Brittany was a true savior for my wedding day. She had excellent communication throughout my entire wedding process, always checking in to see if I needed any help. The day of the wedding she was on top of timelines and vendors. Truly our wedding would have been not great without her!!!

Brittany made our day so seamless! As soon as she arrived, we were able to calm down and actually enjoy the day. We had a backyard wedding with tons of logistics and set up, and I seriously don’t know what we would have done without her!

Where do I even begin? As a former consultant, I approach everything with obsessive attention to detail, color-coded Excel sheets, and an extremely high bar for execution. Even before we hired Brittany, I did my due diligence with another bride to get her two cents, and she had nothing but overwhelmingly positive things to say about Brittany. Having now experienced my own wedding with Brittany, I now understand why.

Throughout the planning process, Brittany was wonderful to work with. She demonstrated flexibility in joining our calls, given my and my now husband’s tight work schedules. She joined every call fully engaged, with an upbeat can-do attitude, and offered her expertise – how much time to budget to put on dress, where bridesmaids should leave their phones during the ceremony, and much more. She even visited our first look location on her own so she could suggest a rain plan, and she joined us for a thorough walk-through of our venue beforehand so nothing was left to chance.

But it was on the wedding day itself that Brittany truly stood out. Our day had its curveballs — City Hall was unexpectedly closed for our photo shoot, the rain upended elements of our outdoor plans, and family members forgot elements of the transportation schedule. Brittany handled every single one of these moments with calm, warmth, and decisive action. She was always two steps ahead — whether that was sewing buttons back onto tuxedos minutes before the reception, bringing over our signature cocktails for our bar photoshoot, or gently stepping close to me during a stressful moment to ask if I needed her help to manage family members. That pure moment of prioritizing the bride and groom was so thoughtful, and I will never forget it.

She kept our entire vendor team running like clockwork. The agenda I had painstakingly built (running in increments of 15 mins from 7:30am through to 10pm) was executed flawlessly, which both during my wedding day and in hindsight was one of the most fulfilling feelings. She knew every item on my checklist without being prompted. She tracked down corsages, hair curlers, and breast pumps left behind, all without my even knowing. The next morning, she sent us multiple Instagram-ready reels that she had already somehow created with candid shots from our wedding that she had taken from behind the scenes.

If you want your wedding day to feel like an absolute fairytale, hire Brittany! You will not regret it for a single second.

At the end of the night, my fiancé and I made sure to get a photo with Brittany, because I knew I would treasure it forever. I wanted to remember Brittany as the person who made our dream wedding happen, and then some.

Brittany’s professionalism while also being so personable made for an amazing experience. On the day-of, she ensured, without saying a word, that everything was on target no problems existed. She was stealth-like in her movements, similar to secret service, and it was the strength in this role we needed to relax us and enjoy the moments. She handled the rest or asked us our opinion when appropriate. I would recommend her any day of the week. It was a perfect fit!

Where do I even begin? Brittany was truly the missing piece to our vendor team. From the moment she arrived, she worked seamlessly alongside our photographer and videographer, capturing countless candid and behind-the-scenes moments that we would have otherwise missed.

Beyond documenting the day so beautifully, Brittany went above and beyond in every way. She was incredibly attentive, always stepping in to help when needed—whether it was fixing my veil, holding my bouquet, or simply making sure everything was running smoothly. Her presence was calm, supportive, and truly invaluable throughout the day.

One of the most special parts of working with Brittany was receiving our content the very next day. Being able to immediately relive our wedding and see so many small moments that passed by so quickly was such an incredible gift. It allowed us to share those memories right away with our family and friends and experience the joy of the day all over again.

We are so grateful for the beautiful content and raw footage Brittany captured for us. If you are considering hiring a content creator for your wedding, we cannot recommend Brittany from Love and Luxe Weddings enough. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and such a meaningful part of our wedding day.

My wedding day would have not been the same without Brittany! Leading up to my wedding she contacted all the vendors, sent me estimates and confirmed with each before the day. I shared my anxiety with her as the original venue coordinator had left and a new one had started- Brittany bridged the gap and participated in my detailed meeting with the venue making sure I didn’t miss anything! She made my vision come to life! When I asked to have one of the tables at the reception shifted, she handled it immediately! She answered all my silly questions and alleviated my anxiety. Brittany was the first one I looked to when unsure how something should be arranged or set up! She was present during my rehearsal and wedding day. She took charge as the point person for the transportation company in getting guests to the venue. She became one of the girls! She covered my now husband and his groomsmen when they forgot their drinks and got a stain out of the groomsman suit during cocktail hour! Whenever I needed her she was right there! She lended a hand to bustle my dress, grabbed my slippers from the room and captured pictures and videos I got to see right after the wedding! Everyone- guests, groomsmen, bridesmaids and our families spoke so highly of Brittany! We even connected her immediately with a few guests who are planning their wedding! If you have any hesitation about a wedding coordinator, do it with Brittany; my wedding day would not have been perfect without her!

Brittnay was the wedding planner for a wedding I was recently in. She was so wonderful and accommodating to not only our beautiful bride, but also the entire bridal party. She was not only professional, it felt like having another girlfriend with us! I would one million percent recommend Brittnay for anyone’s special day.
