly do this woman justice for what she provided for us on our wedding day. I didn’t know it was possible for an elopement to be as incredible and powerful with deep meaning as it was. The vows she wrote for us touched us so deeply!! This is EXACTLY what she did. From the first time we met Lois in person at the SCI sampling event, we knew we felt a connection with her. We worked with her over the following year to create a ceremony script that fit us perfectly. I had several people make a point to tell us how much they enjoyed our ceremony. They loved Lois’s energy and how connected she was to us and said it felt really personal with all the details about our backstory. They also really liked the spice ritual, which is an idea she introduced us to! It ended up being such a beautiful day, and we’re so glad we chose Lois to be a part of it.
