Mollie lives in Easton, PA with her 2 four-legged children and her fiance. On her free time she likes to do Barre3, hang out with her pups and fiance going on walks and planning her dream wedding!
When she isn't planning her own wedding, this is what she says about her job at Blue:
As the Wedding and Event Sales Manager at Blue Mountain, I am responsible for executing everything with the couple from the beginning. My role is to answer all our inquiries in a timely manner, as well as respond to our couples with any questions they may have regarding their dream wedding, as well as our property and venue spaces. When a couple is ready to see what Blue Mountain has to offer, I take them on a tour showing them around and giving them "the lay of the land" and what it would really look like to say "I Do" at Blue. From that moment of the inital inquiry to touring, I then help our couples book their dream wedding with us.
My favorite part about my job is meeting all of the couples, along with their family members sometimes and learning about their relationship! I believe that being a bride-to-be myself, I take my job as I would if I were going to look at venues or different vendors - we all want to feel special and know "the one" when it comes to your special day. Best part is hearing about the engagement AND what they are thinking for their day, together as a couple.
I like to create an experience with my couples and tours that will last - because even if you don't say "I Do" at Blue, our team is rooting for you to have your perfect day!

A Lehigh Valley Native, Alana loves spending her time doing anything outdoors. When she’s not being active outside, you can find her in the kitchen whipping up delicious homemade desserts. After years as an event coordinator at various venues in the Lehigh Valley and Philadelphia, Alana finds herself back home in the Valley as Blue Mountain Resort’s Event Account Manager.
Alana is all about the details. “As the Event Account Manager, I meet with all booked couples to discuss the details for their dream wedding day. I help couples envision the execution of their wedding plans by talking through the day-of logistics, while assisting couples with their menu selections, linen colors, rehearsal plans, and everything in between. I act as the point of contact for our couples once their contracts are signed, up until one month prior to their wedding day, ensuring a stress-free planning process!”

Meet Cassie, Blue Mountain Resort's Day-of Coordinator. Cassie’s specialty is her customer service skills, which allow a seamless experience the final month leading up to the big day. Cassie is your go-to girl to ensure your special day runs smoothly, leaving you with the best experience possible on one of the most important days of your life!
When Cassie isn’t busy perfecting your event, you can find her making memories and going on adventures with her family! As a houseplant enthusiast, it isn’t rare to see her hitting up a new plant shop. Fun fact: She currently has 100 houseplants! Cassie also loves finding time to relax by cuddling with her daughter and yellow lab.

Stunning view and exceptional service - what more could a couple ask for on their wedding day!! It's always a pleasure officiating at Blue Mountain. Their team goes above and beyond for every event, and helps in any way possible so your dreams become a reality.

Very polite and very easy to work with. Beautiful location and well organized. Would recommend to all! It was a pleasure to work with you!

I've worked up at Blue Mountain many times and they keep improving their wedding services. Most recently, Emily was the coordinator and everything went off perfectly. The staff collaborated with me to make sure that the evening's activities flowed according to the bride and groom's timeline. They also were flexible in moving things around on their end. Not too mention the stunning view at the ceremony and in the ballroom. Great venue for the couple who is looking for that rustic, yet not too rustic (e.g. a barn), wedding. Also great if you enjoy skiing and the outdoors.
