Gavin was INCREDIBLE to work with! He listened to our ideas, heard what we were saying, and helped us execute the perfect wedding day. He never tried to ‘sell’ us something extra or ‘add on’ anything that was out of our budget. He was very real and upfront every step of the way. He offered awesome alternatives to ideas we had that saved us money, and made our wedding day go so smoothly. He reeled us back in when we were straying too far off the path! Our wedding went off without a hitch and we never knew if anything went wrong. He made connections with his contacts to help us pull some last minute decor things together and became a beautiful friend by the end of the process. He bowed out gracefully at the end of the night and has remained the top person I have recommended to people (everyone I know or meet) over the years. Hiring Gavin was quite simply the greatest decision we ever made for our wedding.

Between balancing our schedules and running into frustrating communication hurdles with our venue (which, while gorgeous, presented its fair share of logistical headaches), the joy of planning was quickly turning into stress.
That’s when our best friends, Lindsay and Maria—who had both worked with Gavin in the past—insisted, "Just call Gavin right now." So we did. From our very first phone call, we instantly connected with him. He was exceptionally kind, responsive, and reassuring.
When we met in person, it was even better. We felt an immediate sense of ease and knew we could completely trust him to bring the vision in our heads to life. Not only did he seamlessly steer us through some tricky venue dynamics, but he also supported us with design concepts and all the personal touches that made our day truly ours.

Because of him, we were actually able to sit back, relax, and have the absolute best time of our lives. When we walked into our reception room and saw it fully set up, it was an exact what we had dreamed up—we never could have pulled it off without him by our side.

Gavin was more than just a day-of coordinator. He visited our remote wedding venue the day before the wedding to lead the ceremony rehearsal as well as the Thursday to help us look at the reception layout. He went above and beyond to make sure the day went smoothly. Gavin ensured we had built in extra time into the day so that we didn't feel rushed during the photos. We had a Jewish wedding ceremony which involved some additional bells and whistles and Gavin leaned in to make sure he understood and executed those details. While I have only planned my own wedding, our other vendors attend weddings all the time, and our photographer let us know he was the most thorough day-of coordinator he had ever worked with, while our makeup artist said she loved him and asked how we found him. The day of the wedding went very smoothly. I don’t think Gavin arranged for the weather to be so nice, but if he had, we wouldn’t be surprised! Gavin, thanks for taking on the final details and ensuring it was a truly special day.

In complete frustration over the increasing details of wedding planning, I happened upon Gavin and immediately felt compelled and confident in handing him the reins. At our first meeting he told me he would be my "wedding whisperer" and that sealed the deal. Always quick to respond, provide advice when needed and very personable and witty. Our family loved him. He provided the most comprehensive, impressive timeline that covered everything! Best decision ever.

Planning my wedding has been a dream of mine since I was a young girl. I envisioned talking to all of my vendors and giving them my visions, setting up the venue, decorating my seating chart, and coming up with our timeline for the best day of my life. I couldn’t have been happier or more thankful for having Gavin as my day of wedding coordinator. I loved planning my wedding, but I was set on having a day of coordinator to minimize stress on the big day. Well, with Gavin, there was no stress at all! I didn’t have to worry about a single thing because I knew based on how thorough and organized he was from the beginning, he would handle everything we needed to make sure the day went smoothly. I can still remember getting ready when Gavin came in and said the florist couldn’t find the boxes I dropped off. After confirming what I gave the florist, he said “Don’t worry, I’m on it” and I knew I didn’t even have to give it another thought. From setting up at the venue, coordinating with vendors, keeping the day to the timeline, and even helping to bustle my dress - he does it all - and so well!
