  Best Decision!

  We used Lauren and her team for day of coordination for our wedding this past April. She was absolutely fantastic! From rehearsal organization to day off, she made sure everything was in order. It rained the entire wedding day, but Lauren did a great job keeping my spirits up. She worked well with my other vendors and took care of issues that I didn’t even know happened. Hiring LGE was well worth it and I can’t thank them enough!

  Couldn’t have done it without them!

  My right hand girls lol. What can I say….the girls handled everything that was thrown your way. I literally did nothing but focus on getting ready while they handled all the vendors, set up outside, and did the decorating. I’m sure there is so much more behind the scene that we don’t even realize happened. I would recommend Lauren to anyone

  Perfect Day-of-Coordinator

  Lauren was a gem throughout our entire wedding planning process. We booked her as our day-of-coordinator but she truly took the time before the wedding to make sure everything was smooth sailing. When the pandemic hit and we had to postpone our wedding, she was also super easy to work with. In terms of the actual wedding and the day itself: She understood our vision from the very beginning vision and helped us to execute that. I always wanted to hire a day-of-coordinator cause I can get stressed easily, Lauren and her assistant took the stress out of the day and it was perfect.

  Lauren saved our wedding in so many ways, 10/10 recommend

  We hired Lauren to be our day of coordinator which included some planning 30 days before the wedding. I had dropped the ball many times with planning and needed help along the way, and she was there to save the day each and every time. She created and revised the timeline (4 hour total for ceremony and reception) as needed to fit everything we wanted— which to be frank, we wanted everything a full length wedding had… in half the time. On the day of the wedding, only a few hours before the ceremony, we advised Lauren that my husband, the groom’s parents, we’re likely no call no shows. She stepped up and created a whole new seating arrangement, printed them out and had them prepared in time! We only had 1.5 hours to set up all decor and everything for the entire wedding prior to the ceremony. From the moment Lauren and her assistant showed up, they were on top of it. Lauren orchestrated every move, made last minute calls, paid attention to every detail. All the while her and her assistant made sure that my husband and I had a drink nearby and they even made sure to get us plates from the buffet to ensure we ate during dinner! Everything ran so smoothly and came out so much more beautiful than I could have imagined.
  
  We weren’t sure we could afford a coordinator or if it was worth it. I can confidently say YES. It’s so worth it, hire Lauren and enjoy the peace of mind. 10/10 ABSOLUTELY recommend

  Super Helpful

  I hired Lauren as a day-of coordinator for my wedding. The venue that we fell in love with required a day-of coordinator, which I was not thrilled about. I figured I would be fine on my own. But I’m SO glad I needed one for the venue because I would have completely regretted not hiring Lauren! She gave me vendor suggestions as soon as I hired her, way before her 30-day help started. I reached out to her a few weeks before the wedding about creating a timeline, and she had already contacted all my vendors and was almost finished with a timeline! Her communication is absolutely stellar. I’m a very anal person and a perfectionist, and she did a beautiful job setting everything up exactly how I wanted it the day of. We opted to not have a rehearsal, so she helped instruct the groomsmen what to do at ceremony time and cued everyone for the ceremony. She helped moved things along so well throughout the night, and checked in with us at key times to make sure we were ready to move on to the next event. We got so many compliments on how smoothly everything ran. I can’t thank and recommend Lauren enough!

  Best Wedding Coordinator

  Lauren was so amazing to work with and she really made our wedding day go off without a hitch! She was very communicative and professional throughout the entire process. The day of, she kept our wedding timeline running smoothly and also very gracefully handled any of the inevitable mishaps that come with any wedding. Her and her associate really made my dreams come true with their set up of the venue/reception space. I would absolutely recommend her, you won't regret it!

  Fantastic Coordination Service!!

  Lauren was absolutely incredible from start to finish! Our day was absolutely perfect and WAY more than I even imagined, and I truly believe that our vision would not have come true if it wasn’t for her! She made sure that I didn’t have to be involved on the actual day, so I could enjoy my time with my family and bridesmaids. There were also a significant amount of items that needed to be moved from the ceremony area to the reception, and it wouldn’t have been possible without her. I hired Lauren for day of coordination, and I could argue that I could have used her for planning services throughout the process for my own sanity, but if you’re questioning for a second if you need a coordinator, DO. IT!!! And choose Lauren! I promise you won’t be disappointed.

  You need lauren

  Lauren's the best

  I asked my husband to find a coordinator once I started freaking out about the tiny tiny details of our wedding day. He found Lauren with these reviews on wedding wire. We hired her for day of coordination. She answered any and all little questions we had moving towards the day, which was great but she blew me away on the day of.
  We had rental decor and dinnerware from two different vendors as well as our own decor and she sorted through all of it effortlessly. Our florist wouldn't travel to our venue and we brought buckets of stems for little vases instead of centerpieces for our guest tables. I was intimidated just looking at them but Lauren's team tackled it with ease. We also had paddles of flowers for our arbor and they were attached perfectly by her team. They even repurposed them in front of our sweetheart table after the ceremony and they looked amazing! We showed them what we wanted our tablescapes and other tables to look like and they nailed everything I pictured in my head. Anything I asked or mentioned throughout the day to Lauren she took on with ease, and didn't forget any little detail. She checked in with us throughout the reception to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed. We paid for her clean up services and I have no regrets. She took care of everything and seemed so relaxed during all of it. Our venue was very firm about some things and she worked through all of it very gracefully.
  We also hired Lauren's bar service, the Cantering Cocktail, and these two services combined really complimented each other....and the cocktails were great. Our friends like to drink and the bar was never too crowded. We had some hiccups with some of our guests during and after the wedding and Lauren and her team were so patient in kind.
  If it isn't clear, we loved Lauren and she exceeded our expectations. I could go on and on. Our wedding day was great, thank you Lauren.

  Best choice i could have made!

  After talking with my now husband we decided that i needed someone to help ease my day of stress since i did everything else already. Beat choice ever! From the start Lauren was amazing. Even though we hired her for day of events she was more than happy to answer any questions i had along the way. On the day the day of we had a little issue and she took care of it flawlessly. She kept the day running smoothly and was able to deal with my crazy family. If there were any other issues i had no idea because she took care of them. Thank you so much To Lauren and her husband for making our day perfect. She also helped me get into my dress not once but twice and took the time to make it beautiful 😀

She was accommodating with meeting around my schedule, took care of contacting my vendors to help create a timeline for me, and was at the venue with us the entire day! She ran the rehearsal, decorated while we got ready for the day, and made sure absolutely everything went smoothly!   Lauren is amazing!

  We hired Lauren to help with creating our wedding day timeline and day of coordinator. Lauren is amazing! Not only is she so sweet and easy to work with she is organized and will accomplish any wedding task that is needed. Lauren set up all decorations wedding day which turned out amazing. She has very good style and taste when it comes to weddings! The day of our wedding she was very professional and always checking in with me and my family if they needed anything. Our families were very impressed with her. If you are looking for a wedding coordinator you found her!! I can not say enough good things about her!

  Lauren made my wedding happen. She was in contact with all of my vendors and even caught a mishap that prevented a tragedy. She is on point for every detail. She ran my event the day of and her team had everything beautifully decorated and so well coordinated. She is professional, kind and easy to work with. She maintained open communication with me throughout my wedding journey. I highly recommend Lauren to pull off your perfect event. Thank you, for everything!!

  Attentive, Professional, Flexible, and Creative

  We hired LGE for day of coordination for our small destination wedding and I am SO GLAD we did! I was not sold on hiring a wedding planner and I thought I could do everything myself but hiring LGE gave my husband and I and our families the freedom to focus only on the joy of our wedding day. LGE set up the decor for our reception with very minimal instructions and it looked so beautiful! They also paid my vendors who required cash the day of, handled permits required to have a reception in a state park, kept people away from our ceremony which was held in a public place, helped keep everyone on time, and adapted well to my COVID related requests such as asking her to run a zoom session of our wedding ceremony (which was ruined by incoming storms knocking out cell reception). My husband and I basically just showed up to our reception and had a great time. I cannot even imagine hosting a larger wedding without coordinator, and LGE is a great choice! Lauren also has a great relationship with our photographer (Lindsey Maree Photography) which was so helpful that they could coordinate well together.
  LGE's travel fees are very reasonable as well. I was skeptical about hiring a coordinator but they are worth definitely worth the investment, and LGE is very reasonably priced. Very pleased with out decision to hire LGE and will hire them for any future event coordination needs.

  We hired LGE for day of coordination for our small destination wedding and I am SO GLAD we did! I was not sold on hiring a wedding planner and I thought I could do everything myself but hiring LGE gave my husband and I and our families the freedom to focus only on the joy of our wedding day. LGE set up the decor for our reception with very minimal instructions and it looked so beautiful! They also paid my vendors who required cash the day of, handled permits required to have a reception in a state park, kept people away from our ceremony which was held in a public place, helped keep everyone on time, and adapted well to my COVID related requests such as asking her to run a zoom session of our wedding ceremony (which was ruined by incoming storms knocking out cell reception).
