Gavin was INCREDIBLE to work with! He listened to our ideas, heard what we were saying, and helped us execute the perfect wedding day. He never tried to ‘sell’ us something extra or ‘add on’ anything that was out of our budget. He was very real and upfront every step of the way. He offered awesome alternatives to ideas we had that saved us money, and made our wedding day go so smoothly. He reeled us back in when we were straying too far off the path! Our wedding went off without a hitch and we never knew if anything went wrong. He made connections with his contacts to help us pull some last minute decor things together and became a beautiful friend by the end of the process. He bowed out gracefully at the end of the night and has remained the top person I have recommended to people (everyone I know or meet) over the years. Whether you’re looking for full fledged wedding/event planning or just someone to help guide you through the process- Gavin is definitely your guy! -

I cannot say enough about Gavin Esham. I hired him in February 2026 for my daughter’s October 2026 wedding. My daughter and her fiance both live out of town, and I decided that I needed some help making sure I wasn’t missing anything in my planning. I reached out to Gavin and he answered me promptly. He then spent 90 minutes on the phone with me on a Sunday, asking questions about the wedding and telling me about himself. He took this time to speak with me, not even knowing if I was going to actually hire him at that point. Hiring Gavin was one of the best decisions I could have made for my daughter’s wedding. He was exactly who we needed. He always had a way of listening to our ideas, and funneling them into a manageable and elegant execution. I honestly believe that he saved us money because there were so many things we didn’t need and he helped bring focus to our vision of creating a beautiful autumn inspired wedding. He helped us to see that the most simple things, when made with love, care, and purpose, are enough to create a beautiful space that perfectly represent the bride and groom. Gavin brings the perfect combination of support, organization, humor, experience and artistry to his work. He not only cared about my daughter’s wedding; he cared about her. He started every meeting by asking everyone how they were feeling. It wasn’t just a checklist. Gavin is a true professional who wants the very best for his clients. We just love him so much and are so blessed to have worked with him and now call him our friend. I also can’t say enough about Maria and Carla, who were present the day of my daughter’s wedding. They left no detail unturned and were constantly asking what I needed. The timeline that Gavin and his staff helped us to create made the day run so beautifully and seamlessly. Please trust me when I tell you that hiring Gavin for your event is money very well spent. He will save you money in the end, keep you calm, and laughing. He is the very best!!!! -

A nor’easter wedding of our dreams!
Gavin has my absolute highest recommendation. He was easy to work with (and SO incredibly fun to work with) during the planning process and kept us on all the important timelines. When we started to feel the stress, he was amazing at reassuring us and calming the nerves. As a September nor’easter bride, almost every event of the weekend had to pivot to alternate locations or backup plans. As the bride, I felt none of the logistical stress. The morning of our wedding, we all woke up with no power in our cabins and no power at the ceremony site due to the storm. I opened my phone and saw there was already a plan in place for hair and makeup for the bridal party. There was a plan in place for the ceremony even if the power did not come back on. What could’ve been a disaster was entirely mitigated by Gavin and his working/coordinating with all the vendor teams. I never had any fear that things wouldn’t work out knowing Gavin was working to ensure we’d still have the party of our dreams. I cannot thank you enough Gavin. If you are looking for a planner, look no further as you have found the one! -

Vicky provided absolutely amazing wedding management and support on our wedding day. We truly could not have been more grateful to have her there.
She jumped right in from the moment she arrived, quickly getting up to speed on all of our plans, coordinating with our venue and vendors, and making sure everything was moving smoothly. Her support became even more invaluable when the Nor’easter forced us to pivot our entire wedding at the last minute. What had been planned as a fully outdoor wedding including our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception dinner suddenly had to be moved completely indoors.
Through all of those changes, Vicky helped coordinate between the venue and our vendors to make sure our original vision still came to life, just in entirely different spaces than we had planned. She handled so many of the moving pieces behind the scenes and remained calm and composed throughout all of the last-minute changes. Even with everything happening around us, she never made the situation feel stressful or chaotic.
Having Vicky there meant I could finally step away from the logistics, trust that things were being handled, and focus on actually experiencing and enjoying our wedding day. She took initiative and stepped in where she was needed without me having to constantly provide direction or manage what was happening behind the scenes.
Beyond being incredibly helpful, Vicky was also such a pleasure to work with. While my fiancé (now husband!) and I were getting ready in two different locations, she helped coordinate between the two of us throughout the day, while also regularly checking in on me to make sure I had everything I needed. She distributed our personal florals to both of our families and was constantly stepping in wherever she could be helpful.
We felt incredibly supported on a day when so much had to change unexpectedly. Vicky was calm, pleasant, proactive, and willing to jump in wherever needed, and we are so thankful she was part of our wedding day. We would absolutely recommend Vicky to any couple looking for someone who can step in, take initiative, coordinate all of the moving pieces, and help make sure they can actually be present and enjoy their wedding day.

The Magic Man!
Hiring Gavin was quite simply the greatest decision we ever made for our wedding.
When we were about halfway through the planning process, we found ourselves completely overwhelmed. Between balancing our schedules and running into frustrating communication hurdles with our venue (which, while gorgeous, presented its fair share of logistical headaches), the joy of planning was quickly turning into stress.
That’s when our best friends, Lindsay and Maria—who had both worked with Gavin in the past—insisted, "Just call Gavin right now." So we did. From our very first phone call, we instantly connected with him. He was exceptionally kind, responsive, and reassuring.
When we met in person, it was even better. We felt an immediate sense of ease and knew we could completely trust him to bring the vision in our heads to life. And he didn't just meet our expectations—he went above and beyond in every single way. Not only did he seamlessly steer us through some tricky venue dynamics, but he also supported us with design concepts and all the personal touches that made our day truly ours.
On the wedding day itself, Gavin was everywhere at once, handling every detail with total grace and expertise. Because of him, we were actually able to sit back, relax, and have the absolute best time of our lives. When we walked into our reception room and saw it fully set up, it was an exact what we had dreamed up—we never could have pulled it off without him by our side.

There are some people in the wedding industry who are simply meant to do what they do, and Gavin is one of them. As an artist and stationery designer, I truly appreciate how collaborative, thoughtful, and knowledgeable he is. His understanding of weddings and events is extraordinary, and it shows at every turn in every interaction.
One of the things that stood out most to me was the trust he places in his vendor team. He brings together talented professionals, communicates exceptionally well, and allows each of us the freedom to do what we do best. That kind of confidence and collaboration creates a seamless experience for everyone involved, especially the couples who have placed their trust in him.
He has a genius for bringing together all of the details that most people overlook, allowing couples to simply enjoy the day, their closest people, and each other.

Gavin was more than just a day-of coordinator. He visited our remote wedding venue the day before the wedding to lead the ceremony rehearsal as well as the Thursday to help us look at the reception layout. He went above and beyond to make sure the day went smoothly. Gavin ensured we had built in extra time into the day so that we didn't feel rushed during the photos. We had a Jewish wedding ceremony which involved some additional bells and whistles and Gavin leaned in to make sure he understood and executed those details. While I have only planned my own wedding, our other vendors attend weddings all the time, and our photographer let us know he was the most thorough day-of coordinator he had ever worked with, while our makeup artist said she loved him and asked how we found him. The day of the wedding went very smoothly. I don’t think Gavin arranged for the weather to be so nice, but if he had, we wouldn’t be surprised! Gavin, thanks for taking on the final details and ensuring it was a truly special day. -

I don’t even know where to begin — working with Gavin for our destination wedding was an absolute dream come true! He made the entire planning process feel effortless, organized, and (dare I say) fun — even from thousands of miles away.
Every detail, from coordinating with vendors to creating a seamless timeline, was handled with such professionalism and care. Gavin anticipated things I never would have thought of and made sure everything ran flawlessly on the big day. I was able to truly relax and enjoy every moment, knowing we were in the best hands possible.
Our wedding turned out to be everything we imagined and more — stunning, joyful, and perfectly “us.” Guests are still talking about how beautiful and well-organized everything was!

I couldn’t have been happier or more thankful for having Gavin as my day of wedding coordinator. I loved planning my wedding, but I was set on having a day of coordinator to minimize stress on the big day. Well, with Gavin, there was no stress at all! I didn’t have to worry about a single thing because I knew based on how thorough and organized he was from the beginning, he would handle everything we needed to make sure the day went smoothly. I can still remember getting ready when Gavin came in and said the florist couldn’t find the boxes I dropped off. After confirming what I gave the florist, he said “Don’t worry, I’m on it” and I knew I didn’t even have to give it another thought. From setting up at the venue, coordinating with vendors, keeping the day to the timeline, and even helping to bustle my dress - he does it all - and so well!
