Kim and her team were an absolutely essential piece to helping make sure my wedding went spectacularly. Kim was attentive, timely, an exceptional communicator, and made sure there wasn’t a single point during the entire day we weren’t looked out for in every way. She did a fantastic job of keeping me and my husband calm while keeping things moving inline with the schedule we all put together. For anyone considering a coordinator in any way I HIGHLY recommend Kim and her team and promise you won’t be disappointed. She was a true joy to work with!

I can’t say enough good things about Kim! We hired her for day of coordination for our wedding, but she was such an important part of the whole planning process overall. From the start, Kim was very organized, communicated often and was thorough about every little detail. There were things I didn’t even think of, that she made sure were done! She helped us so much and I can honestly say we weren’t stressed about anything thanks to her. Kim and her assistant Lisa made sure our wedding ran smoothly day of and that we always had a drink in hand lol. We had so many compliments about how our day went perfect! Thank you again!

It feels impossible to pick wedding vendors when there are sooo many, topped with everyone pushing their opinions on you while you plan your wedding… BUT CHOOSE KIM. 11/10 kim and team are AMAZING. Kim is a top tier human, girl’s girl, wedding expert, get-shit-done-without-you-realizing-it planner, and all of our siblings are now going straight to Kim when their big days come.

I never considered hiring a day-of coordinator, but my mom in law knows me pretty well lol. So many times throughout planning and ESPECIALLY on the day of, I kept thinking literally how do people do this without one??? No one thinks they need a coordinator, but because of Kim I could BREATHE and stand by the planning choices my husband and I made without making anyone feel bad. We were able to genuinely enjoy the process, and my wedding party, family,I were able to completely relax on my wedding day knowing literally everything was handled (shout out Kim and Demetria for printing my ceremony vows and getting them to officiant right before ceremony when I finished revising them, and packing and bringing our things to our room in the venue at the end of our drunken night :’)). Kim worked so well with my type B planning/organization skills and super particular yet indecisive decision making. Beyond the usual coordinator duties before and on the day-of, Kim attended all vendor meetings months in advance, executed to-do’s and kept me on track with mine, listened to me vent, provided trustworthy guidance and expertise when I couldnt decide or when people were forcing their opinions on me, kept me sane and actually helped my planning anxiety (that constant feeling you forgot about something), was so encouraging and HYPE about my husband and I’s choices..feeling like a bestie and getting shit done with out you realizing it nor feeling any of the overwhelming burden of the long to-do list that is wedding planning. During the final venue planning meeting, I was stunned - I couldn’t BELIEVE how much I would have had to do myself (even with my mom’s help).

Kim enforced all of my decisions but still made my family and wedding party feel heard and respected - EVERYONE loves her (still some opinions I didn’t agree with being pushed on me so some things happened to get “lost”). She directed rehearsal, corralled the wedding party and took us where needed, kept us on time, everything a planner does… but most importantly she protected our damn peace.

Get the planner - IT’S WORTH IT - and make sure it’s Kim.

Working with Kim and her team was the best and easiest part of our wedding. They asked and answered questions we wouldn’t have thought of, parsed through ideas with us, and made everything day of so so smooth. I’m so grateful we had her around, and that I could get to know her and use her advice and assistance in the months leading up to the wedding. She was absolutely worth every penny, and was my absolute favorite vendor to work with!!

We wanted an independent outside planner in addition to the planner included with our venue. Kim was a great sounding board, patient & responsive with our million questions. Kim coordinated all the vendors before hand to make sure nothing was overlooked. The wedding day is overwhelming. Every vendor has a time table. Décor needs to be set up as planned. People need to be in different places. Photographer has schedules. We planned an outdoor ceremony, but the weather drizzled off and on all day. Never thought the outdoor ceremony could happen. Pivoting at the last minute, Kim delayed the ceremony a bit, helped coordinate drying off the ceremony chairs, and seated our guests to stay on schedule. It was such a relief to have Kim step in like the Energizer Bunny and manage it all. She was everywhere at once, and happy the entire time. At the end of the night, Kim arranged for everything to be loaded into our vehicle without us lifting a finger or making any decisions. She made the day stress-free, despite weather obstacles. We can’t thank her enough. Our wedding was perfect because of her help!

Kim and her team are the best! I thoroughly enjoyed working with her and she was incredibly helpful. The quality of work for day-of coordination was top notch. I know the day would not have gone as smoothly without them! I was referred to Kim through a friend and hope to be able to continue to pay it forward and get her more referrals! The cost for the quality of work was worth every penny. I highly recommend Tied Together with Love :)

You need a wedding planner!!!! I didn't realize how intense planning a wedding would be!!! Kim made it seem effortless. She has a clear understanding of the industry and vendors that will make your wedding the most fun wedding anyone has ever been too. We still see photos on Facebook from friends and the photographer and can't believe the night we had!!! Im 45 and been to so many weddings and people are still raving about our wedding. Truly she is the best.

Can’t say enough good things about Kim and how wonderful she was to work with planning a wedding. We live in New York and our wedding was in Pennsylvania so it required lots of phone calls and texts and zoom meetings and trips and Kim made the whole experience so incredibly easy despite the normal stress and tribulations of planning a wedding.

The day of the wedding Kim and her assistant were at our side the entire day making sure everything went perfectly. It was seriously impressive watching her work. My biggest fear was not knowing where to go and what to do on the day of, Kim was there to walk literally everyone through everything. She remembered every guests name and relationship to us too. The vendors she recommended to us were all incredible and the wedding was a dream.

If you’re getting married and want to have the best wedding ever from planning to execution on the big day I can’t recommend Kim and Tied Together enough

My husband and I got married December 2024, so this review is long overdue, but I would recommend these ladies to everyone! They were SO helpful as our day of coordinators. Very friendly yet professional. They know what they are doing and come very prepared. They talk to you beforehand as well to make sure they know your vision for the day of. You NEED a day of coordinator that is not family or friends. It allows you to relax and be in the moment. Just take in that beautiful day.

Kim was our day of wedding coordinator and I couldn’t have asked for anyone better! She was attentive throughout the entire planning process, answering emails whenever I had questions and leading a clear and detailed planning Zoom call to prep for our wedding day. The day of went so smoothly if there were any issues I definitely didn’t hear about them, which is how it should be! Our day went perfectly and Kim and her team had a lot to do with that.
