We interviewed about 4 different coordinators before deciding that La Bella Vita was the best choice for us. We were looking for a team to help us on the day to ensure everything runs smoothly, to help us set up and break down. A huge plus is that LBV also offers photography services, which we chose them as our photographers as well. I am all for having less vendors to coordinate! Lisa is truly a woman of many talents, not only was she coordinating with us, attending all our venue visits, but she also was the second photographer along with her husband, Dan, on the day of! She was our point person up until the day off and was happy to answer any of our questions or provide suggestions. We had a slightly more choreographed processional than probably the norm and they executed it flawlessly. Jen and Alexis did all the setup while Lisa and Dan were with us before the ceremony. I can only imagine how much running around Jen and Alexis were doing, but they executed our vision perfectly! The team went above and beyond to help make our "first duet" extra special with figuring out the lighting and sound in the auditorium. They showed passion and excitement for our wedding and gave it a level of attention that we are truly grateful for. I'd highly recommend Lisa and her team for day of coordination services and photography. They were so flexible in every aspect and so easy to work with. They are very transparent and really put their clients first. After speaking with multiple vendors in this area, it was a no-brainer to go with LBV because of how flexible, transparent, and the level of respect they showed us compared with other people we talked to. Lisa and her LBV team were absolutely great to work with for our wedding! We were looking for day-of coordinators to help with the wedding day so that we (or our family) wouldn’t have to worry about anything, and LBV really did just that. Lisa was always flexible and accommodating ahead of the wedding, chatting with us a couple of times in our wedding planning process to ensure we weren’t forgetting anything. The wedding day went smoothly and we were genuinely as relaxed as could be. Highly recommend!

La Bella Vita provided wedding planning, set up/clean up, flowers, and photography for our wedding this year. Lisa is organized, communicative, and far surpassed our expectations with the services provided. Prices were very reasonable and having Lisa as our wedding coordinator was the best money I spent.

We had to postpone our wedding multiple times due to covid-19 and ended up moving across the country- which made planning our wedding bit challenging. Lisa's organization and assistance made planning so easy. She coordinated with the wedding venue, assisted in purchasing gifts for the wedding party, and even offered to have me mail items to her business so I didn't have to bring them across the country.

The day of the wedding- Lisa was on time and everything looked beautiful. She and her husband also provided photography and the pictures came out very nice.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Lisa and Jen at La Bella Vita. I didn't think I needed a wedding coordinator but I'm so glad I hired one and I'm even happier that I hired La Bella Vita. From our first phone call, I was immediately put at ease by their flexibility and organization. They executed our vision perfectly and were on hand for anything we needed. Our wedding went off without a hitch and it is no doubt thanks to La Bella Vita!

The girls from la Bella we’re so freaking amazing. I can not stress how amazing they were enough. We had a backyard wedding a d there were definitely some hiccups. We ran out of beer and seltzer’s early into the wedding the girls didn’t miss a beat. They ran out and grabbed us more. When our food truck was late they were ON TOP of it! When we decided to do a backyard wedding I said I wanted to hire a coordinator so that the pressure was off me day of and I could just relax and enjoy my time! I did exactly that! They were amazing and I would recommend the ladies a million times over!

Our wedding day was beautifully captured in photos by La Bella Vita. They are professional, creative, and extremely talented. I can not say enough good things about our experience with them. Working with them was enjoyable, easy, and affordable!

Lisa and her team were a dream to work with! We went from a large wedding to a very small one (and dare I say 20 iterations in between?). They helped take care of all the details from juggling multiple locations, to set up and break down-- but more importantly: peace of mind. My family was able to be involved in details, but not bogged down by tasks. Cannot thank them enough!

Lisa & Dan were wonderful to work with. We had to reschedule our wedding due to COVID & they gave us a discount due to the smaller event size. Dan photographed our ceremony. He was great to work with & was polite about my disorganization (we learned we could have our ceremony 2 weeks prior). My now husband and I felt comfortable with the couples poses & Dan got great candids. I was pleasantly surprised to receive my photos less than 2 weeks after the ceremony. Even for our un-photogenic selves, we have tons of pictures to look back on over the years. I definitely would recommend Lisa & Dan for photos!

Our wedding party dreams were pretty unconventional. But Lisa jumped right in from the first phone call, excited and ready to make it happen. She figured out what we needed, and helped us to pull off a truly special day. I'm so glad we made the decision to hire Lisa and her team, because the event just would not have been the wonderful success it was without them! She made the months/weeks/days/hours leading up to the party smooth and easy and that gave us the ability to really enjoy the process.

Lisa and Jen were hands down the best decision I made for my wedding. We had our wedding and reception at a local brewery who didn't provide decorations and I was panicking about how to get all of my DIY decorations to the other end of the city in my little car and also decorate everything day-of while preparing normal bride stuff. Enter, Lisa! She was fantastic to work with and had done events at the brewery before so she a good idea of little nooks and crannies to decorate. I had a definite plan for about half of the decorations and the other half I didn't really know what to do with but I knew I wanted them somewhere. It was absolutely no problem, Lisa and her team were able to use what I had and decorated the entire space perfectly while executing my specifics with no issues.

One of the best parts is that she was also able to pick up my decorations a week beforehand and transport them to the venue. With family and friends coming in it was a relief to have the space in my house back. After the reception they came back to pack up the decorations and were able to drop them off at a friend's house the next week while we were on our honeymoon. Lisa and Jen were so accommodating, professional, friendly, fun, and I definitely recommend their services!
