The staff at Blue were so professional, responsive, and very personal! They engaged in the planning process with great communication, ideas and really had our best interest at heart. Even the day of my wedding, the staff was very efficient and kind when interacting with my guests. The venue space was very clean and well kept. The necessities like the bathrooms, exits and accessible entrances/exits were in the perfect spot. They even made sure handicapped father was able to get to the ceremony site comfortably in a golf cart! Thank you Blue, I recommend them to anyone!Blue Mountain Resort's reply:

We cannot say enough how we Highly recommend Blue Mountain Resort as a wedding venue. 5 out of 5 Stars!!!! They know what they are doing!!!! From beginning to end they have excellent communication and planning options! The site is breathtaking and we had the service and cocktail party outside, which was AMAZING! Truly our guests still rave about our wedding which was July 6, 2024!
Special shout out to Alana and Emily our coordinators and their teams and Catelyn the wedding cake designer/baker, all were so accommodating and cooperative and made this wedding one for the record books!!! We even let Emily know we will return annually to celebrate our anniversary!!!
Every view at the resort, both inside the halls and outside, was AMAZING! The food was fantastic and the options you can add just top notch! Server, staff, everyone was so helpful and kind! Please, if you are looking for a venue with wonderful views, delicious food, and incredible staff, BLUE MOUNTAIN RESORT is THE place to go!!!!!

Blue Mountain was the first venue we saw, and even though the incredible sales coordinator Mollie could feel the excitement radiating off of us, she suggested we see other venues before committing. We did, and when we called back and booked we made sure to tell her how much we appreciated HER commitment to making sure we found the venue that was right for us. And man, Blue was.
We could write the entire review based on how amazing the people at Blue Mountain are, and how special they made our perfect day. Planning with Alana was a breeze, and she was so patient with all of our many questions and so accommodating to every detailed request we made. The bartender, Robin, was equally accommodating, hopping on a 20 min call with my to discuss my signature drink and ultimately crafting a homemade hot honey syrup for my margarita - which he gave me an early taste of day of. And Lily, our day of coordinator, was a total rockstar - organized and responsive in the lead up and so helpful and thoughtful throughout the night. Finally, our cake was STUNNING - not to mention delicious. Catelyn created the cake of our dreams, complete with our little puppy pawing at one of the layers.
If the people weren’t enough to cement that our decision to host our wedding at Blue was the right one (they were), every other detail confirmed it again and again. The foliage turned out in full force for our October date and we had our run of the place, the food was incredible, the newly re-done bridal cabin was the perfect spot for a midday break, and our guests commented again and again on how perfect everything was. We couldn’t agree more. Our photographers even pulled us aside for a first look of the reception, and the photos don’t disappoint. If you’re looking to throw the best party of your life, take Mollie’s advice and look around, but it’d be hard to beat Blue Mountain Resort. -

One of the reasons I chose Blue Mountain as my venue was because I wanted the planning process to be as low stress as possible, and the Wedding Coordination team definitely delivered! I always felt like I could reach out to them with any questions and they were happy to help.
It was great to have high-quality food, drinks, and the wedding cake all inclusive in the final pricing. Everything went smoothly on my day! -

Can't say enough about this venue. The wedding coordinators and organizers were phenomenal. They paid attention to all of our requests and needs. The food was fantastic and accommodating, our cake designer worked with us in every way to make our cake perfect. Could not have asked for a better group of individuals who were very professional well organized and coordinated our wedding in such a manner that made it perfect in every way. Thank you so much for everything that you've done to make our wedding as perfect as it was. We love the fact that everything was included in our price the food the drinks the cake and the venue. And the views were spectacular made for great photos. -

Blue Mountain was incredible!
Our day could not have turned out any better! They were so responsive and helpful every single step of the way. Our day of coordinator, Abby, was so attentive and a huge help! She made everything run perfectly and was on top of every little detail. The food was delicious, and the bartenders were efficient and made sure there was never a line. Our cake turned out just as I envisioned thanks to their pastry chef. I really couldn’t have asked for anything more! -

We had such a good experience having our wedding at blue mountain! The views, service and communication throughout the entire planning process were unmatched. We were able to plan our wedding in 5 months and it wasn’t at all stressful because of how helpful their entire team is! -

From our first consultation meeting until we left the reception, our experience with Blue Mountain was a truly wonderful mountain-top experience!!! We felt that the staff genuinely wanted us to have the best day and we did! Absolutely amazing!
Our Blue Mt Wedding was everything we could have hoped for. The view, the atmosphere, the food - all amazing. Our day of coordinator - Alana Lauser was a ROCK STAR! She was so incredibly kind and helpful. She made sure our day ran smoothly and that all of the details were exactly what we envisioned. We absolutely adored her! We held our wedding June 2019 at BlueMoutain. It was our first venue tour and we made up our mind to go with it after Emily showed us around and sent us all the details about the event. It was unbelievably beautiful venue, reception was right on the site which made the whole day very convenient. The cocktail hour and dinner were so delicious every guest loved them. Open bar was available and their signature cocktail taste amazing. They do have tasting event before the wedding too. It was very easy to communicate to their team about anything you had questions about. We made a firework night there and Blue mountain made it so easy to legally happen. I came from NY area so I still couldn't believe it just happened like a dream. My dreamed wedding happened at Blue mountain. Most importantly, including the site, liquor, food and service, it was very affordable. I have a millions of thanks to their team especially Emily and Errine who helped me the most of the time. -

I had an amazing experience with Blue Mountain, everything was perfect for my wedding. The planners were great to work with, very responsive, knowledgeable and easy to work with. The venue itself is breathtaking. Even if you end up having an indoor wedding, the rooms are beautiful. Food was amazing, especially the appetizers for cocktail hour. I have nothing bad to say, even the vendors I used off of their recommended (not mandatory) list were all amazing. -

We had such an incredible experience having our wedding at Blue Mountain. We chose the option of having an outdoor wedding overlooking the mountains and an indoor reception. Our cocktail hour was also outdoor. Although we did have the stress of rain or extreme heat, our wedding day was beautiful. The poconos tend to be cooler and we chose an evening wedding so the temperature was perfect. We visited a few times through the year for a walkthrough, tasting, and meeting. I noticed that during the summer months the flowers are blooming and the outdoor space is even more beautiful than the rest of the year. Our coordinator throughout the process was Emily. She was so incredible to work with! She walked us through every step of the process and answered all of our questions immediately through email or calls. Blue mountain appealed to us initially because of their all inclusive style. An initial payment is made for ceremony and reception sites which included chairs and linens. The price per person includes food, alcohol, and cake. We paid a few extra bucks per person for an additional appetizer and pizza at the end of the night. The pizza was a huge hit! We chose the Vista ballroom for the reception. A little perk of this room is that there is an outdoor space. Our guests loved this area for pictures while the sun was setting and smoking cigars. I don’t have my official wedding photos yet, but I’ll post a few that I received from guests. We honestly can’t say enough positive things about Blue! -

We knew Blue Mountain was "it" as soon as we saw the breathtaking view from the ceremony site! It was an absolutely stunning venue, but the details and staff really made it a dream. The food was great, drinks were flowing and our day-of coordinator Emily was amazing! They were always responsive to emails (and texts and calls as we got close!) and helped us to really help bring our vision to life. -

Blue Mountain Resort was the first venue that we toured and we absolutely fell in love with it! We wanted a traditional Indian wedding and we were not sure if Blue Mountains would be the right choice! However, we were wrong! Emily and her team went out of their way to make this happen! Even before we could sign the wedding contract, Emily made sure that they could accomodate all of our requests and made us comfortable about our decision to go ahead with Blue Mountain Resort. Throughout the time until the wedding, Emily met with us several times to plan every single detail for the wedding. With all the planning, the wedding day was just perfect, there is nothing more that we could have asked for. Chef Luis did a phenomenal job with the Indian food! Our guests absolutely loved it. Also, the wedding cake prepared by the pastry chef was so beautiful and delicious too. In all, it was a perfect day that me and my husband will remember for the rest of our lives and this would not have been possible without Blue Mountains! It's been a little over a month since our wedding and our guests still talk about how beautiful the entire venue and the experience was. For all couples who are looking out for an awesome place to get married, Blue Mountains is the place!! You will not regret!! -

The venue is amazing! The views are stunning. I worked with Erinne at first, very nice woman from speaking with her. She was great, very responsive and very polite. I scheduled a tour and had Emily, another great woman. She was so happy and it really led to a terrific experience. Anyone who does book with them would be lucky enough to have either one as their wedding coordinator. -

Amazing! Perfect!
Sam and everyone at Blue Mountain was so AMAZING! My wedding day was perfect in every way. The views are amazing. The food was delicious. The pasty chef did an amazing job designing my cake. I wanted to incorporate my dogs into my cake and she was spot on! I can't say enough GREAT things about Blue Mountain for all your wedding needs. -

We honestly didn't shop around for venues. My fiance has hiked parts of the Appalachian trail and I thought it would be ideal to get married on the side of a mountain! Why not.... right?!? After we talked with the helpful and caring staff, we knew this was the place for us! Having the ceremony and reception venue in the same place was a huge bonus! Not to mention the spectacular views for photographs....PRICELESS! We also loved the fact that so many of the typical "extra" expenses were included in the per person price. Even our gorgeous cake was included!! (Talk about a stress-less wedding!) Our coordinator Sam was the BEST! So incredibly helpful with any crazy questions we came up with. They set up the venue exactly as instructed and allowed us to enter the venue early to tweek the decor. We were even more excited after our food tasting for our wedding b/c, the food and appetizers were so incredibly good! We even ordered an additional Chocolate Dessert Platter to be served with our cake and that was divine as well! Everyone we spoke to after the wedding said nothing but, compliments about the food, venue and experience they had. We will never forget, yelling to Sam, to grab the golf cart quickly so she could drive us to the look out point to catch the beautiful sunset for our wedding photo shots :) I would absolutely recommend Blue Mountain as a venue to host your special day. Their attention to detail in impeccable, having a coordinator is helpful and the vibe you receive from the entire staff is heart warming and our entire experience was INCREDIBLE!! I would absolutely do it again......In 10 years :) lol -

Getting married at Blue Mountain was the best decision we ever made. My husband and I worked with Sam, and I cannot say enough about her! She listened to every detail, answered every question, and made our wedding day go so smooth.
You get more than what you pay for with a Blue Mountain wedding. Literally NO ONE complained about the food, bar or service (and we have picky family on both sides). If you email the team, they get back to you almost instantly. Sam and her staff worked so wonderfully with our coordinator, DJ, photographer and videographer. It amazed me how thoughtful Sam was with little things throughout the day that just make me look back and smile. She really holds the bride and groom close to her heart.
One little thing that just sticks with me is how much thought Sam puts into her weddings. We got married in November, so it was chilly. She kept all guests inside until the last minute to keep people comfortable. Honestly? Little things like that go a long way. -

Blue Mountain is where you want to get married! From the moment my husband and I walked onto the property and Emily showed us around we knew that this was the place. The property is absolutely breath taking, our guests are STILL raving about how beautiful the ceremony was (at the pergola on the side of the mountain), how perfect the cocktail space was (outside) and how amazing the reception space was, you can not beat a wall of windows over looking the beautiful mountain! Emily was our day of coordinator and could not have been more helpful! We were engaged for 2.5 years and booked our wedding two years out and no matter how many questions or concerns I had Emily (and the other coordinators) responded within 24 hours with answers to any and all of my questions. I do not think our wedding would have been as perfect as it was without Emily being there every step of the way! They were also extremely accommodating - instead of doing the typical late night fry bar my husband and I really just wanted their amazing bacon aioli fries and they made that happen! Their food is absolutely the best!!! If you can try the chicken stuffed with corn bread for dinner or the grilled cheese with tomato soup for cocktail hour they are amazing! It will be the talk of all your guests! They also let us chose our own signature drinks AND let us have a cigar bar out on the deck! Such a huge hit! To say our experience there was anything short of perfect would be a lie. I would recommend this venue to anyone. The staff (Emily is the best!!), the grounds, the food - everything was perfect. Thank you Emily for being so AMAZING during our entire two years of planning!!! We can't thank you enough for making our day the best day of our lives and one that our friends and family will never forget! -

Making the decision to have our wedding at Blue Mountain is something I will always be happy about. As an out-of-town bride working with other vendors became very stressful but all of the planners at Blue were so flexible and extremely prompt. My day-of coordinator was Emily and she was so knowledgeable and helpful. We got unlucky with the weather on our wedding day as the ground was wet and it was very misty outside on the mountain. As soon as I arrived at Blue she asked me what I wanted to do about the ceremony. I had dreamed of it being outside since we toured the venue and Emily didn't even blink or question it - she was on top of everything and made my vision come to life. The entire day went perfect, we have received so many compliments on the staff, food, cake, and everything at the venue. I would never hesitate to recommend Blue Mountain to anyone looking for a beautiful wedding venue. -

The most beautiful venue with great staff, food and views!
Our wedding day was absolutely perfect! Our coordinator, Sam who’s works for Blue Mountain went over and above on every single detail. Since we booked the venue, she was in contact with us to answer absolutely any questions we had( and we had a lot), and in addition gave us many ideas and insight on how to make our day everything we wanted and more. I wouldn’t change one thing from the best day of our lives, and I thank: Blue Mountain, Sam, Emily, Catelyn and all the staff for that. You guys are the best!

Danielle Sent on 10/04/2018The experience we had with Blue Mountain as a venue was perfect. The team was so amazing, and we worked with Sam and Emily for most of our planning. From advice to detailed planning, the girls never made me feel as though I was bothering them, and they also responded promptly and with answers, they really knew how to put a bride at ease. The entire planning process was so detailed, but easy with these gals! I was so thankful to put my day in their hands!
Emily was our day of coordinator, and had things run so smoothly. I didn't have to worry about a thing, and she set up all my decor perfectly! I couldn't have asked for someone better to coordinate my day and to ensure everything went to plan.
The venue itself is gorgeous and the backdrop is amazing. Emily worked to coordinate with all our vendors and everyone worked seamlessly together. I can't recommend Blue Mountain enough, we were so happy with our day and the only sad part is not chatting with the wonderful team anymore!

Samantha Sent on 09/19/2018I can't say enough wonderful things about Blue Mountain. It was the most perfect night ever! Our guests said it was the best wedding they had ever been to in their lives and a couple even commented that it was so beautiful it should have been on TV. Many people commented on how breath taking the ceremony site is and they were amazed with the reception room. I got asked many times how I found this magnificent place! I found it online of course (The Knot). The food was spectacular we had chicken parm and prime rib and the hors d'oeuvres were delicious. The mac and cheese balls (made special by request) and the coconut shrimp were a real hit!! The cake was spectacular, not only was it beautiful but it was also extremely tasty we had a chocolate and lemon alternative cake all with vanilla bean icing. The wedding coordinator worked with us trying to decide if it would rain or not and thankfully it didn't because we decided to have it outside! Blue is there for you every step of the way and they think of everything. They answer emails timely and you can tell they love what they do!! They even put together our center pieces for us which were not easy to do. Best day of my life, ill never forget it. We HIGHLY recommend blue!!! Just go for a tour, see the Vista Ballroom and the ceremony site, you wont regret it.

Not only is the venue amazing and breathe taking but the staff goes above and beyond with all your needs! We left with no questions on our tour and had open communication with our wedding coordinator once we booked which made the crazy planning of a wedding seem flawless! Our wedding went off without a hitch and was everything we dreamt it would be. Even when some nasty weather approached the cocktail hour still went smoothly and set up beautifully put together at a moments notice! I myself and my now husband are forever gratefully at how much work, time, commitment and attention to detail this amazing ladies did!!! And the food, ah the food was out of this world! Our guests raved for weeks!

From our venue tour with Sam, to our planning meeting with Casey, and the prompt responses with my million questions via e-mail from Emily and the crew- we couldn’t have chosen a better team to help coordinate our wedding! The day was perfect, the ladies are extremely flexible and ensure that your day is special.. from the day you choose to say “I do at Blue” to the actual day. We chose the venue because of the gorgeous views and because once we met Sam, we knew it was where our wedding was meant to be. The ladies are very laid back which makes working with them a blast! Our rehearsal dinner at Slopeside was amazing followed by a fun walk through of the wedding. We were able to use the bridal suite, which made getting ready worry free! The team made sure my husband didn’t see me until I walked down that beautiful sidewalk to the outside area. Fast forward through the flawless ceremony (which for guests who may not want to walk all the way down to the seating area they have a golf cart to shuttle down- so awesome!) once we walked back into the building after saying I do, we were immediately met with appetizers and drinks- amazing! The staff for our reception was also amazing (along with Casey, who made sure everything went off without any issues) Casey and the crew made Kyle and I plates and made sure we enjoyed the food we so carefully chose (I’ve had so many people tell me they wish their staff at their weddings did the same, many bride and grooms go without eating.. we did not!) the bartenders always had a drink ready for Kyle and I, all I had to do was walk near the bar and they were ready for me!! Speaking of, we had signature drinks- the sangria... to die for! Our day was absolutely perfect, we couldn’t ask for a better venue, coordinating team, and food/cake! If we could, we would give Blue Mountain, Sam, Casey and Emily more stars!

Emily, Casey and the rest of the team were so phenomenal every step of the way and with their help our dream wedding day turned into reality. From the stunning ceremony site to the spacious ballroom with big windows to show off the mountain views, our guests are still raving about how impressed they were with Blue Mountain, and how much fun they had. Emily was truly fantastic as our day-of coordinator. There were so many details to keep track of but Emily was on top of every single one and never let any item fall through the cracks. She was always more than happy to accommodate our many requests, whether big or small. We were even able to have our dog Bailey there as part of the ceremony! Also important to note, the food at Blue Mountain is top notch and Caitlin's (the baker) cakes and cupcakes are to die for! Overall, we had a wonderful, wonderful experience and would absolutely recommend Blue Mountain to anyone in search of a top-notch wedding venue with great value!

Tricia Sent on 07/12/2018My husband and I are extremely pleased that we chose Blue Mountain Resort. Initially, the package and stunning views on top of the mountain were what "sold" us. As the planning process began, we were so thankful of our choice and the experience became so much more. The team was awesome. We toured the venue with Casey as well as our testing date was facilitated by Casey. She was so pleasant, flexible and helpful with our plans. When we asked questions or advice, she always had an answer or her opinion. We can not say enough great things about her. When we found out a few weeks prior to the wedding that Casey was going to be our "day of the event coordinator" were super excited. We were also so relieved because we "knew" her and we were confident that she would guide us through our special day. We just had gained a trust with her and she is not disappoint. Also as an anxious bride, I was so impressed that she assisted with decorating the ballroom the day before the wedding. She stepped right into the role because she "listened" to my vision when we met the couple times prior to the wedding to talk about everything. During the rehearsal, she was informative and she asked questions to the pastor that my husband and I would not have thought to ask. That was fantastic!!! She was just amazing. She was especially on top of her game with EVERYTHING the day of the wedding. She was so accommodating, fast on her feet (last minute details) and most of all friendly. Our guests and bridal party were thrilled with the food, the service and the venue. Casey's work did not go unnoticed. They complimented her professionalism as well. It was a perfect day. However, the moment we met with Emily during our first visit to Blue Mountain venue, we felt completely at ease. We did not feel this way when visiting other venues (we felt like just another number added to a weekend). Our wedding day was so important to us and the staff at Blue echoed this. Emily allowed us to feel comfortable throughout the whole planning process. The majority of our meetings and conversations were with Emily, but the rest of the staff and coordinators were also awesome and very accommodating. Their organizational strategies and methods were exceptional. They were on top of everything (things that I would not even think of or forget about). Emily was our day of coordinator, and honestly, her level of professionalism made it seem like we had a wedding coordinator from the moment we toured the venue. Our food and cake were delicious. Catelyn was very easy to work with and our cake looked exactly like the picture/vision we described. She has so much talent! Overall, we couldn't be more pleased with level of service we received and we highly recommend this venue. -
Lauren Sent on 06/19/2018We worked Emily for a year leading up to getting married and she was also our day of coordinator. She was amazing! She worked with us when we needed to change the time of our ceremony to accommodate the priest after booking. She was extremely responsive and if she for some reason was unavailable there were two other coordinators who would get back to us right away. The week of the wedding Emily would text me back right away and answer all of our questions. She and her team set up our whole ceremony and reception site and I wouldn't have changed a thing! Our cake was included and Catelyn designed and made it look exactly like the pic and it was delicious! All of our guests told us Blue Mountain was the most beautiful venue they have ever been to and the food was amazing! Lindsey, Emily's assistant was also amazing she was sewing on buttons that fell off of the groommens tux and was there to guide us every step of the way or whenever we needed anything! We are so thankful to have had such an amazing staff and venue to celebrate our big day!! Lauren & Matt

Emily, Casey, and Samantha are amazing at their jobs and do everything they can to make your day perfect. They all include themselves on your emails back and forth so that whoever is chosen to be there the day of the wedding knows every single detail. Casey sat with my family to review every detail for the day of step by step and THANK GOD she is beyond amazing at her job because I had no clue how many small details goes into the big day but she does and she guides you through every step of it. The staff at blue mountain is willing to work with you for any vision you have for your wedding. For the big day I worked with EMILY who is perfect for this job. There isn't enough space here to begin to explain how great our experience was with Emily for the day of. She has such an eye for helping decorate the room with any photos, signs, flowers, ect. you bring to personalize your wedding. She pays attention to every detail and makes sure EVERY LITTLE thing is perfect. She truly understand the theme or vision you are going for and makes it happen. Everyone that worked the day of my wedding 5/26 especially Emily and the Bar Manager did an excellent job! The staff here is so responsive that they even answer you on their vacation! The food and cake were delicious I would highly recommend Blue Mountain Resort for your big day!

Emily, our wedding planner, made everything so easy every step of the way. She was readily available and always so accommodating and understanding. We were completely worry free come the day of knowing we had her on our team. Our family and friends raved about the beauty of the venue. The planning process was so fun with zero stress! I could send 4 emails a day and each one would be answered timely by the amazing wedding coordinators. They really know what they're doing and know how to keep a brides head from spinning out of control! Very organized. The reception looked exactly how I imagined it, they definitely listened to every idea we had! AND the day of...right there for anything you'd need! Couldn't ask for a better coordinator! The food was delicious! We went for our tasting and couldn't wait to eat it again on our big day! Hats off to the chef! We've had numerous compliments from guests about everything-food, atmosphere, staff, the cake! I sent two pictures of what we wanted our cake to look like and it was perfect! Exactly what we wanted! Very talented cake designer. I highly recommend Blue Mountain to say 'I do'!!! I wish I could relive the day over and over! BEST. DAY. EVER! -

She met with us numerous times throughout the planning process and really took time getting to not only know every little detail about our wedding but also took time to get to know us as a couple. The venue is amazing, the view is breath taking, and the food is to die for! All the staff is so friendly and they do such a wonderful job with landscaping you do not even have to worry about getting a lot of additional decorations. Highly recommend! We knew very early on that Emily was going to play an integral part in the success of our wedding event. From the beginning planning stage until the day of the wedding, Emily was very prompt and thorough in communicating details. We trusted her, ... so making decisions was easy for us. Emily is very professional and disciplined, yet kind and caring; the perfect mix of competencies for her role.
Our wedding event was the most wonderful, memorable event our family has ever experienced ... and it even rained outside! BUT IT DID NOT RAIN ON OUR DAY; EMILY MADE SURE WE DIDN'T EXPERIENCE ONE DROP OF PAIN (OR RAIN!) FROM THE INCLEMENT WEATHER. IT WAS A DAY FILLED WITH LOVING SMILES, COLORFUL FLOWERS AND A BEAUTIFUL CELEBRATION AT BLUE MOUNTAIN RESORT.

They were very quick and prompt at getting back to my emails and my wedding coordinator e did such a fantastic job. She literally went above and beyond and I can't thank her enough for everything that she has done for both Raymond and myself. Emily was always there if I had questions or concerns about something and she always got back to my emails quickly. The overall venue is absolutely gorgeous and the view is incredible. I am so happy that we chose Blue Mountain for our ceremony and our reception!
