My husband and I are very grateful we hired All Seasons Events NE to coordinate our June 2021 wedding at Hammond Castle. Joelle and Amanda’s insight, calm demeanor, and professionalism were incredibly valuable throughout our wedding experience. Having Joelle and Amanda from ASE provide day-of-coordination services was one of the best decisions we made in planning our wedding! Despite the “day-of” piece, ASE’s day-of coordination service includes multiple meetings prior to your wedding to help with planning your timeline and logistics. I appreciated having the opportunity to walk through our plan with Joelle and Amanda as a second and third set of (very experienced) eyes!

To say Joelle and Amanda knocked it out of the park on our actual wedding day would be an understatement. I have so many examples of them going above and beyond to make sure our wedding was the best day it could be: when some of our bistro lights mysteriously went out, Amanda painstakingly traced the strings all throughout the tent to figure out where they needed to be re-connected; Joelle coordinated with our waitstaff to run to the Dollar Store to purchase additional water glasses when it turned out we were short some glasses; Joelle literally gave me the sweater off her back when I was shivering outside our reception tent while waiting for our entrances; and both were a huge help when my maid of honor unexpectedly had to leave our reception an hour in and coordinated with her so that she could make it back later in the night.

There were 4 or 5 times I went to ask Joelle and Amanda if they could help with something, and in each instance they had already done exactly what I was going to ask 15 minutes before I even asked. What more can you ask for in wedding coordination?!

Joelle and Amanda are absolutely incredible at what they do. They are responsible, timely and trustworthy. They made me feel so important on my wedding day and handled everything that came their way with ease and grace. I couldn’t have pictured my day without them!

We found ASE after a few attempts at planning fell through because of the pandemic, and they helped us handle many more iterations with competence and grace. We ended up having a very small ceremony + livestream after another change only a couple weeks before our date due to rising COVID numbers. Their support both leading up to and on the big day was astounding, and they made our wedding both safe for everyone and absolutely beautiful! They were a joy to work with, and my husband and I are so grateful for the memories we have because of their help!

I found these two wonderful ladies in my search for an affordable wedding planner. We ended up going with their “Day Of” package, but we had multiple scheduled and detailed meetings on days leading up. So, We had hired them for our first venue and wedding which was almost *completely* planned but we had to cancel due to new Covid restrictions. Anyways, long story short, I was so sad cancelling with these girls because they were so helpful and calmed my stressors. I was really looking forward to the Day Of with them, and I HIGHLY recommend them! They are also very affordable and that was something we kept in mind with our budget. All around, they were great!

Amanda from All Seasons Events NE was so helpful in planning my wedding day! She is so organized, detail-oriented, a great listener and so professional. She took the time to really understand my vision for the day and offered many practicals and ideas that made the day so special. She helped my wedding day come together so smoothly and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for help in planning their big day!

Joelle was the coordinator for our wedding and we couldn’t have done it without her. She looked over our itinerary with us, directed our rehearsal, coordinated the extra people she needed and communicated expectations to them. She was aware of everyone and the several moving pieces during the ceremony and reception and made certain that everything happened on time and in the right order and everything went smoothly. Lets be honest, planning a wedding can be so stressful. All Seasons was the best decision we made in planning our wedding. They ensured my day was stress free, any time a situation arose they handled it immediately so it didn't even have to be brought to my attention. There was so much attention to detail. I am so grateful a thousand times over.
