Nicole helped us plan this wedding and keep it together over 2 cancellations, which was a monumentally challenging task. We had so many changes of vendors and plans over this time and Nicole could handle all of this in her sleep. She is a seasoned professional and her years of experience truly show. She is also a very kind and warm person who is essentially a family member at this point! This helps her maintain excellent relationships with her common vendors which is to the benefit of her clients. I have no idea how she keeps everything together but we are SO glad she does!

Hiring Nikki Taylor was the best investment of our wedding. She kept us on budget, found creative ways to stretch every dollar, and negotiated perks we never would’ve known to ask for. Beyond the savings, her calm, organized approach saved us time and stress—truly priceless. Our day felt luxurious without the luxury price tag.

Sabrina Ely was a great help for my wedding! She was calm, patient, and a great listener! She was available via phone call, zoom, or email to answer any time sensitive questions or wedding related stressors that were on my mind. I put in a lot of time and effort into planning my wedding day, and hiring Sabrina as my day of coordinator was exactly what I needed to mold and finalize the finishing touches! Shout out to her awesome assistant Misha! My husband Patrick and I had a blast at our wedding and are glad all coordination went smoothly.

From start to finish, Liz and Alison's attention to detail and dedication to making our dream wedding a reality were truly remarkable. They guided us through every step of the planning process, from finalizing details with our vendors to creating a timeline that ensured everything ran smoothly on the big day. They helped us so much in making decisions about the timeline that we didn't even know we needed to make. In fact, they helped us plan so well, we were running EARLY during the lead up to the ceremony! Thanks to Liz & Alison's professionalism and calm energy, our wedding day was 100% stress-free (even during the false fire alarm!), beautiful, and filled with precious moments we'll cherish forever. I could not have asked for a smoother wedding day. When we first decided to have our ceremony and reception at two separate locations, and eventually realized we would be working with around ten different vendors, I didn’t fully understand how essential an experienced day-of coordinator would be until late in the planning process. Looking back, I’m so grateful I had the foresight to book with MB Events. I worked with Caroline, and she was truly my rock on our wedding day. She communicated clearly and consistently and brought such a calm, genuine presence that immediately put me at ease. We had a few last-minute changes with some guests who were unable to attend while another one was added at the last minute. Caroline handled everything by coordinated directly with the venue to remove chairs and add name cards without needing any prompting from me. I was extremely stressed leading up to the wedding, but in hindsight, I really didn’t need to be. Caroline had everything completely under control! We met four times before the wedding: an initial Zoom meeting, another Zoom call about three months out to review the timeline and vendors, a venue walkthrough, and the rehearsal. She was incredibly detail-oriented and always thoughtful in her approach. It was so helpful to have a professional to bounce ideas off of, and she often raised considerations I hadn’t even thought of. I truly felt like she was my safety net throughout the process. Caroline planned everything down to the minute while remaining flexible and when changes came up. I never once felt rushed, and I appreciated how down-to-earth and approachable she was. Our wedding day came together so well, and I genuinely believe MB Events was the cornerstone that made it all happen.

Samara was truly the calm in the chaos of wedding planning. She was endlessly patient with my ever-evolving ideas and my very busy schedule, even accommodating countless “car meetings” without hesitation. She was always budget-conscious, helping us make thoughtful decisions without ever sacrificing vision or quality. She brought my “old-money Italian family, classic but in the woods of New Hampshire” vision to life in a way that will forever make me think, “Oh my god… this was my wedding.” From start to finish, everything felt effortless and seamless. She handled me, our families, and my forever-joking husband with such grace and humor that it became clear she wasn’t just our planner — she became part of our lives. In fact, my now-husband was genuinely annoyed the wedding was over because it meant Samara was “leaving us.” If you’re looking for someone who brings organization, heart, and a steady sense of calm to one of the most chaotic seasons of your life, Samara is absolutely the person you want by your side.

Sandy and her team made my wedding day the least stressful and most enjoyable day of my life.
