Where do I even begin? Kim was with us for almost 3 years of planning! When I fell really sick and the wedding had to take a back seat, she stuck with us through it. I am beyond thankful. She is extremely knowledgeable and knows the ins and outs, everything that could go wrong with a wedding and everything to make it a wonderful experience. Having her join us in vendor meetings (both in person and from home) was really valuable and I would recommend it! She knew exactly what to ask- things we would have never thought of ourselves.
We knew nothing about weddings previously but she walked us through it and didn’t pressure us into anything specific. She was also able to book us a shuttle a few days before the wedding. Would NOT recommend making that a last minute decision, but she handled it for us and took a lot of stress off our shoulders. On the day of, she ensured everything went smoothly and made sure that we were happy. Her assistant, Emily, was also a great help, holding my dress train off the ground and noticing little details like whether my bouquet was turned the wrong way for photos. Overall, I’m really glad we made the choice we did. If you book Kim for your wedding, know that you’re in good hands! -

Hiring Tied Together Events was one of the best decisions we made throughout our wedding planning process! We brought Kim on about 6 months before our big day. Leading up to the wedding, Kim made us feel extremely calm, comfortable, and like every detail was taken care of. She is very organized and very personable, and we really enjoyed meeting her in person at our venue during our final details meeting! We knew the team she was sending to be on site for the wedding would be just as great as she was. Rachael attended our ceremony rehearsal on Friday, and worked very well with the staff at our venue, immediately putting us at ease. On the day of the wedding, Rachael and her assistant were everything we could have hoped for and more! They took care of every detail - not batting an eye at my many specific requests. We cannot express how grateful we are to have had Kim as our wedding planner. From the very start, we were worried about finding vendors who could accommodate my severe allergy needs. When we were on our own, we felt completely lost. But Kim stepped in and, somehow, she found a catering company that not only understood the severity of the allergies but was fully committed to making sure everything was handled safely. The best part? The food was absolutely delicious, and you would never have guessed it was allergy-safe!
Kim’s attention to detail is unmatched. She listened to our ideas, was receptive to everything we envisioned, and brought them to life flawlessly. Our decor ideas were executed perfectly — she recreated the layouts we had designed exactly as we imagined.
What truly stood out was the sheer amount of work Kim put in behind the scenes. We could never list everything she did, but suffice to say, she made sure everything was in place and available exactly when needed. We didn’t have to worry about a single detail — it was all taken care of.
On top of all of her skills and dedication, Kim is an absolute joy to work with. Her energy, enthusiasm, and commitment to making our day perfect were so refreshing. She was always positive, fun, and supportive throughout the entire planning process. We are so happy we booked Tied Together for our wedding planning! Kim was an incredible resource throughout the planning process. I was so overwhelmed by the idea of trying to coordinate the different pieces, but Kim was such a professional, and I was very comfortable handing off most/all of the coordination in those final months as everything was coming together.
On the day of the wedding, she and her team were on top of everything and made sure things ran smoothly from start to finish. When things arose during the day, she handled everything and was able to make adjustments as needed (Kim even helped get Ubers for guests who wanted to leave the reception before the shuttle was scheduled to start - for the record, she had advised to start the shuttle earlier, so that lack of shuttle was totally on me!).
Kim and her team took all my anxiety away so we were able to completely enjoy the day. I honestly didn't think I would be able to have so much fun (as I would be worried about all the details), but I had the absolute best time! -

Hiring Kim and Tied Together to coordinate our wedding day was our single best planning decision - I genuinely don’t think we could have pulled off our day without her. In the weeks before the wedding, she confirmed all our vendors and caught a few timeline errors we hadn’t noticed. The day of the wedding, Kim was a super hero. Half of our guest buses were unexpectedly caught behind a parade line and delayed 40mins. Kim completely reworked our timeline on the fly. Kim kept us informed about the situation but otherwise handled everything. Because of her skill and professionalism, we didn’t feel any stress and got to enjoy our day. Kim and her team were an absolute blessing to make our wedding day a stress free dream. Our wedding was full of complicated timelines and to dos, which prompted our decision to call upon Kim for help. We had two different getting ready venues (one for the bride, one for the groom), various rounds of transportation, a private first touch, a church ceremony, and a reception venue. A logistical nightmare to some, but Kim helped us finalize realistic and efficient timelines, ensuring all of our wedding day hopes became our reality, while coordinating with vendors to ensure all went smoothly.
Kim and her team were there to help us during our wedding rehearsal as well as on our wedding day, determined to finalize every detail. On our wedding day, there was a long list of to dos for Kim and her team, including coordinating with other vendors, decorating the church AND the venue, helping the brides and bridesmaids get ready (no need to stress how to get your veil in your hair if you have Kim there to help!), serving as ushers, queuing the processional and recessional, and so so so much more. Everyone that worked with Kim and her team were so impressed by their knowledge, advice, proactivity, and professionalism.
Despite the various moving parts involved, I did not have to worry about anything during my wedding day. In reflection, the day was centered around the excitement and emotions of marrying each other, not the logistics of making it all possible. We are so thankful to Kim and her team for giving us that gift.
I cannot recommend using Tied Together for your wedding day. They were perfect. -

We worked with Kim for over a year, while planning our June 15, 2024 home, backyard wedding. Kim was wonderful! We would have given up and just eloped instead of having our beautiful backyard wedding, if it wasn’t for her. We did a lot of DIY and needed her lists and calm demeanor to get me out of stressful funks. When the wedding day came, Kim took care of our table centerpieces, décor that we were unable to the day prior (due to the torrential rain the night before our wedding!), and corralled our guests. We had more than one guest tell us she was definitely worth it, and they noticed how hard she and her assistant, Emily, were working. My husband and I noticed that we didn’t have to worry about anything but each other and visiting our guests because Kim and Emily had it all under control. We would not have made it through all the planning without Tied Together With Love. Thank you so very much for providing the wonderful, dedicated and organized services you do!

We could not have gotten through this day without Kim!!! Simply put, she was absolutely amazing! From the initial phone call and all of our annoying questions, details and emails . . . to the day of hands-on, every big and tiny detail . . . to the final end clean up . . . Kim went over and above and helped make this day one of the happiest and most perfect days of our lives. She was so organized at our home for all of the getting ready, even steamed some of our bridesmaids' dresses. She kept us on time, made sure everything was loaded onto the limo bus, was waiting for us at the venue making sure everything was exactly the way we envisioned. We never had a moment when we felt panicked or overwhelmed because we knew Kim had it all under control. She even came back after the reception to gather ALL (and I mean ALL) of our things - including the 250 vases that held our floating candles. Kim the owner was with us planning from beginning to end, and was so flexible, quickly responded to my questions, had LOTS of experience and good ideas, and the price was very reasonable (we did only "day-of coordinator.") Kim introduced Emily as our lead coordinator on our day, and she was sweet, patient, organized, even participated a little in our festivities. Her assistant, Lisa, came at the drop of a hat when our original assistant got a flat tire en route. Both Emily and Lisa carried clipboard with all our vendors, start times, etc, and constantly asked us if they could get us anything. I would 100% recommend Kim and her team. Kim made me feel so calm and relaxed during my wedding knowing that she had all of the little things taken care of. She is very communicative, accomodating, and will do what she can as quickly as she can to come up with solutions. Kim helped manage my ceremony while she had her team set up my flowers and decorations at a different venue. Kim and her staff were truly amazing and I could not have imagined my wedding planning process and wedding day without them. Kim was extremely insightful based on her many years of experience without being pushy. She helped us make decisions on timelines, coordinated logistics with other vendors, and made herself available via email and zoom on a recurring basis. I was extremely impressed with how she handled high stress situations the day of and went above and beyond to make sure logistics across different vendors flowed smoothly. She facilitated group photos with the photographer, which helped us get through photos in a timely fashion. She made sure all my/husbands needs and parents needs were taken care of and even thought of small details like noticing my cake topper was not on my cake when the reception was about to begin. One of her most valuable traits is that she truly cares about making sure you are happy throughout the process, she’s proactive, and highly effective at all times. Me and my husband thought she was the MVP of our day! -

Hello! I’m the Mother of the Bride here! Kim and her team were an incredible asset to our wedding planning process not to mention as the Day of Coordinator !!
Wish I had enough words for everything Kim and her team did for my daughter’s wedding. Kim was honest, trustworthy and hard working is an understatement. As a “unofficial “ party planner myself, it was hard to pull away as the MOB and as Party planner for all family events. Kim gained my trust and ensured that everything would be as we all dreamed for my daughter. It was a mid size wedding with lots of complicated parts. Kim emphasized the importance of enjoying our daughter’s wedding and for our Bride and Groom to enjoy such a beautiful celebration. It was just as important to her.
Kim was prepared to work with an overwhelming family and tackled us like a champion. She kept us at ease and on point . She was on top of our vendors ,details and clean up. She took all the weight off our shoulders by being organized, great communicator and genuinely knowing our expectations. She kept this Perfectionist family together and happy . What can I say… She was in control. She made sure everything went smoothly and exactly how the B & G wanted. She took photos, sent them to us and checked up on us. Kim was part of our family!!! She wanted this day to be as special as we wanted it to be. Her heart and soul was in the success of the celebration and the great memories that we wanted to create. Thank you Kim and her Tied together Team for ensuring the B & G had the time of their life, and that mom and dad were happy! We got to celebrate, dance and Enjoy our guests ! If I were to use two words to describe Tied Together would be COMMUNICATIVE + ORGANIZED which are the two most important things you need to look for from any wedding vendor. The moment you speak to Kim, the owner, you can already tell that she is on top of her profession. On wedding day, we had Emily and Demetria coordinate and decorate for the celebration. When I met Emily, I knew that I was in good hands. She exudes confidence in what she does and obviously has an eye for design. The pair were communicative, attentive, and quick with any requests throughout the night. I hands down recommend Tied Together With Love Weddings & Events to every couple looking for a coordinator. I definitely will not hesitate in hiring the again for any future event! -

Kim and her Tied Together w Love team were everything I didn’t know I needed for my wedding and more. I can not thank them enough for everything they did to help make my wedding day so perfect. They were there every step of the way and I knew I was in good hands the day of. My bridesmaid even said, “when I see Kim, I feel calm” and I could not agree more. From coordinating a timeline with me and my vendors, decorating the morning of, and even getting me bustled into my dress; Kim and her team were there. I was on the fence about getting a day-of-coordinator, but I’m soooo glad we did! Kim was amazing to work with - so kind, so patient, and sooo good at her job. No wedding goes 100% as planned, but the way Kim navigated it, everything ended up working out great. My dress zipper even burst at my reception and she fixed it. 10/10 def recommend . DO IT -

I hate writing negative reviews, but I feel compelled to warn other couples about my heartbreaking experience with Tied Together with Love and its owner, Kim. I had dreamed of an stress-free wedding day surrounded by family and friends, but instead I ended up doing most of the work I paid her to handle.
When I first met Kim, she made me feel confident she could manage our backyard wedding. She promised full-service planning that would take pressure off of us. However, after signing the contract, that changed dramatically. She stopped replying to messages for weeks/months at a time. I repeatedly reached out, sharing my anxiety and asking for updates, and even asked if I should move on to another planner because I was drowning in tasks she was supposed to complete. Each time she apologized, promised to “do better,” and then would disappeared again. (Proof attached.)
By the final months, I realized I had done nearly every planning duty myself: finding and contracting multiple vendors, tracking payments, creating timelines, event design and organizing décor, etc. Even the caterer I secured told me she nearly gave away our date because Kim waited so long to respond.
On our wedding day, Kim’s lack of preparation became obvious. Tasks that were outlined in her contract were suddenly pushed onto us to handle. The night before the wedding, she informed us we would need handle all of the set up, something we’d never been told was our job. That morning she texted my husband a page long list of items he and the groomsmen needed to complete before she arrived. They spent more than two hours hauling tables and chairs instead of relaxing and enjoying the wedding morning. Half the decorations I brought were never unpacked/set up, ceremony décor was incomplete, and the chairs were never moved for the reception as promised. She also left everything at the end of the night, and our families cleaned it all the next morning.
When I reached out afterward asking for an explanation, her response was defensive, and dismissive blaming the weather (which is precisely a planner’s job to prepare for) and claiming that several tasks weren’t included due to “ambiguous contract language.” There was no accountability, only excuses.
A planner’s job is to reduce stress and handle the unexpected. Kim did the opposite and it was noted by everyone including guests. My wedding was beautiful because of the people who love us, not because of her. Please save yourself the heartache, stress and disappointment and look elsewhere. -
