My spouse and I had a weekend glamping wedding in Everett, PA. We started working with Allie only about 6 months before the event, so it was a quick turnaround for a lot planning, and we were SO impressed with how efficient she was. She understood our vision immediately (vibe, décor, etc.) and was so helpful in executing it. She handled all of the vendor contract/communication with ease (and there were a lot of them)! As a queer couple we felt SO comfortable with her and her gender-neutral approach (with terminology, making sure vendors are queer-friendly, etc.) in what is typically a pretty gendered industry. Over the weekend we had: a rehearsal dinner, a picnic softball game, a welcome party, the full wedding day/reception AND an after party silent disco, with hotels/shuttles/etc. All went off without a hitch thanks to Allie. We thrifted our dinnerware and had a U-Haul worth of DIY décor, which certainly didn’t make anyone’s lives easier, but again Allie saw the vision and managed it all with care. She even found some of our thrifted pieces while she was out thrifting herself. She was communicative and accessible throughout the entire planning process, even our guests complimented how on top of things Allie was. We really expected the weekend to be a little stressful (just inevitably due to it being our wedding), but the second Allie & Alyssa arrived onsite, neither of us was stressed the entire weekend. Even when things had to pivot quickly (rain caused us to have to move cocktail hour with live musicians indoors), it felt seamless. We also really appreciated how she made sure we had water, ate, had bathroom breaks and little moments for a breather throughout the wedding day. SO glad Allie was a part of the best weekend of our lives, we’d work with her again in a heartbeat and HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for a planner!

Where do I even begin?! There were not one, but TWO brides at our wedding, and Allie Gee handled every single detail like an absolute powerhouse. I genuinely cannot remember feeling stressed even once on our wedding day. Things were happening behind the scenes that I didn’t even know about because Allie handled everything so effortlessly.

Our venue was Winterthur, an absolutely massive and logistically challenging property. We were actually warned to hire a planner who had worked there before. But something told me Allie was our girl, despite never having planned a wedding there. So happy I trusted that instinct. She navigated that venue like she had been doing weddings there her entire career.

At one point, my entire dress bustle broke, and Allie literally got on her hands and knees and somehow worked her magic to put it back together. I still don’t know how she did it!

Beyond being unbelievably talented, Allie is one of the sweetest, kindest people you could ever work with. As two brides, having someone who was genuinely welcoming, affirming, and LGBTQ+ friendly meant the world to us.

As an LGBTQ+ couple, it was important to us that we felt comfortable, seen, and respected throughout the planning process. From the very beginning, Allie made that easy. On the wedding day, she and her team flawlessly set up and broke down an incredible amount of DIY décor across four different spaces, many of which changed throughout the event. We're particular and Allie and her team exceeded even our high expectations.

Having Allie on our team allowed us to spend time with our family and friends, enjoying every moment of our celebration without worrying about the logistics. We were confident everything was being handled with care and professionalism.

Our wedding celebration was everything we dreamed it would be and more, and Allie played a huge role in making that happen. She is simply the best. You'll be glad she's on your team.

If I could leave O.M.Gee Events a 1000000 star review, I would! Allie and the team were amazing during the wedding planning process, for rehearsal, and on wedding day. Allie was there for my husband and I at every step. Allie made sure our day ran smoothly and helped us solve every obstacle! From meeting with each vendor, setting up and breaking down decor, and creating an awesome timeline, Allie and the team exceeded all expectations! O.M.Gee Events was by far the best vendor we booked for our wedding, we truly could not have done it without Allie. There were multiple issues with other vendors’ setup and delivery, and Allie fixed each problem with professionalism and detail to make sure everything was set up correctly. During the reception a server spilled a full salad bowl on my wedding dress (including bright orange paprika oil), and Allie immediately sat on the ground next to me and cleaned the stains so well that no one else could tell anything had happened. My husband and I are perfectionists and often have difficulty letting go of control, and Allie treated our wedding with the same attention to detail we would, and she made sure we didn’t need to stress about anything the day-of.

Allie and her team were ESSENTIAL for our day! She took time to meet and get to know us prior to our big day so she understood exactly what we needed. Allie got our timeline down, communicated with all of the vendors day of, and kept us on schedule so we could enjoy our wedding fully. The team was so kind and warm, incredibly patient when we couldn't figure out some last minute decor items and just so delightful to be around. I had the pleasure of working with Allie as the day of coordinator for Fiona & Max’s wedding, and she was excellent to work with. Her communication was clear and timely and she provided detailed timelines in advance so everything felt smooth and well organized. On the day of the event, she was calm, kept everything on schedule, and handled everything seamlessly without vendor intervention. Couple had a few last minute changes and she handled them perfectly. From a DJ perspective, she was collaborative, checked in throughout the night and made my job much easier.
